It was very good. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The only drawback was the vehicle. It was old and we were pretty crowded.

First time visitors to Buenos Aires absolutely should do this tour. Carlos made sure the experience was complete. From history to the visual experiences of the current culture in Boca. Amazing to see it and experience it. Then shopping guidance to cultural experience. The best.
It can be hot and repetitive. He was hard to understand and told unnecessary stories. Repeated the stories. Stories were confusing or out of sequence. Didn’t have a clear idea for water and food breaks. Both guide and driver very nice but it seemed amateur and he wasn’t very good for the price. Super expensive.
Buenos Aires was an amazing city, so much history and so much to do, but the best part was having Carlos and Ana with us!! They truly made our visit a memorable experience, they became Our new friends and treated us as such! Thank you Carlos and Ana for being the best hosts! You love your country and it shows and are proud to its amazing history with the world! You guys are the best! From Ari and Cecilia!
Our tour guide Paula was very knowledgeable and showed us some great spots throughout the city. She met us at the cruise Port on time. We enjoyed being able to see more of Buenos Aires before leaving on our flight home.
Our guide, Pablo was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us so much of BA allowing time for photos, even suggesting the best angle.
We had booked a tour when the guide suddenly fell ill and we were contacted by Patrick with an abundance of solutions. While postponing our tour for a day, Patrick found another guide for us and we had a GREAT day with Pablo who drove us around Buenos Aires, showing us both famous landmarks and smaller lesser known. Pablo was so knowledgeable about the city that it was such a joy to get to know the city. We highly recommend getting a private tour with Buenos Aires Touring and hope you are lucky enough to get Pablo as your guide!
Pablo was a wonderful guide.showed us all important sites of BA. With much knowledge and a smile.Highly recommend.
Pablo was a great guide who was very knowledgeable of the area. He was also flexible to incorporate the things we wanted to see into the schedule. Pace of the tour was very good. Highly recommend him for your tour
Pablo was the best tour guide ever. I was lucky as it was just me and him and a holiday so no traffic, and we got to see so much in a very small amount of time. From the colorful lanes of Boca to the Parisian inspired sidewalks of Recoleta, I feel in love with Buenos Aires and can't wait to return. Personal highlight was going to the Mercado San Telmo for an amazing local lunch of empanadas and choripan! Definitely recommend this tour, even if only on a layover in BA. Pablo was excellent and the company communicated well and helped me out by customising my times and requirements. 5 stars! Gracias Pablo and co.
Pablo was excellent! We could not have asked for a better guide! He took his time and ensured we saw and did as much as possible in a very short time! He was kind and very knowledgeable about BA! Highly recommend the tour and Pablo if you are in Argentinas
Thanks Pablo for coordinating a thoughtful schedule for those in group new to BA. Perfect Day 1 in town. We made the most of day visiting 7 areas. Appreciate the hospitality!
Great tour! We were picked up at the airport and driven to BA for the customer tour to mach our interests. Then we were dropped off at our hotel in BA. Great tour and a wonderful and knowledgeable guide.
Pablo was a great guide. Pleasant and knowledgeable with a good command of English. We had a wonderful day
Pablo was our tour guide. Very friendly and extremely informative. We spent very pleasant 7 hours touring the city wi him. Would highly recommend this city tour by day.
My mom and I did a private 7-hour tour of Buenos Aires with a transfer to the airport (additional fee). It was a hot day (97°) and very sunny. Both the driver and tour guide were very professional and knowledgeable - we had a great time with them. They even found us a gluten free bakery (La Union) that was amazing! In 7-hours we got to see the highlights of Buenos Aires, learn about the history and eat lunch at a local restaurant. Because it was a private tour we could pick and choose what we wanted to do and how long we wanted to spend in any one place. It was a great way to see the city given the few hours we had before our flight. Also, while more expensive than a group tour, it wasn't that much more money. Highly recommend! A few of our stops: El Ateneo Bookstore Eva Peron's burial site - Recoleta Cemetery La Boca neighborhood Palacio Barolo’s Colonial Town Hall Cathedral & Pope Francis Mothers of the May Square
We flew into Buenos Aires in the morning and scheduled this tour at 2pm. Pablo was waiting for us at our hotel lobby earlier than expected and started our tour. We hit all 7 places I wanted to see (sent a list to Viator weeks before, which in turn they sent to vendor). He told us the history of each place which was fascinating, gave us good advice on money exchange and where to purchase Messi jerseys for souvenirs! Highly recommend this tour, ask for Pablo, he’s the best!!👍🏼
Our tour guide, Pablo, and driver were great! The tour included only our family in a small but comfortable, air conditioned, passenger van. Pablo took great care of us and gave us a lot of information about Buenos Aires that we could use for the rest of our stay. We did not think we would like BA as much as we did. Thanks to Pablo, I would definitely go back to visit this great city.
