We used Cesar and his team from Buenos Aires Tour VIP for several transfers from the airports in Buenos Aires to our hotels as well as having a half day guided tour of the city by Cesar himself. Everything worked perfectly on the airport transfers and Cesar kept us fully informed as to where to meet him and his team and who would be driving for us. The half day city tour was just OUTSTANDING! It was like being shown the city by a family friend and we were given insights and background into each of the areas and locations we were taken to. It was the perfect mix of being driven and being able to walk around the city without being rushed. Our city tour had to be rearranged due to the very late arrival of our inbound flight, but Cesar suggested two alternatives at the end of our stay in Argentina and nothing seemed to be too much of a problem for him. We had an awesome day exploring Buenos Aires with **Cesar Zelaya**. He’s super friendly, easygoing, and incredibly knowledgeable. The tour felt relaxed and personal, like walking around the city with a local who genuinely loves sharing it. “Cesar” initially picked us up at the airport after an early arrival. We couldn’t check in at the hotel so a great way to explore first. We visited **La Boca**, saw **La Bombonera (Boca Juniors stadium)**, stopped at the beautiful **El Ateneo Grand Splendid bookstore**, explored **San Telmo Market**, and learned so much while visiting the **Metropolitan Cathedral** and the iconic pink **Casa Rosada**. We even sampled all the different types of empanadas at San Telmo Market for lunch, which was a fun and delicious highlight. Cesar shared great stories and history at every stop, along with helpful local tips we really appreciated. Getting around was easy and stress-free—the vehicle was very comfortable and could easily hold six people, making travel between stops smooth and enjoyable. Cesar was flexible with the pace, happy to answer questions, and kept the whole experience fun and engaging. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Excellent tour with Cesar. I felt very comfortable from the start with excellent and frequent communication. When my flight times changed, it was no problem as Cesar tracked my flight. I even switched flight numbers last minute and still had a driver ready for my pick up when required. Spent my last day touring the city with lots of stops for walking any place I wanted. Cesar made sure I got the best viewing places and allowed as much or as little time at each place I wanted and still kept us on track for my next plane. He was polite and courteous, opening my door for me in busy traffic and making sure I had food and water. I saw an amazing amount of the city in a short time and had great explanations for everything I saw. Clean and comfortable transportation. I felt very safe and cared for like family.

Outstanding service and accompaniment. We packed a lot into the day, visiting everywhere, including a gorgeous 1900 cafe stop with pastries to die for. Have come away with great memories. Cesar is chatty, knowledgeable, efficient and a great host. Booking his services was definitely a top choice.

Cesar first picked 7 of us up at the airport and then took us to our hotel. Communication with him was excellent and he made sure there would be enough room for the 7 of us snd all of our luggage. The next day, we planned to do a full day tour with him including a lunchtime tango show. Cesar picked us up about 30 minutes late, but took us to all our agreed upon sites and stayed with us longer than originally planned. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Cesar even provided waters and umbrellas for us as it drizzled on and off that day. I could definitely recommend Cesar for your touring needs in Buenos Aires.

Cesar was the best guide we have ever had on a private tour. He was extremely knowledgeable with interesting facts and background info of the many local places we visited, was very accomodating and patient if we lingered to take countless photos, with a very warm and personable friendly personality. We had a fun and enjoyable 4 hour tour with Cesar.. We also had him organize our airport transfer ( pick up from EZE, transport to AEP) which was very efficiently arranged. We booked both airport transfers and a city tour with Cesar and highly recommend his services. Not much to say about the airport transfers other than his communication was great. The city tour was fantastic, not only did he make sure we hit all of the sites but he talked to us about the history and current political climate of Buenos Aires while also sharing his personal story. What a great experience! Not only did Caesar arrange our airport transfers, he provided a guided tour of all the highlights in Buenos Aires. He was patient, he pointed out the bathrooms, he waited while we shopped, and he took countless pictures. Do not hesitate to book!

Cesar picked us up at our hotel and took us to many areas of the city that we had not seen before. He knows where to find the best food the best ice cream and the best photo stops. We felt very comfortable with him and safe and we learned a lot about history and about the city. He is a family man, an experienced driver, and he was a great guide.

Cesar is absolutely the best! We did multiple events with him and he really took care of us like we were his only guests of the week. First, we did airport pick up from EZE with transfer to our hotel. We can in on two flights and the later one was delayed. He waited with us and never made us feel rushed. He kept our luggage in the van with him while we waited for our last guest. On the way to the hotel, he gave us Buenos Aires history and information. The next day we did the Gaucho Day. He flexed the schedule to allow us time to visit a small town with delicious coffee, delicious chocolate and a lovely town square to wander. The Gaucho Day was a great experience. We were able to ride horses but it wasn’t required as we had one person with back issues. They also have a horse drawn cart if you want to ride around the estancia. We had a delicious asado lunch, watched and participated in dancing, and saw a beautiful horse whispering display. Cesar picked the perfect place for this day trip. We also did an airport transfer from AEP to EZE with a city tour in the middle. It was a blazing hot day, but Cesar has the a/c running and had a cooler full of water for us. He suggested a delicious place for lunch, then took us to both major and minor sites to really see Buenos Aires culture and history. I only wish we had more time before we had to be at the airport. Truly, Cesar is so knowledgable of Buenos Aires history and culture. There was not a question he couldn’t answer. He did an excellent job of giving us the experience we were seeking. I highly recommend Cesar and his team for your travel to Buenos Aires.

