Exceptional service - great communication, clean car and safe driver. There may be cheaper ways to get from EZE to the city but if you want a stress free experience I heartily recommend. Plus I stupidly left my phone in the car and the driver José returned it to the hotel before I had a chance to contact them.

After we collected our baggage at EZE, Ceasar quickly picked us up outside after confirming pickup details via WhatsApp. The car was nice and he delivered us efficiently to our downtown hotel with no issues. We were looking for a safe, affordable and hassle free ride after our long flight, and that's what we got.

Cesar is wonderful - we did many transfers with him over our stay in Buenos Aires. Nice vehicle, on-time, pleasant to talk with, and can speak fluent English. Would highly recommend.

Great communication up until pick up

This was a great way to get to the city from the airport. The communication was great and I was able to send updates through WhatsApp as we went through immigration and got our bags so by the time we got outside we only had to wait about 3 minutes and the car pulled up. It is more expensive than an Uber, but in my opinion it is definitely worth it!

We utilized Buenos Aires Tour VIP during our recent trip to Argentina (end of June/early July). From beginning to end, Cesar was very thorough, professional, and provided top quality service. I got in contact with him via WhatsApp to ask for rates and he provided them quickly. I then completed a form online and he always answered all my questions super quick. Our flights were during crazy early times but he was always there on time every single time! I truly appreciate his promptness and being on time every single transfer. His cars were super clean, well managed, spacious, and luxurious. For our transfers to EZE, we rode in his Mercedes van. For our transfers to AEP, we used his white Corolla. Both cars were tip top shape. He also helped with our bags during transit. We paid him in cash USD which was super easy for us so we didn’t have to exchange to Argentine currency. I’ve been to over 35 countries and the service Cesar provides is on our top 3 private car services we’ve ever used. We highly recommend hiring Buenos Aires Tour VIP during your trip to BA! We will definitely use Cesar again next year when we come back. If I had to give one suggestion, it would be maybe charging cables available for guests if they need it during transit or maybe free WiFi if guests need it as well. We didn’t need these things during our transit but we have seen other private car services offer these complimentary. Thank you Cesar!!

I booked a total of four transfers (out of / into EZE and into / out of AEP) for my trip to Buenos Aires during the course of my week long trip. Each transfer went smoothly. We had a wonderful experience using this company. Cesar (the owner, speaks excellent English) communicated with me via WhatsApp beforehand and sent photos of the driver (himself) and car, along with detailed instructions on where to meet. I ended up booking several rides with him, including picking up my group of 6 at the cruise port terminal and taking us to/from the airport for our trip to Iguazu, with a stop at our hotel in Buenos Aires to drop off some luggage. Our driver contacted us the day before our plane was to land with a picture of himself and a picture of the car. He gave precise instructions on what to do upon arrival. He was in constant communication with us after arrival so he knew exactly when we were going to leave the building and where we should meet him. There was a person that spoke English at the car to help us get settled because our driver only spoke Spanish. The driver provided bottled water and took us quickly and efficiently to our hotel. The car was neat and clean and comfortable.

It was the best organized pickup.. Carlos made it very easy.. sent directions when we landed… Along with photos of how to get through the airport ..where to meet our driver Donel alone with pictures of driver and car… We waited about 2 min for our driver after I text that we were at the meeting spot.. our ride was about one hour from airport to hotel… And Donel was a great driver!!!

A short walk to the car in front of the terminal and we were transported directly to our downtown hotel.
