Excellent transfer experience. Our arrival flight was delayed, but our driver was still waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a sign as arranged. It was seamless and stress free from end to end!
Driver was great, very professional, clean car and timely. Absolutely no issues with the driver or service. My issue is with the price. This cost $110 MORE than an Uber… a bit ridiculous. Realized a bit too late to cancel.
Was originally booked for MDZ to EZE. Aerolineas Argentinas changed the destination to AEP a few days before the trip so I booked this transfer. I accidentally walked past my driver and couldn’t find him. I used the emergency number to text on WhatsApp and they responded immediately (in English btw) and helped me locate him. The ride with Eduardo went smoothly. Would book again.

I was traveling by myself and was very nervous about getting from one airport to another by car. The driver did indeed meet me with a sign when I got my luggage and it was very smooth getting to where I needed to go.
The transfer from AEP to EZE could not have been easier. I was able to find the driver immediately outside baggage claim and we enjoyed a very friendly and interesting conversation on the way. The car was clean, safe and comfortable. Very highly recommended.
The local airline changed our destination mid-trip, dropping us off at the domestic airport in Buenos Aires (AEP). Arranged a car through Viatour as they have been very reliable in the past. Our driver met us outside of baggage claim, helped us wrestle our luggage into his van, and gave us a great ride through rush hour traffic to EZE with time to spare. Courteous, informative, and a very comfortable ride!
Reliable and no hassle airport transfer in Buenes Aires. We had no issues. The only minor issue is the wording for the booking is a transfer from the International Airport to the domestic airport when we needed the reverse. It was the wording only. Everything worked out and the driver was waiting on us.

I mistakenly reserved for tomorrow rather than today. When I sent an emergency message asking if they could do it today instead, they replied and made the change, on a Sunday before Christmas!! The driver was waiting for us in the airport, helped with bags and drove us to the other airport quickly.
We had reserved a car to take us from the AEP airport to the EZE airport in Buenos Aires. Our driver, Eduardo, was outstanding. He arrived in time, stood right outside baggage claim so we could find him and had a sign with our name. His driving was professional and the car was spotlessly clean. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. He also speaks basic English. PS it took us a little under an hour to do between airports.
I was hesitating to order a large van for my clients, I used Chat, very easy online communications and ended up ordering in few minutes...no worry and driver was there on time to pick us up

Our driver was such a nice guy. Our flight was switched to an earlier time - and he came to pick us up as soon as he learned of our arrival. The time between airports at rush hour is no joke - (the check in and security process at the international airport is bonkers- give yourself four hours to be safe.). Anyway, I left my phone in his car and it took us maybe 20 minutes to find a way to call the company. He came back in rush hour traffic and delivered my phone- and he was not even grumpy! During our ride we he gave us tour type information for the areas that we passed along the freeway.
Our driver was waiting as we arrived both times. Great personality and a sense of humor. We tired to hire him for the following day but he was already booked.
Easy and efficient transfer between airports. We were met by our driver at baggage claim and taken to a clean, very nice black van with bucket seats, good ac, and plenty of room for luggage.
The most memorable was the worst. My driver wasn’t at airport. Man from rental company called Viator for me. They couldn’t find booking! Then called him back to say they found it. Driver came after half an hour. Very stressful. Couldn’t explain what went wrong.
The driver was there to meet us when we landed with a clear to spot sign. Helped us navigate the airport to where he was parked. Loaded up all the baggage of 4 people! Nice, quick, comfortable & convenient ride between the airports! Highly recommended!
While there are public transit options between the airports that are cheaper, this is SOOOO much easier and nicer. You're tired from a long flight and the last thing you want to do is navigate trying to find where the bus is, when it is going, how much it costs, etc., . . . particularly if you don't speak Spanish. So much nicer to just look for the driver holding a sign with your name on it and have them take you immediately (don't have to wait for the "next" bus) to the other airport. Our driver actually helped us with our bags!!! There is no doubt that I'd use the service again if I went back to Buenos Aires.
Our driver was early and excellent. We arrived on time to catch our flight, even during rush hour. He helped with our bags and was parked conveniently for us.
Really excellent service! Our original flight was cancelled, and we got on a new flight last minute. I emailed them the new flight info right before take off, hoping they’d get it and be there at the new time. And they were! The driver was very nice and got us to EZE quickly. Perfect service. They were the only thing that went right on a crazy day of travel.
Staff member was friendly and professional. Waited outside customs with a sign. He kept us informed along the way and drove safely.

The diver was waiting for us as we exited luggage claim and led us to the car. We did not know that it was the beginning of a long holiday weekend. The driver told us that the drive would take 1-1 1/2 hours between the airports. It took almost 2 hours as there was heavy traffic. Always allow for extra time as I’ve read about the Buenos Aires traffic. The driver was polite and pointed out certain sights along the long drive.
Such an easy process and definitely the money if you’re short on time! We had a 3 hour layover to make it between flights, and they got us to EZE in 40 min.
We landed at AEP right before rush hour and needed to get to EZE. We were met outside of baggage claim by our friendly driver and transported to EZE in a clean bus, with plenty of room for us and our luggage. We were able to use the bus lanes and thus bypass much of the standstill rush hour traffic. The ride took about 1 hour and was stress free for us. I cannot imagine how stressful a cab or Uber would have been. Cannot recommend highly enough, thanks!

Needed a van for 8 with luggage and payed for a van for 15. Van had seats only with zero space allocated for luggage. Ultimately we were only 7 and barely fit as all seats were very small and needed to be occupied by our luggage.
