I thought I wasn’t going to be able to see everything I wanted to in Buenos Aires with only having a tour for one day. But everything is possible with Ezekiel! He was informative of both history, locations, and culture for BA and really brought the city to life. We got to see everything we wanted and more and are incredibly grateful. HIGHLY recommend this tour!

It is a revolving pedestrian bridge with one of the largest turning mechanisms in the world, designed to allow the passage of sailing vessels that navigate the docks of Puerto Madero. The work, made in Spain and donated to the City by a private individual, represents the image of a couple dancing tango, where the white pole symbolizes the man and the curved silhouette of the bridge is the woman.
This imposing 20-meter-high sculpture that dominates the United Nations square was donated to the City of Buenos Aires by its author, the Argentine architect Eduardo Catalano. It is made of stainless steel and aluminum and weighs 18 tons. It is the first sculpture in movement controlled by a hydraulic system and photoelectric cells. The work was inaugurated on April 13, 2002. Its name, "Floralis Generica", is a tribute to all the flowers. It is located in the exclusive Recoleta neighborhood, which owes its name to the fact that there was the convent of the Recoletos monks, to which the neighboring Basilica Nuestra Señora del Pilar also belonged (the cemetery was built in the old garden of the monks ). It is the most visited in the city, for its numerous and imposing mausoleums and vaults, belonging to many of the main protagonists of Argentine history, such as that of Eva Perón (Evita), one of the most popular tombs. Likewise, it is worth a visit for its architectural value, since it is a sample of the times when the country was an emerging economic power and the main families of the city competed to build splendid pantheons. Many of the vaults and mausoleums are the work of important architects and are adorned with marbles and sculptures; more than 90 vaults have been declared a National Historic Monument.
The Ateneo Grand Splendid was chosen by the British newspaper The Guardian as the second largest bookstore in the world. Built on the former Grand Splendid movie theater in the Recoleta neighborhood, it retains its former splendor and elegance, with the frescoed cupola, original railings, and intact decor. On the old stage - with the velvet curtain ajar - there is a bar that invites you to sit book in hand. You can also take advantage of the armchairs that are on both sides of the main room or be located in the exclusive boxes that work as small reading rooms. In the basement there is a sector dedicated to children's books, and the upper floor is dedicated to samples and exhibitions
The Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar in Recoleta, Buenos Aires, was built as part of the Franciscan monastery, completed in 1732 and dedicated to Our Lady of the Pillar. It occupies a space that belonged to the fifth of Juan Manuel de Rosas, until it was defeated on February 3, 1852 in the Battle of Caseros. The work began with the landscaper Carlos Thays, the same one who built the Botanical Garden, Avellaneda Park and Lezama Park, among others. Then his disciple Benito Carrasco finished it in 1914.

In the past, this place witnessed the arrival of fruit production from the Paraná Delta, which was then sold in the city of Buenos Aires. Today, the market is a must for visitors, offering a wide variety of local products, handicrafts, and typical cuisine. The picturesque atmosphere and the proximity to the river create a unique experience.

