The communication with this company is excellent. We knew exactly what to expect. Our driver was great, with good english knowledge which made it easier for us, was prompt, polite and friendly. We were very happy with this experience.
Reliable and excellent. Took the stress out of traveling solo and arranging transport to the hotel by pre-arranging pick up.
Excellent service, I was feeling unwell and owner did his best to accommodate. We got to the hotel safely and swiftly . Service so good , I rebooked
Cesar was very professional, punctual, and friendly. He made us feel welcome and safe when traveling to a new country. His English is excellent and he is very knowledgeable about the city. Thank you for helping our trip go so smoothly!
Warm, friendly driver willing to talk about the city. Excellent driving skills very helpful at both pick up and drop off points. I highly recommend him.
Cesar was very communicative! We had flight delays and he tracked our arrival. Service was efficient and friendly!
Courteous driver that was efficient and offered excellent advice for my visit.
This transfer was on time and very professional. I highly recommend this service.
I took two trips with this company. First was booked through Viator, and the second was through Trip Advisor. Drivers were on time, even with slight flight delays and changes. Cars were clean. Owner gave very good instructions via What's App with the name and picture of the driver and the car, and where to meet. Everything in terms of the rides was perfect. My only issue is that with each ride, I was contacted by the owner after booking online, where a particular amount was specified, and told that I had booked incorrectly and that I needed to supplement with a certain amount of cash to the driver, beyond what I paid through Viator or Trip Advisor - $10 extra the first time, and $40 extra the second. With the second ride, I found out about the incorrect booking and the additional $40 cash that I needed only the day before. I made the reservation three months in advance, so I was annoyed by that. The total amount was not unreasonable, however I didn't really understand why the amount changed.
A wonderful service! I've used them a couple of times now and would continue to recommend and book with them in the future. Great communication and very friendly!
Excellent comunication via WhatsApp seamless transfer,we were given clear information about the car we would be picked up in and where to meet our driver, who we received a photo of prior to pick up
Excellent communications with company/driver. OK car. Courteous driver - gave us some good recommendations for dinner, etc.
These guys were great. The communication, via WhatsApp worked very well and clear pick instructions as well driver and car details provided ahead of time. We were transiting via Buenos Aires so had a few bookings, each went very well. We had a lot of flight changes and other moving pieces, these guys worked so well to take care of us. I will be using these guys next time I visit. On a side note, we were two people, with 4 checked bags and 4 carry on, that's a lot of kit, if your like us, be sure to request a larger car.
Communication for this booking was exemplary. Cesar contacted us as soon as the booking was made. I was sent a photo of our driver and his car ahead of time. Pick up instructions were clear and easy. Would highly recommend using this service.
Always communicating each step in the process on WhatsApp.. Safe and punctual drivers. Reliable. One can book the service with confidence
Would recommend. Great service and solid communication. They were prompt and very easy to find. Would use again.
Jose was very prompt and friendly! Spoke great English and provided great info for our trip. Highly recommend.
The communication was mainly through WhatsApp. It’s very responsive and clear. Our booking was at 6am and our driver Jose arrived almost 10 min prior. Tidy outlook and very approachable. The car is very clean and comfy. Hose helped us to carry our luggage on and off the car. And provided us with tips when we arrived at the airport. A short but nice ride transfer to the airport.
Airport transfer to hotel. Cesar and Jose were great. Picked us up and whisked us through the morning traffic to the hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires.
wonderful service great communication safe driver helpful advice on arrival at AEP many thanks for the assistance
The communication prior to the transfer was great, the car was clean and smelled fresh, and there were water bottles for the two of us.
We decided to arrange airport transfer into the city prior to a cruise as we don’t speak Spanish.Everything went wonderfully well. We had plenty of information sent by text, and received a Welcome to Buenos Aires message upon touchdown. We were met in arrivals, and escorted to a spot curbside where our driver came after only two minutes. Everyone spoke wonderful English. Best part was that our plane was an hour late, and they were following along online and ready and waiting with a smile! A great start to our Christmas Holiday! Thank you ! Michael and Maria
Everything went fine on this ride. The driver, Cesar, always kept in contact with me to provide information. He was at our hotel on time to pick us up and was very friendly. The ride to the airport was smooth and we got there on time with no issues. I would highly recommend thls service.
Cesar was prompt and professional as always. He always confirms in advanced, shows his picture and the vehicle that will pick us up. He’s very reliable. The van was very clean and able to comfortably fit all our luggages. . This was the 3rd out of 4 times we have used Cesar, we highly recommend him!!!
Amazing service, on time, polite and very kind! I would recommend to my friends and family! Thank you
This is an excellent transport service. My family of three used them round trip EZE-BA, and also to AEP. The drivers were punctual, very cordial, and drove safely. Vehicles were well maintained and comfortable. A first rate company that clearly cares about its quality of service.
