Federico was fantastic as well as the staff. Not only was he entertaining, but very informative, and the food was beyond belief.

By far, the best experience I've had thus far. Chef Juan and Augustine were so kind and engaging. I love to cook and this was right up my alley. Everything from the food and wine was delicious, and the flan was the best flan I've had in my life.

This was such a fun way to spend an afternoon! I was one of 2 solo women and we were joined by a lovely couple. Federico, our chef and his right hand, Stefano were fabulous hosts & teachers. We jumped in to do much of the prep and even some of the cooking, with a little competitive fun included. A welcome cocktail (that we made following Stefano’s instructions, and lovely wines (1 white & 1 red), were included. Bring your appetite and enjoy! I’d come again in a heartbeat. The entire experience was about 3 hours in length,

Would give this 6 stars if I could, amazing time with Federico and Valentina! I booked last minute on a Sunday (the morning of) and the class ended up being only me, which I thought may have been difficult for Federico and Valentina, but both Federico and Valentina still brought exceptional energy and made the experience amazing for me! I appreciated that so much and we all actually had so much fun too. All dietary restrictions accommodated for and we made so much food that I had to take a lot away with me too. I would recommend the class just to learn from Federico and Valentina all about Argentinian cuisine and have a great time

Absolutely enjoyed this class. I came solo but had a lot of fun with my fellow classmates and our amazing instructors. It was the perfect amount of hand ons cooking and having wine. All the dishes were delicious and you get the recipes.

This was a great experience! Our chef was Frederico and his assistant was Augustín. Frederico engaged our whole family immediately. My 16 year old son was hesitant to attend but by the end he said it was his favorite activity of the trip. The food was delicious and was paired with local drink from which we learned more about the culture of Argentina. I highly recommend.

In Argentina for a group tour and they brought us here. Frederick and Laura were great! So much fun and they worked around dietary restrictions with ease.

Our leader whose name I can’t remember was excellent. He explained, helped us so we felt like our empanadas were perfect and he made the full experience complete fun.

The hosts were awesome and explained everything well. They also gave us tips on other places we could enjoy locally. We had a great time!

INCREDIBLE! That’s what you’ll keep telling yourself throughout this experience. The chefs (Juan and Nassa—sorry for the spelling) who guided us were amazing. They explained every detail and answered all our questions with kindness and passion. The recipes were delicious and fun. And the sommelier (Candy) was really kind and insightful. The wines we tasted were wonderful discoveries. She also helped us a lot in choosing other wines to try in Argentina and in understanding their differences. I highly recommend the three-hour classes, but if you have the time, I think the 14-course meal would be an excellent choice and a real adventure. When we return to Buenos Aires, we’ll definitely be back here. Thank you so much!

We had the best experience with Juan, Nasser, and Agustin, it was my partners birthday and it was amazing! The cooking lesson and the food and wine tasted amazing - we would definitely recommend!

This cooking experience was A+++, chef Freddy, Naca,and Agus were amazing, the food and wine pairing excellent for all courses. I was also very appreciative of the effort to accommodate my food allergy for dairy.

We had a great tour guide. It was an awesome tour with her of their sweet little town. However once we got to the actual gaucho event, we weren't nearly as impressed. It was just like going to a park and figuring it all out on your own. There was no one to guide you or lead you to all that was offered . They did have a great folk dancing event and they were amazing along with a fantastic musicians. However, we just had to watch for things and run to the area hoping someone would notice us, like horseback riding. There was absolutely no instruction. We just got on a horse and hoped that we didn't get injured. There were no helmets either. Was not impressed with the meat at all. I guess because we're from Texas. We have a lot better beef very tender and juicy. Theirs was dry and no seasoning at all. I literally didn't eat any of it except the salad and ice cream. Those were good. The ride to and from the gaucho's was a little bit scary because the roads are all torn up around. Nothing is paved so it was an extremely bumpy ride! We felt bad for the driver because I'm sure his car required a lot of constant maintenance to get to and from that venue.

What a fun and informative class! The staff were great. Making the empanadas and chupas was not hard with their help. It was also great fun to sip wine and snack on what we made while they showed us how to cooks steak and flan. The food was excellent, and we all came home with leftovers.