Ezekiel and Diego were absolutely one of the highlights of our time in Buenos Aires. We were a large family group ranging in age from 13 to 84, which is not necessarily an easy group to guide, and they were extraordinary with all of us. They spent two days showing us Buenos Aires, and somehow managed to be incredibly knowledgeable without ever making the experience feel like a lecture. They are both hilarious, warm, flexible, and completely engaging. They read our group perfectly—adjusting the pace when needed, checking in with everyone, and making sure that our 84-year-old was just as comfortable and included as our teenagers. Nothing ever felt rushed or overly scheduled. They also took us beyond simply seeing the sights. We ate wonderful neighborhood food, heard about what daily life in Buenos Aires is actually like, and talked about everything from Argentine culture and history to raising children and our own families. By the end of two days, it felt much more like exploring the city with very smart, very funny local friends than being on a tour. Perhaps the best review came from our 84-year-old, whom we affectionately call Zeus. At one point she announced that she no longer cared where Ezekiel and Diego took us—or even whether she was learning anything—because she was having so much fun just hanging out with them. That pretty much says it all. And their contribution to our trip didn't end when our two days of touring were over. They gave us so many wonderful recommendations for restaurants, neighborhoods, places to visit, and things to do on the days we were exploring Buenos Aires on our own. We genuinely missed having them with us, but their suggestions continued to shape and enhance our trip even when they weren't there. It felt as though they were still quietly guiding us through the city. Ezekiel and Diego gave us exactly what we hoped for when traveling as a family: not just an introduction to Buenos Aires, but a genuine sense of the people and life of the city. They made everyone in our group feel welcome, comfortable and entertained, and we laughed constantly. We would spend another two days with them in a heartbeat. If you have the opportunity to explore Buenos Aires with Ezekiel and Diego, take it. They are exceptional guides and truly wonderful people.
Esequeil was absolutely fantastic. He deserved a 11/10. Punctual, courteous, witty with a good sense of humor. He speaks English like a native and he is also fluent in Spanish and Italian. He is extremely knowledgeable, and he was very passionate in enlightening us on everything Argentinian, from history to horticulture. He went over time to ensure we saw everything we wanted to see, and after the tour he messaged us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and shows. The tour was very well organized and we covered just about all the sights. Thanks again Ezequiel
Diego and Ezequiel treated us like family; the good kind, not the kind you no longer speak with. The whole time we were with them, the energy was so alive, and their breadth and depth of knowledge of history of the entire world, not just Argentina, ensured we were enthralled and able to venture upon any topic we liked, and we felt welcome to bring up any topic of any kind, it seemed like nothing was taboo. If you sent them nude photos, they would receive them graciously. I am not interested in finding any other guides when we go back; we already wanted to go back before, but they made us want to return sooner and more frequently. I miss them already.
Diego and Eze were terrific hosts. They are good friends with a very special chemistry and terrific sense of humor. Combined with a deep knowledge of the history of BA - they made each monument, museum, and neighborhood very memorable for us. We formed a special relationship with them in our few days together. Even after our touring was done, they continued to provide texts, guidance and advice to help us in our Argentina travels. If we return to BA, we will definitely tour with them again in, and hopefully share a beer as well.
Diego exceeded our expectations as such a wonderful tour of Buenos Aires! He made changes to accommodate the needs of individuals in our group and was so attentive. His stories of Buenos Aires history were insightful and he told them in a very interesting way. We had a full day touring the city and it was a day that we won’t forget! I absolutely recommend this tour and Diego!!
Ezequiel was an excellent guide who gave us a whole day comprehensive tour of Buenos Aires and el Tigre. I was most impressed how well connected Ezequiel was, at every turn there was someone who knew him and greeted him with much affection. As a first time visitor to Argentina, I am ecstatic to have had such a knowledgeable and well connected host who showed us all of the major sites of interest. We also laughed all along the way as our guide was part comic, part historian, part mayor/ambassador, and ultimately a fantastic guide. We enjoyed the day tremendously.
My family and I had such a great time touring the city. Diego was very knowledgeable and personable! He recommended several places for us to go to after our tour. The gelato recommendation was excellent!
A great introduction to BA. Diego very informative and lots if interesting facts. Lovely boat trip on Tigre too. Would highly recommend him for a guide. So helpful

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on the Private Tour of Buenos Aires and Delta de Tigre with a Local Guide, thanks to our guide, Ezequiel. From start to finish, he was funny, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire day both enjoyable and informative. As two women traveling in a foreign country, safety was a top priority for us, and Ezequiel made us feel completely comfortable and at ease the entire time. We were able to truly relax and take in everything the city has to offer. We covered all the major landmarks, learned so much about the history and culture, and even managed to take tons of amazing photos along the way. It was impressive how smoothly everything was organized—we saw so much in one day and still made it to the airport right on time without feeling rushed. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Ezequiel. He was a 10 out of 10 in every way. We strongly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a comprehensive, safe, and enjoyable way to experience Buenos Aires. It’s truly one of the best ways to see the city!