We were treated to a Sunday morning city tour. The traffic was light and our tour guide was excellent. We got to see all major points of interest -- Pink House, Recoleta Cemetary, Obelisk, Boca, etc. The highlight was the Museo de Agua, which isn't on typical tours -- but the building was BEAUTIFUL!! Highly recommend.
Our driver Pablo gave us a great introduction to the city of Buenos Aries. Visited all the main city highlights and Pablo added the local insight that put everything into perspective. Visited la Boca district with its colourful facades and many places to eat, drink and buy souvenirs. The pink palace and the many other architectural styles that have shaped the city. Highly recommend this tour for a more personal introduction to the city.
We took advantage of hotel pick-up and airport drop-off for a late night flight and had a comprehensive tour that let us view/experience many different aspects/neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. Our guide was very knowledgeable and filled the gaps where the shorter tours we had taken the day before left us with questions. He took advantage of less traffic on Sunday to crisscross different city parts (even out to San Isidro) to offer us a truly customized experience well beyond the expected. Can highly recommend!
Pablo was phenomenal. He was born and raised in BA so we not only saw the neighborhoods and sights but we learned so much of the history of Argentina. Highly recommend Pablo!
we have 45 people in the group . The bus is full. The tour operator promised to give water but they forgot. We paid separate for the train going to the Redeemer but other tour operators it's included. They changed our original schedule supposedly Redeemer after pick up at Hilton Rio Copacabana but instead to Sugarloft. The Tour guide was not sure if we can get tickets to Redeemer and thats our main reason to visit Rio de Janiero. The Tour operator even charge us extra $18 per person for the train, but other tour operators is included.
The tour operator did not follow instructions as per Viator invoice. Our group of 39 people doesnt hear the voice of tour guide since no head set. Tour guide doesnt have mega phone also. The entrance to some destinations like cemetery is not included in the fee. There should be more places to see.
Our tour came with a driver and comfortable car and a Spanish and English speaking guide. They took us all over and it was a great combination of driving and walking. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable. We couldn’t stump him at all. You see and learn so much in those 7 hours. So worth the cost, especially if you’re either not in town for long, like us, or you want a city orientation before the rest of your time there. Our flight got in late that morning so I contacted the company so we could start an hour later, which was totally fine, and then we learned the guide planned to give us a full 7 hours anyway, which he didn’t have to do at all! Loved it!
One of the best private tours ever! Day 1 with Patrick: Patrick customized this tour. We saw an overview of the city: embassies, Palermo SoHo, important buildings. The main part of our tour was a custom wine tasting/pairing with Argentine tapas. The setting was Bertie & Aby's apartment. Personable, generous, & welcoming couple. Bertie is a sommelier and Aby is a wonderful chef. Very entertaining & educational. These boutique wines were excellent. We would have purchased one of each, but our bags were already close to being overweight. The food was amazing! Each dish brought out the wonderful wine flavors. Also had an exquisite truffle drizzled with olive oil! We are dog lovers and asked them to let their sweet dog, Bonny, out to see us. Bonny was was so cute, sweet, well-behaved. Loved her! We were all missing our dogs at home in Texas! The whole experience was amazing! Highly recommend!!! Not for children, adults only. 10 stars!!!!
We booked a half day tour and were extremely lucky to get Pablo as our guide. He’s very cheerful and obliging and knowledgeable. We had a lot of fun and a great lunch and thoroughly enjoyed his stories about the Buenos Aires of today, and its past. Patrick, who owns the company, is easy to deal with and very responsive. Thanks Pablo and Patrick for making our stay in BA extra special.
Excellent guide: knowledgeable, cooperative and willing to adjust itinerary to travelers' interests.
