What an amazing trip ,the sights were more than worth there money but the experience was made better by our tour guide marcella ,she was so lovely and helpful and insightful but also went above and beyond by giving us tips not just for our paid tour but even when she was off the clock as such she told us stuff to do for our two week holiday ,the bus driver was quiet but he was very cordial and his body language was very professional and even offered to cater to where people wanted dropped off ,love from scotland

The tour itself was quite fast paste moving not allowing enough time to enjoy Tigre. Most of the time was spent inside the van
It was a horrible experience. The tour guide Santiago was very nice. The first hour of the tour was picking people up and we didn’t get picked up at the hotel but three blocks away Second hour was traveling to a small town with no features. Third hour stuck in that town. Fourth hour finally made it to the boat where we had to wait in line to board the boat. Very few seats outside so we were stuck inside. Final hour back to Buenos Aires, again not our pickup spot. We will probably not use Viator again if this is an example of their services.
The tour was fine. It was hard to actually hear much on the boat since it was all pre-recorded information. And the time spent in Tigre city was all shopping, so if you’re into that then it’s worth it.
We all really enjoyed the river boat ride of the tour. It was very enjoyable & a smooth ride. We could have done with less time at the stops getting there. Our guide Diego was very informative & always explained everything clearly. We knew where we were to be when. Would have been nice to have some water bottles waiting for us in the tour coach when we returned from the boat tour.
Very good tour! Most informative. Very interesting a good vision of the delta and life on the river. Interesting to see how in habinents live
The driver and the tour guide were very friendly and informative during the bus ride. The reason for the low rating is that it took an hour to pick everyone up then we stopped at a church for 20 min before going to the boat ride. The boat ride was only one hour and they packed you in the boat. Not a seat open. If you didn’t get a seat on the outside, you will not be able to take pictures. Wish we were told that. It is hard to understand the recording at times. Very interesting history on the Delta. Would encourage a trip of some kind. We were then taken back to the city. You had a choice where you wanted to be dropped off. Read all the details before booking to ensure you understand. I just felt like for the money it wasn’t worth it.
An interesting and enjoyable tour with an excellent guide in Nicolas but it took far too long to get to Tigre which was unnecessary.
Nice little tour to El Tigre town just outside of Buenos Aires. However, I strongly feel that they are overcharging a lot for what the tour offers. I'm quite sure that if I had just taken a taxi to get there and back it would have cost me half the price they charge as they only thing they basically is transportation.
It was great and a good experience for my husband and I The lady that took us to the location did an excellent job explaining what we were seeing on the way and the driver did a great job with driving Kudos to the lady
The walk around the fruit market and a relaxing ride on the water made for a good get away from Buenos Aires. Plus the weather was perfect
Interesting, but not really a must see if your time is limited. Initial stop and boat tour really show you a bit of actual local life. You can find items to bring home at the market stop, but it is geared toward locals.
the large market where we were not given time to shop. could not understand guide. she did not give good instruction. she allowed a couple from waldorf to delay entire trip
Nice boot trip and walk through the market. Guide was very nice and informative. Tour started a little later than expected due to traffic.
The tour was misleading. The tour was 5 hours but the boat ride is only for an hour. It was rushed by the coordinator as she was rushing us to get back
stopping in the San Ysidro neigborhood and seeing the beautiful homes and great gelato. puerto de frutas a bit tacky. boat ride and commentary was beautiful and very informative.
The actual boat tour was good. The bus to and from the city was disappointing. We had to arrange our own transportation from Palermo and then the bus was almost 30 minutes late to the hotel meeting point. The guide had fair but not great English language skills. She gave information on the way but none returning. I was looking forward to seeing San Isidro but it wasn't pointed out and there was not a stop. Everyone was dropped off centrally at the end.
Great trip and service! Pick up at hotel was great and boat trip good. Time shopping was also appreciated.
Our guide Elba was friendly and always checked in on us. The group itself had split into multiple parties / locations once we were on the boat, and she made a point to come around to each of us and provide info about what we were seeing. Note that you share the boat with other groups, so it could become crowded. We had the morning trip and had space, but the afternoon trip had a massive line and likely would not have been as comfortable. The trip itself was interesting but not amazing. There were some good sights, but not as "nature oriented" as I was expecting. But still good to see an alternative lifestyle and culture in Argentina
August 2022 - female guide spoke good English and gave a knowledgeable tour! Would recommend to English/Spanish speakers
great trip I recommend 1 way trip there then stay and explore you can Uber back home the little town has a lot to see and offer
I loved this boat journey. In the beginningI found it somewhat 'ho-hum' with our boat running parallel to the coast line. Then the surprise. When the boat turned into the Delta area and I saw a village on stilts comprising of homes, a school, boat markets etc, I was amazed at the beauty, the quietness and the wonderful natural vegetation surrounding the Delta area. I thoroughly enjoyed this journey which included a lovely lunch on shore and a return journey by bus.
Most visitors only see the big city life while touring - not so on this boat trip. Here we saw the country side and the waterways all at the same time.
Loved this boat trip and different view of Argentina. Less hectic experience than the busy bustling of Buenos Aires. The Boat was relaxing and nice to see how the quiet river population lives. The small homes along the river are a sharp contrast to the busy city. The lunch was nice at the resturant on shore 3 empanadas and a drink. Our short shopping excursion was a fun and good for trinkets. Nice day trip.
The companies that run this should be ashamed of themselves. I can only praise the guide and the driver for they did their jobs well but the tour itinerary itself is poor. You jump on the mini bus and travel to the outskirts of BA, we stopped for an Ice Cream in some little suburb. You then get to the port. We were then herded onto a boat which had ex aircraft seats in it, full of other people, and if you are lucky get a "window seat" and off you go cruising. Well, its a water version of a race track, boats everywhere, passing us, overtaking us and some guys speeding like crazy in private speed boats all tooting their horns, poor people living there - It would drive me mad with all the "traffic and noise" Some of it was interesting but generally it was poor. Maybe we should have done a private tour, but still you have all the other boats to contend with. Think twice about this one.