Cesar was great! He waited at airport for all members of our party. He showed us around Buenes Aires and shared the history in between stops. We had a wonderful lunch experience in the market trying a variety of local foods. His vehicle was very clean and he was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Cesar!

Cesar greeted us at the airport and once our group all arrived (we had 5 of us from different flights and did experience one slight delay) he patiently waited and then took us on a city tour of Buenos Aires. It was the perfect mix of walking and driving while learning the history and culture. Cezar is professional, knowledgeable and courteous, an overall great guide and driver. It was a great day doing the city tour with Cesar Zelaya. He was very knowledgeable about all the areas and sites. We never felt rushed and my highlight was the Recoleta Cemetry and Cesar had so much interesting information to share about the graves. I will definately recommend Cesar

What an awesome tour!! Andrea is incredible as a driver and a guide! She knows so much about the city, and was able to adjust the itinerary once she learned I was going to some of the places on her list on another day. And she nailed it. Every place we went was amazing, from La Boca to the San Telmo Market to an empanada eatery, and everywhere else. She’s really friendly, easy to talk with, and really knowledgeable! It was so much fun, and the four hours flew by! I would go on a tour with Buenos Aires Tour VIP again!

Wow what a fantastic city tour with Cesar. He waited patiently at the cruise port for us as there were hugs hold ups disembarking. But once we met Cesar it was perfect. We experienced the real Buenos Aires in an airconditioned vehicle and water. It was truly relaxing but we walked and drove to various places , the stand out was la Boca and on the way to the airport we dropped in to the library . A lovely way to get acquainted with the city. I booked the half day tour of Buenos Aires and was very impressed. We visited several neighborhoods and I never felt rushed or hurried. This tour allowed me to get a better understanding of what I wanted to go back and visit on future days. Highly recommend.

We used Cesar’s services for airport pick up as well as the half day city tour. Booking with Cesar’s company was easy. He checked in with me a couple of days prior to my trip to confirm pick up. He told me who was going to pick me up. Our flight was delayed 12 hours. Cesar and I communicated thru What’s App. He flexed his schedule and was waiting for us late at night when we arrived. Cesar also took us on a wonderful four hour walking/driving tour of Buenos Aires. He modified the tour to our stamina level. We saw more in four hours than I would have seen in 12 hours on my own. We loved the history of this country that Cesar provided. We also took Cesar’s recommendation on a tango show. He took care of all the details for us. We loved the entire experience and would not hesitate to use Cesar’s services in the future.

Cesar is an expert on the city. We spent the day together. Aside from being a great person, his selections on where to take me were spot on. Less obvious points of interest that I think most tour groups would miss. We visited the Cathdral, and then visited La Boca, had lunch in a local market, visited one of the coolest library/book stores I've ever been to. Perfectly paced and great service. Highly recommend.

Cesar was great. Very flexible, knowledgeable, reliable, and helpful - and he spoke English very well! We asked him to pick up 2 of us at the airport and then stop by an airport hotel to pick up 2 more people to take to our downtown hotel. All stress free and easy. We had also arranged to go on a small group tour of the city with him. Also great! He took us via van, to La Boca where we walked through the colorful streets. We drove around several landmarks and stopped to wander through a street market with lots of food, leather, jewelry,etc.. We even sampled empanadas and local wines at a Tango related restaurant. Fun for all!

Cesar is amazing! We booked him for a tour of the city and also used his company for all of our transfers while we were in Buenos Aires. I cannot recommend him more highly. He is deeply knowledgeable about the city and Argentine history, speaks beautiful English, and is just a really, really nice person. He makes sure everyone is comfortable (including, in our case, a somewhat sick and very disgruntled six year old) and is extremely flexible. Throughout our week in BA he was in excellent communication about every transfer, his team was always right on time, considerate, and professional, and honestly I don't know what we would have done without him.

Cesar and his drivers are fantastic! We joined a great tour of Buenos Aires where we stopped for some fabulous empanadas. We also hired a few drivers through Cesar to get us to/from the airport, and they were incredibly helpful.

My trip to Ushuaia and Antarctica were booked, I traveled with Quark Expeditions. My brother in law and I had 19hr layover in BA on our way home with thoughts of “walking around” then I found Cesar on FB and WhatsApped him. From the start Cesar was amazing! He understood my situation and quoted me a fair price, whats more, he was a man of his word. The city tour was Taylor made for us, and was perfectly timed for us to catch some sleep and make our connection. I can’t thank him enough.

Loved the city tour we took! We stopped at some of the biggest sites, learned history, and sampled yummy food. Cesar was easy to communicate with, very punctual, and works well with Antarctica bound travelers in particular.
