On time pickup. Friendly driver. Safe ride to the airport. Oddly though I purchased a private transfer for a fair bit of money. The transfer was conducted by an old (365000 kilometre) active service taxi. There was insufficient air conditioning. The metre was running and I could easily tell that I would have paid considerably less had I just called for a taxi at the outset.

Yamil, the driver, was great. He come sharp on time, was very helpful, friendly and polite. He drove very carefully. Also the price was fare.

The driver picked us up on time, but that's about the only good thing I have to say. We hit some traffic in the city and the driver constantly switched lanes honking at other drivers, even though they had nowhere to go. He even rolled down his window to yell at another driver. Once we got out of the traffic he drove way way way too fast all the way to the airport. I am all for getting the airport quickly, but it felt super unsafe. My friend and I braced ourselves for getting into an accident the entire ride there.

Could not reach the company to schedule a pickup time. Left messages and they never responded. Took an Uber instead.

The car never showed up. We had to get a taxi 20 min after the car was supposed to show up to make it to our flight. The drivers number was never provided and when we called the company, they just kept saying he would be there in 1 min.