Basically a boat tour to look at peoples' cottages.

Although the cruise was very interesting and our bus guide was very good and informative, this excursion did not meet our expectations. We spent most of the time on the bus and made one 25 minute stop on the way back which did not add anything to the tour.

This was a very nice tour that took you outside of the city of Buenos Aires. Ashlynne was a good guide. I would highly recommend it.

The boat trip was really enjoyable and the area is quite unique. A fascinating contrast to Buenos Aires and well worth visiting. Unfortunately our guide showed little enthusiasm or interest and much of what we learned during the boat tour came from our overheating other conversations.

If you want to expierence simplicity and get back just to being grateful this trip is a must do. To see how people survive just with each other and the basics of nature and how they need to get by is amazing, I'm not sure if I will be able to live like this. The tour guide Elba was great and very helpful a bonus that all languages were catered for.

Great tour and tour guide a must do, and I highly recommend it.

Experiencia horrivel, nao recomendo a ninguem.
The Journey itself is not very rewarding, or it could be better actually. The guide was very poor throughout, it only mentioned where we were without giving historical details about the interesting places we were visiting, which generated long moments of silence that could have been filled with information. The boat trip is very generic, and the stories about the deltas were not very interesting.
Another disappointment with Grayline, the company treats customers like trash. The minibus was forty minutes late picking us up at the hotel, we were the first to get in. Result: At the first stop, the guide said that the tour was delayed and we couldn't go to the bathroom (after almost two hours on the bus, several elderly people). We stopped quickly, then arrived at Tigre, where we were "allowed" to go to the bathroom. On the way back from the tour, we quickly went to the bus, one more stop without the right to go to the bathroom, we could only go on arrival. Forcing people to wait more than 3 hours without being able to go to the bathroom because the company is late is totally cruel. Horrible experience, I don't recommend it!
A very nice guide and driver made the experience very good. On the other hand, I think the program with the visit to the cathedral and also the boat trip was a bit sketchy in terms of what you expect from a trip. The boat trip was an hour shorter due to suspension for the rowing competition, among other things.
Very good, book directly at the train station in Tigre, eat on board, good experience, good service
Very good tour in which they picked us up at different points in CABA and on the way to Tigre they told us about the things we were seeing in CABA and in Tigre. We made a stop at the Puerto de Frutos and then the boat activity. Highly recommended. Our guide Camila was lovely and did a great job.
We were surprised when we found out that the trip to the Tiger was by bus because I thought we had taken an excursion from Bs. As.a Tiger and it wasn't. Very friendly and requests the guide..
Very nice tour, we sailed on the Tigris, went to the fruit market, and the Victoria guide very professional, very friendly and well prepared
Good food, lots of alternative places to visit, cheap food prices and mobilization, security, charming city
Hola compré un tour para mi familia pero el operador cancelo en viaje y no me han hecho la devolución del dinero
Very good attention from the staff The great excursion, you know another area such as the river walk with its canals and summer houses Very nice the stops we made to know the neighborhood of San Isidro etc with its cathedral and stately house Highly recommended the whole excursion
Super entertaining and picturesque. I hadn't done it before and we really loved it. Important issue also safety, which is very good so one goes relaxed and calm.
Very good! It's worth it! We really like the wind and to glimpse the nature....the clean Rio, the house well located and cared for!
Punctual hotel pickup, then very informative drive through the port and the Tigre Delta with many winding canals. Great photo motives ! On the included bus return trip, you will stop at a colorful market that is well worth a visit. All in all a recommended excursion !
Very good to broaden the concepts that I have about well organized ribeirinhos, congratulate the father about it!