The booking (and subsequent changes) was very smooth. Communication was very prompt. Instructions for the pickup at AEP was clear and our driver Jose was well presented and polite. Totally recommend this company for any transfers from AEP to city hotels.
Our flight was late , and I whatsapp message the driver contiunces and they were good about commucation back . they picked us up in a timely manner. Since our hotel was hidden between resturant he was nice to walk us there., which we appricated since it was dark and busy in front of the hotel .. on a Saturday night . would use agan
Excellent service from Cesar! Told me a lot of useful info about the city and helped me with money exchange and setting up a sim card. Would definitely recommend.
Our driver Cesar is very good, he communicated with us a few days prior to our arrival. Even post his photo and car so we won’t get mistaken. Then after our plane landed, he texted us the exact location where he would pick us up. Everything is so smooth and effortless considering our flight was delayed. Highly recommended!
Everything you would expect for not that much more money. They medicine at the airport, helped us with luggage, took us directly to our hotel. When we were jetlagged, they had great communication absolutely fabulous communication. And I think the price was really reasonable for this level of service
Cesar was great! He took is to AEP at 4am in the morning. His communication was very thorough too. I don't hesitate at all in recommending him to family or friends. We will use him again! Thank you Cesar!
Our bookings wit BuenosAiresTourVIP were 3 Airport pickups/ drop offs, a Tango Show & a Gaucho Day trip. All were excellent, very professionally organised & communication was superb. Cesar runs a very tight ship and nothing is too much trouble. The drivers communicated well and made our trips so much better. On time & reliable!
We booked 3 airport transfers with Cesar Zelaya from the Uk and were so pleased we did. We were sent a photo of the driver and told exactly where he would pick us up and were sent a message when he arrived. Cesar himself came to meet us on arrival at EZE. It is so reassuring to work with him when you are in a strange city, a personal and very reliable service. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
Outstanding service! Cesar was a wonderful host and tour guide! We had a blast with him! TEN ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!!
Very communicative and reliable transport. Pickup was easy and Jose was a great driver. Highly recommend this service provider if you need reliable transportation in Buenos Aires.
Cesar and his team were very efficient with clear instructions and genuine care. They are very responsive and go out of their way to support you. Highly recommend them for getting you to wherever you want to go on your trip to Buenos Aires. Enjoy!
We booked airport and cruise ship transfers with Cesar at BuenosAiresToursVIP. Cesar is professional, prompt and personable. He sometimes does the pickups himself and sometimes works with his team of other drivers who meet his professional standards. He picked us up at EZE when we arrived in Buenos Aires and took us to and from AEP when we flew to Mendoza for some wine tasting. I would highly recommend his services-we felt safe and well cared for as first time visitors to Argentina.
Punctual arrival for pickup at my hotel. Great conversation and fabulous service. Highly recommend for your transportation needs
Punctual, Professional and a great safe driver. Impressed he was on time at 3am in the morning. Would 100% book Cesar next time I'm coming through BA! Gracias!!
clean safe drive, timely effortless pickup, driver spoke no english but no issue w/ that, reasonable price
Communication is excellent. Driver professional, friendly, punctual. Clean car. Comparatively priced . Had plan B if phone whatsapp was not available.
We were really impressed with the communication from this company. We had texts telling us exactly where to meet the driver, and then follow up texts to make sure we know where to go, and then a text to tell us that the driver was there. Highly highly highly recommend this company.
Absolutely easy and safe drive!! Impeccable. Really trustworthy! We were met right after landing and taken immediately to our hotel.
Excellent Service! Driver was on time & very polite & knowledgeable. Awesome service, highly recommend.
Cesar is very organized and efficient—pick up directions are clearly communicated and he keeps track of your flight to know when you arrive. Our driver Donel was right there, friendly and helpful, taking the stress out of transferring between the international and domestic airports on opposite sides of BA. Thank you Cesar and Donel!
Our drivers were prompt, professional, and courteous. The information we were given in order to identify the drivers before they arrived was extremely helpful.
Cesar was very prompt, kept me informed of his location and provided a very friendly and courteous service with a big smile. Highly recommended!!
We did multiple trips (6 trips ) with Cesar during our recent visit to buenas Aires to/ from both AEP and EZE airports. Cesar was very professional, friendly and accommodating. At one point, after reaching AEP airport at 5 am in the morning we found out that the airline had a change in itinerary and our flight departure airport was changed to EZE. We called Cesar again explaining the situation. He came back to AEP and got us to EZE in time for our flight.
Exactly what we needed for an airport transfer! Great communication from booking request to pick up, would highly recommend!
