Buenos Aires Shared Eze Airport Transfer

On time and friendly! He was very helpful with our luggage. The vehicle was clean and air conditioner worked really well!

Why would you advertise a charge of $36.00 for a trip from the airport and then actually charge $65!!! Just not right!

I had a very disappointing experience with this transfer service from Bariloche to my hotel. Despite booking in advance, the transfer did not show up, leaving me stranded at the airport for over an hour. It was extremely difficult to find another transfer at the last minute, and I ended up having to pay double the expected cost. This situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend this service to anyone, as their reliability is highly questionable.

Very important: they answered emails very quickly; usually within 24 hours. Love this! At the airport, the driver was already waiting for us with a sign with my name. Made it very easy to locate the driver. Extremely helpful with managing our luggage. The driver spoke very little English but he was prepared and ready to use a translation app to answer any questions we had. We felt safe with the driver. Would we use this company again? Yes. Would we recommend this company? Yes.

Pick up and drop off at hotel was very good. Before I left the US I confirmed with Viator support desk that I had transfer back to the airport. We even discussed and booked a pick uptime at the hotel for transport back to airport. Upon arrival I spoke with Viator in Buenos Aires and they confirmed that my purchase was only airport to hotel and no return. I spent about an hour with Viator support verifying all my bookings do not understand how this happened.

All went well in booking & pre communication. Arrived and waited in the proper determined location on time. Waited an hour, sent 3 messages to the shuttle provider over that time, with no response. Had to make alternate transportation arrangements. I asked for a refund, they responded by requiring me supplying receipts, and clearing through Viator. How foolish they have all that information and know they didn’t complete their end of the contract

We were very happy to be met by someone holding a sign with our name on it. He had a nice van that easily fit all 7 of us with all our luggage. Capacity for many more. Reasonable price for all of us to travel together.

Contact person at airport as arranged, but there was no driver. And still no driver. We waited about an hour. Finally a driver. We paid to be picked up, not hang around the airport after a 12 hour flight. If this how they do business, find an alternative.

I booked the shared taxi through Get Your Guide. Everything worked perfectly. I missed my original time slot but they put me in the next taxi one hour later. I only shared the car with one other person, which was lucky because this way I got a quick first view of Buenos Aires. They left me at the agreed hotel in Recoleta and I walked the rest to my address in Palermo. This was the only drawback, that they don't drive to Palermo. Otherwise everything was fine.

My flight was delayed due to snow. Called when we landed and no one was answering. Called Viator and they got a hold of the agent who directed us to where we can find our driver.

When we booked this transfer we expected to be picked up in a mini bus, shared with other people. Perhaps there were no other passengers that day, but we were picked up in a car, our driver was on time and very pleasant. Our transfer was relaxed and hassle free.

The transfer is punctual and quite convenient. We made the transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. On the way, we had a delay in immigration, which made us miss the transfer at the scheduled time. The Enterprise promptly assisted us and arranged remarketing for the next available time. On the return, the Service was confirmed one day in advance, with all the necessary instructions. Thus, we were quite calm to enjoy the last day of the trip. It is very worth hiring the Service for the convenience and quality of the Service.

I did the Airport Shuttle Service to my hotel, and the Service was flawless. All very cordial, polite, punctual. I highly recommend it, it gave me a lot of security. In my case I missed the scheduled transfer with other people because there was too much queue in migrations. However, I was able to leave on the next transfer if no issues (subject to Availability (in covers))

Transferred to the international airport Eze, I went by the bus terminal Tienda Léon, is in Puerto Madero, I paid 495 pesos(February 2020).Great bus, fast. It's worth it. Super recommend.

Horrible Service!! Don't hire!! I spent 2 hours waiting for the Transfer Service at Ezeiza Airport. The receptionist who was at the airport couldn't explain what was going on. I was just saying the driver was on his way. Two hours late!! Total disrespect!! When the van arrived, I couldn't believe the amount of insects inside the car. Pants on all sides!! I've never seen anything like that!! I don't indicate. I didn't get any apologies. Service of bad quality!!
