Private Transfer From Ezeiza Airport (Eze) To Buenos Aires City

Everything went very smoothly. Our driver was waiting for us right after customs. He helped with our luggage. We arrived at our hotel within a reasonable amount of time. The only comment is we thought we were getting an English speaking driver. Fortunately one of our friends spoke enough Spanish to get us by.

When we arrived, we didn't have anyone waiting for us. I called to find out that the transfer was canceled. I had called earlier to change the destination from the airport (we were connecting to) to an airport hotel since our original flt was canceled the day before. Viator app still showed the transfer and I did not get any notice of cancelation. Luckily, a car was already at our airport and we were able to get a ride immediately. The cancelation was a bit disconcerting but in the end it worked out for us.

The problem with this transfer to the city is that they don’t give you adequate time to get off the plane get through customs go through the luggage pick up and then get to the meeting point they give you a one hour window. It took us all of an hour just to get off the plane and get to the customs in about halfway through so because we didn’t do it within the window they charge you extra never telling you that that was part of the agreement. Could’ve done a taxi for about half the price. I give them prompts on the communication. They were good to communicate with always answering any questions that I have maybe in an off-season you can make it in the time limit they give you also I asked for an English speaking driver that’s driver spoke no English and could not understand us nor could we understand him. It was a little difficult.

The driver did not speak English as advertised. We were all scared of his driving throughout the trip. Barely missing cars as he cut in and out of lanes while driving very fast.

Driver was on time polite and very friendly. Got us to the Hotel even though there were multiple blocked streets in the area

We had to wait for the driver to arrive for about 15 minutes. We don’t speak Spanish and our first time ever in Buenos Aires. It was a 9 hour flight and we were extremely tired and this added to our stress having to wait and wondering if he was coming. He was also a very aggressive driver and although we told them we were 4 passengers with 4 large checked luggage plus 4 backpacks the car wasn’t really big enough. We were packed in the back seat. The driver spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish so we didn’t talk to him or find out why he was late.

We hired a car for transport to our hotel from Buenos Aires airport. Walter was at the airport with a sign as we came out of passport control. He managed our luggage and got us on our way. On the way he pointed out interesting sites using a language translator app. He was very friendly and the service was great.

We arranged for a transfer from Buenos Aires’s airport to a downtown hotel including a meet & greet. Our flight landed a few minutes early in Buenos Aires, but immigration was swamped with passengers from other flights., ate up over 90 minutes. Cell phones are not permitted in most U.S. immigration areas, so ours were off until the moment we cleared immigration. But that was too long for the operator, they left without us. I immediately texted and then called them, but they would not assist us. We took a cab to our hotel and neither TripAdvisor nor the transfer company would provide a refund.

Private transfer car broke down (dead battery) so they put us in a taxi anyway after waiting for 20 minutes. Don’t bother with this - easier to just get a taxi.

Excellent driver who was also friendly and courteous. The only negative was that Trip Advisor didn't specify that the driver will only wait one hour at the airport. If it goes over an hour, they charge more.

Carlos contacted us as soon as our flight landed. He kept in contact until we reached him. We had terrible traffic and Carlos was patient and knowledgeable about how to maneuver it.

We arrived in Ezeiza at 22:00 after a long international trip. The emigration service in Ezeiza was very slow and took more than two hours. However our driver Pahola Pulido waited for us all that time and took us to the hotel well beyond midnight. Pahola greeted us with water and alfajores in her car. His friendliness and professionalism was the best we found in Buenos Aires. Besides, my wife forgot her cell phone in Pahola's car. She returned to the hotel at 2 a.m. to return him. Pahola was simply a charm and a complete kindness. I would give you 10 stars to recognize your professionalism and service. Thank you so much Pahola!!!

I hired the Transfer Service between the airports of Buenos Aires via the internet, paid for pix and it was all quiet. Since I would only go with my mom and come late, we chose the executive transfer. We paid 230 the passage. The value is high but safety and convenience were worth it. Communication with the Enterprise very easy, as well as with the driver. Clean car, polite driver and super careful. The uber would cost around 60/70 less (the excerpt) but I don't think it compensates for the risk. I recommend!