My friend and I were visiting Buenos Aires for the first time and arranged this tour to learn more about the city. We knew it would be interesting, but we had no idea what an amazing day we would have! Pablo was our guide for the day and he completely made the experience. It felt like we were being shown around the city by a good friend and the day flew by. He is so knowledgeable about the city and Argentina and was able to answer every question that we asked, and then some! He gave us so many restaurant recommendations and even brought us to one for a delicious lunch. He was so thoughtful in planning out the day and brought us to so many amazing locations across the city. He was also so flexible and kept adding stops based on things we had talked about earlier in the day - dulce de leche helado anyone?? Pablo made this one of the best tours we’ve ever gone on and we would recommend it to everyone! Thanks so much an amazing day Pablo!!
The city tour was very personal and Pablo was an awesome guide! We look forward to coming back in the future.
Wonderful day exploring Buenos Aires. We visited parks, churches, government buildings and different neighborhoods. Our guide, Carlos, was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Because I am traveling alone I needed an introduction to the city and recommendations for which places to return alone. My guide helped familiarize me with the historical and cultural areas and gave excellent suggestions for the rest of my trip. She tailored the tour to my exact interests.
Patrick was a fantastic guide! He really is as interesting as the city itself! He has a thorough knowledge of all the locations. He took me when it was least busy so we could navigate without issue or it being too crowded. I was solo and he was kind enough to take some photos for me. He speaks English, French, Spanish and is learning Italian. We had a great lunch and a great discussion about so many things. Fantastic tour that I would recommend to anyone!
We had an excellent tour guide in Tina. We requested a pick up from the airport and she was waiting for us at the exit. She proceded to take us on a half day tour of the city before dropping us off at the cruise port.
The tour was very informative and fun. The guide spoke perfect English and was very knowledgable! Driver was excellent too!
We had a wonderful time touring the city of Buenos Aires. Our guide took us to historical place and provided us with information about the place. From the arrival of the Spaniard, BA indigenous people, migrants from WW1, The history behind the colourful tenement house, Evita Peron grave, house and monument. We also visited is awesome book store. To much to see and learn one day is not enough. Our guide and drive made us feel safe, with both having pleasing personalities. I highly recommend this tour specially our guide and driver.
This was an amazing tour. We got to see so many things in the city. Our guide Angie was very knowledgeable and fun!! I highly recommend this tour
Eugenia was so energetic and awesome. Such a delightful guide so full of information. Carlos is a very careful good driver. We learned lots, saw lots. Good combo of walking and driving. Perfect overview to start off your city visit
Margarita, our exceptional tour guide, provided a perfect seven hour tour of Buenos Aires. Margarita arrived early - to our nice surprise and was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it - even though we showed up 30 minutes early outside our Cruise Terminal. We had certain objectives for our day and Margarita made sure we accomplished all of them - plus more. Margarita spoke very fluent English which we had requested. We were driven to key areas and then got out and walked to see important sites up close - including going inside two Churches and a Cathedral as well as numerous historical and significant places of interest. Margarita provided historical perspective on Argentina, Buenos Aires and many sites which was very helpful. We enjoyed a delightful lunch and completed our 7 hour tour before being dropped at EZE Airport as we had requested. We highly recommend Margarita (very well travelled herself) as an extremely knowledgeable, dedicated Tour Guide who genuinely is interested in pleasing her Clients and loves Buenos Aires and Argentina. Patrick (the Tour Agency Owner) was very detailed oriented, promptly responsive and ensured our stated objectives were met by selecting Margarita and a cooperative Driver. If you find yourself in need of a Buenos Aires Tour, do yourself a favor and request Buenos Aires Touring and Margarita.
I can't say enough about how wonderful out tour was. We were leaving our cruise ship and had flights late in the evening, so we needed a great tour to fill our day. We went from 4 people to 5 about 4 weeks before the tour and the operator easily accommodated us with an additional fee for the larger vehicle. We were thrilled that it was a small tour van that would have accommodated 20 people. This gave us plenty of room to spread out and one of our party was even able to take a quick nap at one of our sites. It was the hottest day of the year by the driver kept the bus super cool for us. Our guide knew so much about the history and thoroughly explained to us each of the sites. Our favorites were the Tango places, Cathendral, Casa Rosada, Boca, and the Ricoletta Cemetary, which houses some of the finest art in Buenos Aires in the form of family mosoleums paying tribute to their loved ones who have passed on. Buenos Aires is a beautiful city, with fantastic architecture and history, and this tour gave it all to us.