We had an EXCELLENT tour guide Diego who as a native is very knowledgeable and you could feel the passion and pride he has for his country. He was very warm and friendly making the 8 hours together a lot of fun and very educational. I highly recommend Diego to be your tour guide. Also a private tour is the best because it is more intimate and not so structured.
Ezequiel arrived on time and was ready to show us the sites and planned our stops. The river cruise was great and we loved the town. Other highlights were the cemetery and bookstore as well as the market. He didn’t rush us at all. My husband said I made a great choice with selecting this tour. Great conversation time with him.
Carlos was amazing! The full day tour was comprehensive and we got a good feel of Buenos Aires and the towns in the north!
Ezekiel gave us an amazing tour and he is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and its history. I definitely recommend this tour.

We had an incredibly memorable full day tour of Buenas Aires. Our driver Pablo had some serious driving skills (great DJ too)! Our guide, Nicolas, is a native of Buenas Aires with a very broad knowledge of the history, politics, art, culture, and cuisine of BA and Argentina. We learned so much on this tour. We could not have had a better experience!
Ezequiel our guide was fantastic. He had great sense of humour and great fun. He was very knowledgeable with all the sites we visited on the itinerary.
Our guide Diego was very knowledgeable and explained the history of Buenos Aires and Argentina! He took us to many interesting sites and had a commentary on each one! He was full of great information and even took us for gelato ! He was a great guide!
Sebastian was amazing! We got to learn so much about Buenos Aires and Argentina. He is so knowledgeable about the history of the country, plus he’s fun to hang out with and so funny! He’s the kind of person you want to spend every day with. Plus, he can hook you up with great places to eat. Don’t trust the less than 5 star reviews - someone will always find something to complain about. Book this tour! It was fantastic!
Really enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Diego, was a cool guy who provided lots of facts and information about Buenos Aires and Argentinian history, but always keeping it interesting and fun. We enjoyed the flexibility to customize the tour to our interests and the stop for gelato will be long-remembered. Diego, all the best to you and look forward to meeting again. Ciao.
My husband requested the tour guide if he could add and skip some places because of his interests and he changed the routes for us snd we enjoyed so much.
Ezequiel is a very knowledgeable guide and made our day trip at Buenos Aires very pleasant! He made sure we saw the most important parts of the city.
Ezequiel was wonderful and we had all of the highlights of the city that we had heard about. I traveled with my aunt who is 90 years old and is in great shape but he was so patient and let us take our time doing everything we wanted to do. We never felt rushed I was able to see everything in the city in the eight hour tour! I highly recommend!!

We had an outstanding experience on the Private Tour of Buenos Aires and the Delta del Tigre with our guide, Ezequiel. From the moment he arrived for our perfectly on-time pickup, we knew we were in great hands. He was warm, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history, culture, and hidden stories of Buenos Aires. His love for the city came through in everything he showed us. The tour itself was fantastic and very well designed. The one-hour navigation through the Tigre Delta was beautiful and peaceful, and we loved having time to explore Puerto de Frutos afterward. Back in the city, the highlights continued as we visited iconic neighborhoods and major landmarks with plenty of time to take photos and enjoy each stop. The Recoleta Cemetery visit was a standout. Ezequiel brought this remarkable place to life with stories, symbolism, and details we never would have discovered on our own. Throughout the day, he made the day feel seamless, engaging, and personal. His insights on each stop from Plaza de Mayo to San Telmo Market, La Boca, Puerto Madero, Floralis Generica, the Basilica, and more added so much depth to the experience. If you want to experience Buenos Aires and the Tigre Delta through the eyes of someone who genuinely loves his city and knows it inside out, book this tour with Ezequiel. Highly recommended.
