I felt rushed from start to finish with the only exception when we were taken to certain locations to be shown items and then asked if we wanted to purchase them from the shop. Actual location of history and importance in Buenos Aires we were give from 5/20 minutes to take photos. Best of all a guy jumped on the bus at the first location, takes everyone’s photo then get off again an hour late he appears again with everyone’s head super imposed onto a tango dancer that a 5 year old could of done better with and wanted $20 .really not impressed with this outfit there must be better operators out there who charge less for a high quality experience

Reviews
Well informed tour guide with a good air conditioned bus. We stopped at many of the good sites in Buenos Aires. He explained some of the historical background of the sites and different sections of Buenos Aires.
Very convenient and safe and takes you to see the city highlights in 3-4 hours. The tour guide is very friendly and provides enough history details to keep the trip interesting. Highly recommended.
Lots of walking and driving around the city. Lots of good information and interesting. Camenito just as expected. Love free time to walk around.
A really good introduction to the city. The tour provided a whistle stop guide to the main attractions of the area covered. Our guide ,Natalie, was knowledgeable and informative. She kept the group together well ,was organised ,efficient and cheerful. Our driver ,Dina ,skilfully navigated the congested side streets and broad avenues alike. We felt that sufficient time was allocated to each stop along insights to the relevance and history of the various attractions. There were two stops during the 5 hour tour which provided bathroom facilities .Our bus was clean and a good size ,fitted with seat belts .
Jiselle and our driver did a great job. The pickup at our hotel went very smoothly. The van was comfortable and cool, and they did a very good job introducing us to the city. Totally fluent in English and Spanish she pointed out all of the main areas and was happy to answer any specific questions that you had. We also did a couple of stops that were long enough to buy some delicious gelato and sit under the trees in a park, do some shopping, and even sample some delicious wines and buy some if we wished.
Tour said max 12, then max 14 then 18....didn't go to cemetery... Said English but was also in Portuguese, so not really any commentary. Started late.overall ok but not anything I would recommend to others.
The bus was small, comfortable, with working AC. We drove through the city stopping at various points of interest. Jonathan, the guide spoke good English and provided interesting but limited info. I would have rated this tour as a 5-star if I did not have an opportunity to go on 2 separate walking tours of Buenos Aires. The amount and quality of information, such as history, health care, education, life in general, politics, and various other insights, we recieved from the guides on those walking tours was much more comprehensive than provided on this Premium City tour. And the walking tours were much more affordable.
Good orientation to BA. The tour was f8ne. The tour guide was disappointing. He spent a lot of time on his phone. He missed many opportunities to share what we were driving by. It's like he shared the minimum amount of information possible. When asked questions, he responded. But then didn't share further.
Very good tour of the main sights of Buenos Aires with a very good guide. She (unfortunately I have forgotten her name) was very informative and helpful. Highly recommend.
very concise overview in a very efficient route. There was so much to see and experience. A good beginning
Our tour Guide, Lionel, was 5 Stars, great sense of humor, extremely knowledgeable. but it took almost an hour to pick up all the 12 other passengers. Not there fault at all (serious traffic) lots of driving around
A quick but good tour of Buenos Aires. Just be aware that you'll see the cemetery from the outside, but will not be able to tour it on the inside. The cemetery is worth seeing if you get a chance to go back.
Lionel did a good job of introducing us to Buenos Aires and its various districts. Overall a very good value. Highly recommend.
Great overview of the city's historical and cultural buildings and monuments. The guide was interesting and helpful in answering questions.
Being told if we wanted to see the woman bridge, we would not be taken back to our hotel! The guide was uninformative She spent most of her time speaking in Spanish, It was in no way a “private” or “premium” tour.
Good intro to downtown BA. Excellent price..N.B. No entrance fees included at this price. Guide was excellent.
We were picked up 45min late from the arranged time. When we made our first stop,(Recoleta) it wasn't very clear what we were doing. Our guide was trying, but her English was not very good , so was hard to understand. I felt like we're were just being driven around the city and not given much history, and culture infomation. The driver was great, got us around easily, especially in heavy traffic.
None, the tour director was difficult to hear and understand in English. She unfortunately was the worst tour director my family has ever encountered in all our travels throughout the world. This is my first poor review. She was very unhelpful. We had family member with walker, she refused to allow walker on bus although there was empty seats it could have been placed in. Therefore walker stayed at hotel, and participants were unable to get off bus for tour. Driver did not leave air conditioning on for passengers who could not leave bus. This resulted in myself getting very sick, over heated, and requiring leaving tour, getting Uber and returning to hotel. I have booked Viator tours all over the world with walker and never had this issue. WALKERS DO NOT REQUIRE HANDICAP ASSESSIBLE TOUR! She kept referring to fact that she was not informed about wheelchair, it was not wheelchair but foldable walker, which has never been required to report nor have I ever seen place to report on Viator tours. I research these tours very carefully because sometimes another family member travels with us who does have electric wheelchair so I am very aware of tour requirements. She was unable to communicate or listen. This was our only opportunity to see Buenos Aires and unfortunately was a terrible experience.