We had a great experience. He. Did exactly what we wanted making our stay in Buenos Aries very enjoyable. Great guide.
My friend and I spent 4 hours with Eugenia on our first day in BA to get an overview of the city. Our tour was magnificent. Eugenia provided us with a wonderful history of the city, interesting insight into the people and politics and a thorough mastery of the physical layout and character of the various neighborhoods in the city. Eugenia also gave us great shopping, touring and restaurant recommendations! A fabulous day in Buenos Aires!!
We were picked up promptly by our tour guide Pablo. We spent about 7 hours in a very nice truck touring the city. We saw the Evita Memorial, the cemetery where she is buried, several parks with elegant rose gardens, and a giant metal sculpture of a flower which is really a great attraction. We spent an hour at a very nice Italian restaurant, at our expense. Then we went to the area called Boca. There were several other places but I can’t remember them all! Great guide and great experience. We never could have done this on our own.
Great tour, guide and driver. I highly recommend the tour. Seeing Recoleta was a highlight of the tour.
This is an excellent way to see the best sites of Buenos Aires! Our guide, Margarita put together a wonderful tour that started the moment she greeted us at our hotel Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, Margarita is a delight to spend the entire day with, so very warm and engaging at all times. She possesses a wide variety of historical knowledge of the city and it is quite evident she loves her native Buenos Aires! Her passion for Buenos Aires elevated our experience and exceeded all of our expectations with a customized tour of the best of Buenos Aires. Accompanying Margarita was our driver Cristina. Together they made an amazing tour team. Cristina was an expert navigator with extensive knowledge of the city, streets and shortcuts saving us time getting around. At the end of the day we were actually a little sad to leave Margarita and Cristina because they started to feel like family. To our surprise Margarita called us that evening to see if we had any questions and to offer some tips for the remainder of our vacation. Margarita and Cristina will alway be a part of our wonderful memories of Buenos Aires!!! We are so grateful for an amazing day.
Total waste of time & money. Despite telling Patrick about other tours we had lined up, he didn’t tell our tour guide Flavia and she was unprepared. We’ve had many tours in our travels, and this one was the worst. She wasn’t very informed, shrugged and said she didn’t know, has difficulty with English and was high on opinions but low in facts. The only pleasant part of the trip was the cab driver.
Our guide Margarita was great. Well informed, a great story teller and fluent in both Spanish and English. Highly recommend for your first or second day to get a great intro to a marvelous and beautiful city.
Picked up promptly from cruise terminal. My driver CHRISTINA and my professional guide FLAVIA were remarkable. Not only were they knowledgeable and provided detailed information they were friendly and kind. I have a very bad back and they went above and beyond to make my tour around the Buenos Aires pleasant. We hit almost every spot that I wanted to visit. Buenos Aires is a big city. They even drove me to eat at the little empanada place I had on my custom list. We could not get to my hotel by car due to the streets being blocked off for the fair. They accompanied me the 2 blocks bags in tow. This was a great trip I got to see and learn a lot about Buenos Aires with the most wonderful guides
We enjoyed a beautiful tour throughout the city of Buenos Aires with our tour guide that was absolutely fantastic. We were driven around the city from point to point by a taxi with our proficient English speaking guide. It was a personal experience to say the least. We were introduced to the historical places as well as the activities Argentians play and do on their weekends. Superb!
The tour operator was very friendly. They adjusted quickly to flight/traffic situation. The guide was knowledgeable and the tour worked out nicely. At the start of the tour, I asked the guide to find a place to exchange some money. This did not happen until we got off the last stop. She talked to someone in front of a small restaurant and then told us all exchange shops are closed. She then went into the restaurant and came out telling us the restaurant can exchange at the rate of 60 for US dollar. I know this is not a good rate but this is the last stop and I know I need local cash right after. So I had to exchange money there. Then as we turned the corner, there was a restaurant with a sign posted outside with a rate of 68. I'd think money exchange is common and would certainly hope the guide is a bit more helpful.
