Buenos Aires: Private Eze Airport Transfer

Seamless pickup travel and transition at airport. Driver was on time and professional and my experience was great

The driver never picked us up. We had to get an uber to go to the hotel. At the day of arrival, they said they didn’t have enough space for our luggage.

Pickup worked as expected. The pickup area is a bit crowded so took a few minutes to locate the driver but he was there

We used these guys quite a bit during our time in South America. We used them from Buenos Aires cruise terminal to Jorge Newbery Airport for our flight to Iguazu Falls. We then used them from Jorge Newbery Airport to our hotel in Puerto Madero, and then from our hotel to the International airport. Each time they arrived at the pickup points at least 15 minutes early. Polite helpful drivers and door to door service. Highly recommended.

My husband and I booked a transfer from the Buenos Aires (EZE) International Airport to our hotel after a late night arrival into Buenos Aires. Our driver Avian met us at the designated spot near to where we went through Customs. So easy! He helped with luggage, spoke English and gave us tips for our trip. I would highly recommend this service!

The pickup and ride were fine. Communication with the Viator base was critical because driver was slightly delayed by traffic. When arriving at EZE, immediately log into airport Wifi if your phone is not working in Argentina. Then you can communicate with the base and the base will communicate with the driver

Car never showed. Took taxi. Searched for 20 min for driver. No driver showed up. .............m.................!Not happy

The driver picked us up on time and we arrived safe and sound at the Airport. The driver was on his phone texting while on route. I was not comfortable with that as it is dangerous.

We were very happy with our transfer to Exeuza airport by Grupo Summa. We were leaving at a ridiculously early time but they were there exactly when and where we needed them, with great communication ahead of time, a clean car, safe and polite driver.

Great communication with Viator and company providing the service. Made traveling from the airport to our accomodations stress free.

Excellent professional service.. After a 9 hour flight it was great to see our driver waiting for us.

Driver was not present at the pickup point. Had to call the operations center to confirm. Was told we didn’t have a reservation even after reading the confirmation number. Eventually, operator “found” my reservation and said the driver normally shows up 45 mins after the flight lands (something that would have been nice to know in the confirmation). Driver eventually showed, took us to an absolutely filthy vehicle small chevy sedan with no air conditioning, bald tires, no shocks, and smelled like a cigarette taxi. Best advice would be to take a taxi, as the vehicle was the same standard as a taxi and at least you wouldn’t have to wait.

After my initial call requesting a transfer, I had to make 3 more calls to straighten out the details. It was extremely annoying to get confirmations that were incorrect. Instead of a transfer from the city to the airport, I received details of a pick up at the airport. I became tired of having to call and correct the reservation. One call should have been sufficient. I had to make 4 calls to get the right information across.

0 stars if I could. The car arrived at our hotel, but the driver refused to take us because supposedly our bags could not fit. Instead of offering a solution, we were basically told to solve the problem on our own — when it was the tour agency that made the reservation, not us. We were even asked to send the exact dimensions of our bags, as if we had chosen the size of the vehicle. Since we arrived we have already made two transfers in even smaller cars and there was never any problem, but now suddenly there is. To make the situation worse, they wanted to charge us an extra to “improve” the vehicle. Is it our fault they sent a car too small? Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. The driver was not a collaborator and the company took no responsibility. Very disappointing experience. I don't recommend it. 0 stars if I could. They even asked us to send the exact dimensions of our luggage, as if we were the ones who chose the vehicle size. We’ve already transferred cars twice since arriving and had zero issues, yet suddenly now it’s a “problem.” To make it worse, they wanted to charge us extra to upgrade the vehicle. How is it our fault that the car sent was too small? Completely unprofessional and extremely frustrating. The driver was unhelpful and the company took no accountability. Very disappointing experience. Wouldn't recommend.

We carry out several transfers to and from the airport. Excellent Service from the people confirming the services and from the drivers, we were with Wendy, Ivan, and two other people who do not remember the names but very friendly, giving us recommendations from the city. I recommend having transfers booked, for flight cancellation we had to make a last minute transfer by Uber and I do not recommend it.

We stopped by to pick up marcelo Martin, very good, was very helpful and attentive, I wait for us to check in at the hotel before leaving. In addition while driving he was giving us data and tips of the city.

Dismal after-sales experience. There was a change of destination of the trip and they only dedicated themselves to charging me more. No compensation, no loyalty; just charging me less for a Tour Service I had no intention of hiring. Nefarious communication with the agent, who only cared about charging and not trying to give a pleasant experience to the trip. I do not recommend it; take an Uber, it is faster and with less problems. Maybe it's even cheaper for them.

We took a walk to Tigre and we liked it a lot. The guide and interaction via WhatsApp was very good. No reclaciones.but the transfer back to the airport wrong destination. The Argentine airline voucher is confusing for the tourist, but not for the attendant of the sum. The departure on Sundays always takes place at the air park They took me to the Ezeiza I had q pay uber to the airpark, arriving on top of the hour. A choking. The place combined for waiting was not followed, the car was old, beaten, dirty and dirty, I had to send the clothes used in the day for laundry because they became unusable due to the smell of cigarettes from the car. The driver was driving very fast, did not say a word during the translation, which left the weather strange since it was 2:00 in the morning. We got scared, we got the clothes fed up and we still had the extra cost with the hotel laundry after the transfer. The package included transfer from the hotel to the airport at the end of the trip and I did not have the courage to keep the combined, I had to cancel without refund.
