The best of any of these tours ive done in santiago, and Peru, round trip 3.5 hours and when the buses were full they added more, great service, i knocked off a star as at 5pm the guide, whome was not speaking in English unlike the other 2, failed to mention the bus would be stopping at recoletta and that was it, leaving us stranded as we could've gotten off earlier and got to our stop had we known

This really is the gold standard in hop on hop off, after Lima and Santiago, this is efficient, slick, and expertly done, informative, comfortable and you dont need to leave the bus as it takes 3.5 hours for full trip, marked down as last guide didnt bother to speak in English (all others did) so we were unaware it was the last bus and we were dumped at Recoletta and had to find our own way home, had we known earlier, we could have gotten off earlier and closer to home, else it is excellent
It's ok but we waited a long time and could easily just walk or uber to the sights. The buses are fine but the commentary gets annoying after a while.
We picked this company since they had the buses more often, but it took us 3 buses wait to get out of caminito since the lines were so long. The stops are the same as the red buses so the lanes get mixed. This was a big problem especially at the San Telmo stop, eventually the yellow line was separated and formed behind a couple of parked unmarked buses (about 40 people), thus the yellow busses kept skipping the stop (2 times ) and when they stopped ( 3 buses in total) they only picked up a handful of passengers. Ended up taking a cab to catch it 2 stops over and once in downtown, they transferred us to another bus that took 20 min to take off. So just wasted a lot of time waiting...
Good experience, weather in BA is unpredictable, it was good having a dry spot where to sit while driving around the city, sometimes they drive too fast so you cannot take pictures from the bus, however you can always jump off (i did not do it because it was raining a lot and had a tight schedule to meet). It took about 4 hours to do the route with only one stop for me to have lunch, so plan accordingly, I’ll take it again when coming back to BA
Great tour, with English audio. We went from start to stop to enjoy the whole route sitting at the no roof top deck in perfect sunny weather. A few stops could be left out, but overall a great way to see and pick places you want to visit by foot.
Good. We saw all of the major sites and the information provided was relevant and helpful. The locations were easily accessible. I would go again.
We boarded at stop 2 just after 9am. A tour guide scanned our QR codes and gave us a map. We stayed on up to stop 21 about 12 midday.
If I was sent a QR code I could not find it on the day for Tour. All I had was a confirmation number. The street attendants put me on a Yellow bus. The bus attendant put me off at the next stop. I had to walk almost a mile to get back to where I started. The street attendants put me on a red bus. The attendant said I was on the wrong bus and advised me to get off and take the Yellow bus. I said I was put off the yellow bus. He let me stay on. I rode the entire circuit for rear I would not get back on if I got off. I bc did not have a good experience.
Bus was clean and audio through the headphones was clear and the content was interesting. We saw many sites in beautiful Buenos Aires. There weren’t enough buses and they didn’t run very frequently. We got off in San Telmo and had to wait for at least 45 minutes until a third bus came that had room for us. In the meantime 3 of the competitors buses stopped at this stop. We also had to change buses that we were not aware of. Fortunately another passenger on the bus told us we needed to change buses to finish the route.
Don't by your ticket here. Way to expensive,....00000000_______nnononono-------⁰0000000000000000000000
Great way to get an overall perspective of the city. The bus was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful.
I always love to take the hop on hop off tours when I arrive in a new city. Buenos Aires was no different. This trip I took the Yellow bus tour one day and the Red Bus (different company) the next day to see the difference in routes. Surprisingly different, but both had the main attractions. I will give props to this tour company for their headphones. So much better than the red bus. I was glad I kept them because I used them on the red bus too!
Confusion over tickets took 30 mins to resolve. Location of stops was sometimes clearly marked but others no indication. Buses often full or no space - wait for next. Audio was informative.
Interesting and fun way to get an overview of the city. Tour guide very helpful to assist with helping me find my entry stop. The location of city street signs are not always easy to find.
We came by to buy bus tickets for tomorrow and asked about Rojo Tango. Marcelo and Jimmy were very pleasant and offered to help us look for a reservation. They gave us a great deal and took care of everything from start to finish. Honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy—an excellent experience overall.
Stops early, around 5:00pm, which isn’t very late. The stops were mis-numbered on one of the busses, but the info was good. On another bus there was no information. The busses did not run on time as they stated, but that wasn’t too bad.
Family of 4 spent ~160 for a glorified bus ride. The best thing was the map with the key spots of the city. However, the bus service was not that reliable. One bus was so old that the audio units did not work at all. Also, bus missed stops and did not follow schedule (had to wait more than 30') at a stop. In the end we only hopped on and off twice. Would have been better off buying a city guide and taking a couple of taxis. Too expensive for what it is.
Not a trustworthy company. They said they were a government official office when they in fact weren’t. They also charged us astronomical fees for 2 tours which we actually found out later that cost a third of what they actually charged. In addition, they charged our credit card without our authorization to charge snacks that were supposed to be included in the day tour. It’s a SCAM. Beware.
We had trouble locating the stop and were immediately replenished on the bus without having to go to the offices
Terrible Service. A thousand times more expensive even than taking a taxi. There are never any unoccupied buses. I would never recommend anyone to take this Service. Not yellow or red.
We're from La Plata. We did the Buenos Aires Bus experience yesterday. We really enjoyed it. Super happy with the organization and with the tour itself. Highly recommended. We chose three places to go down and tour, we lacked time to visit other places that this tour offers. We're already thinking about doing it again.
Fine arranged by Marcelo. Also tango dinner night. 2 days beautiful tour of Buenos Aires. With lots of stops to check out. Great!
I loved the experience, we toured the whole city of Buenos Aires visiting the most emblematic places. Being such a big city with so many things to see, the tourist bus option seems like a great idea. To thank Felipe for his attention and recommendations, was super friendly and very professional. If you are visiting this beautiful city and do not want to miss anything, I recommend that you hire with Fontenay Tours one or more experiences, are super formal and take care of everything.
Good service and friendly service. Cleanliness and warranty. The stops are well signposted making it easy to locate
The beautiful tour, mainly of the second level. Excellent audio guided stories. The estimated time at each stop very good... And the staff inside the tour, quality!
We hired the private service for my mom's birthday with Victoria Martinez, everything went spectacularly better than we could imagine. They fulfilled all the services and provided us all the care in an exceptional way. I highly recommend it
Very good service, Marcelo's attention in the St. Martin's Square, First, Very Pro. We will definitely return to the service.
It was a very pleasant day with a lot of knowledge about the city. The company was very requested and Felipe very attentive. Indicate
very good care and super good experience, all my family had a great time and we got to know many new places this year
The bus is very practical, it takes you to the main tourist attractions. You can go down and up as many times as you want within the time limit. It's worth using to get to know the city. There were only a few moments where it took a little longer than the stipulated time, which is up to 30 minutes.
