I’m in awe of the performance. I chose this because it was intimate and felt more immersive in the city. I’ll be back next time I’m here!

This was truly one of the most special experiences we had in Buenos Aires. We knew we wanted to see a tango show, but didn't want to do the big touristy shows that come with dinner etc. I found Secreto by Googling around and we decided to do the 4:30 show, which was perfect because it didn't take up our whole evening, but started it off right! First of all the space is the perfect size and the vibe is GREAT, so bravo to whoever designed and decorated it. While the interior is dark and moody, the staff was SO welcoming and friendly and bright. We really felt welcomed in and that they engaged with us -- it wasn't like we were just unimportant tourists shuffling through. They came around to each table and spoke to us, and were super attentive with refilling our glasses. I wasn't drinking wine that day, so they asked me if I wanted something else and they made sure I got my drink of choice in addition to water. This is all before the performance even started. The pianist and accordionist are SO talented and bursting with personality of their own. I really felt transported back to a bar or club a century ago. It wasn't this super rehearsed performance -- it felt like they were having fun and playing around with the music and each other, which really brought the moment to life. The talent was across the board: the singer was SO talented, and the dancers too were phenomenal. No one seemed like they were "phoning it in." The performers felt really present and like they were having a good time. It's probably the closest you could get to experiencing what tango truly is and how it came about. The fee was fair and reasonable especially once we saw the show. It's worth every penny. The tables are for 2 and I don't know if I'd bring a bunch of kids if they're not chill, but if they can sit and watch then I think it would be a great cultural experience for them. I would 100% recommend a Secreto show to anyone visiting Buenos Aires! Also -- cherry on top -- it's in a cute area so you can walk around before and after and get a delicious lunch or dinner!

It was well worth the experience. An hour , reasonably priced, ambience was great, adequate crowd size, about 50 guests. Staff was attentive and ensured the wine was flowing.

It was a perfect experience. From the reception, until the last moments inside the room. The place is cozy, clean and very prepared to the event. The staff is trained to speak English and Spanish, and they are all very cordial and nice. We had a great time watching the performance from that up close. The dancers, the singer and the musicians were extremely professional yet friendly, coming by to thank us personally and chat a bit before the show.

Just perfect! From the wine, to the people, the team, the performers, the musicians, the venue. 70mins show gone by so quick! Worth every penny. I’m going to learn Spanish and come back!

The dancers and musicians greet guest to welcome them As they arrive to help with an early connection to the performance. Make sure you book seats in the front row for an exceptional experience. This is a very small group that is better than a larger dinner show. Highly recommended this while visting Buenos Aires!

This is a brilliant tango experience. It’s a small and intimate venue with a small group of musicians and dancers, but they all greet you and make you feel really welcome. The music was amazing and the dances were alternated with tango songs with the pianist and accordionist, and a fantastic singer. They were so talented and professional- it was very moving. They serve wine and water throughout and you can have soft drinks or beer

My Argentinian colleagues told me I had to see a tango show while visiting. This show did not disappoint. Authentic music, vibe, and dancing. You are up close and personal with the musicians, dancers, and singer. Amazing performance! The service was also top notch. My wine glass rarely sat empty and water was topped off as well. It felt like a VIP club experience as we sat comfortably at cocktail tables and had a front row view of all the action. I highly recommend whether solo or with friends especially your partner.

An awesome and fun performance by one dancing couple, a man on accordion, a piano player and a singer. All very talented and fun banter between the players. Small group and we sat right on the dance floor. Seemingly unlimited wine and water.