We were told that pick up would be 8.45am but we were not picked up until gone 9.20. Also hotel pick ups continued until 10am. I felt the information given was limited and we had two prolonged stops- one of 40 mins to visit a few shops and the cathedral, the other for 30 mins in La Boca. I felt these stops were too long and on one of them all the guests were ready and waiting for our guide to leave. I regretted doing the tour as I felt we had limited visibility in a small mini bus, limited commentary and it would have been better value in money and time to do the hop on hop off bus.
I was greeted on time with a smile outside the Sheraton Hotel. The Tour guide was bilingual- we had Spanish and English speaking guests on board, and he was efficient, although talked a bit fast for me to actually comprehend what I was seeing. I appreciated there were stops to actually get out, take decent photos without window glare and appreciate the city. It was miserably hot. The guide was focused on participant comfort and made sure to keep us shaded and even bought water.
This tour was a great way to get a good overview of Buenos Aires. It covered all the main sights and was very enjoyable. Our guide Gabriella was very informative and helpful and provided a lot of helpful information
The guide has inadequate linguistic skills in English and should not be running an English tour. We could not understand what she was saying and the mic on the first bus wasn't working so couldn't even hear anything. The whole group was getting frustrated more and more which made it completely unenjoyable. We were getting dropped off to souvenir shops and were told that we have a certain amount of time in each area. We had been given no history or information about where we were and when we would come back with questions, the guide had no idea what we were asking.
The tour guide Flor was wonderful. She was knowledgable and did the best with what she had to work with. However we were in the bus doing pickups for an hour before the tour started. I fully understand making one or two other stops but we made six! Secondly it's not advertised well that this is a bi lingual tour. Personally i would have enjoyed it better if it was only in English. Lastly when group members are late they should be left rather than making the rest of the group wait. It's inconsiderate and rude to make others wait. All in all of these few things are changed I think it would be a fantastic tour getting 5 stars!
The tour was billed as being conducted in English, Spanish and Portuguese however the tour guide didn't speak English very well. I do speak Spanish but the rest of my group did not, the guide did a terrible job. For example, she gave a great description of one building in Spanish, then in English she said "here's an important building." I contacted the agency directly and they spoke to the guide but her English skills didn't improve. If you take the tour hope for a better guide if you don't speak Spanish.
Nice tour, but guide ran late and we missed 2 stops. Start time was delayed by almost 2 hours and places we were to visit were closing. Missed the tasting part of trip.
This is a brilliant experience to get an overview of the city and its various neighbourhoods. The guide (Gisele) was very knowledgable and very nice.
Quite disappointed that we didn’t go in the Recoleta cemetery. We were told we can only take picture outside the gate of the cemetery. There’s nothing to see outside the cemetery!!!
We did this tour our first day in BA. Our guide Franco provided great narrative, interesting facts and history, and ideas about further adventures. He also truly cared about making everyone comfortable and safe.
Florencia was informative and professional. The tour is a good overview of the city with historical highlights.
The guide was talking Portuguese (2 people) and english (6 people). The infos were more extensive in portuguese than English and it seems that she lurked everything by heart. The tour was going very fast. We didn’t do the stop to see Mafalda. It would have been nice to stop at puerto Madero and a description of what was all the nice buildings the other side of the shore.
Great, well paced tour by a friendly and informative guide. (Anna). La Boca area was spot on. Time for a beer and empan adas!!
Touring Buenos Aires with Viator was excellent. My only complaint would be the tour guide English needed a little improvement.
Our Guide Solidid was very receptive to our needs and our driver Daniel was exceptional In heavy traffic Thank you
The whole morning was very enjoyable and Lionel was excellent. Lionel made us all feel comfortable and included.
Excellent small group tour covering all the main sights with free time in the amazing La Boca area. Lionel was a very good guide willing to discuss anything from football to politics.
Our guide was very pleasant and helpful. However I found the tour a bit rushed and I didn’t understand why we had a stop at a non-functioning metal flower sculpture and yet had barely enough time to visit the cathedral.
Jose, the guide, is not organized at all. He change the pick up place to other hotel, less then 12 hours before the tour ( even if at the time of booking our hotel was accepted for pick up). In the morning he was late, 28 min. During the tour he spoke 100 words in spanish, 10 words in english, explaining the same thing. For every stop he guided the whole group to the toilet, even if nobody ask for that. And so on. I travel a lot. I booked tours with Viator for the last 20 years. I never complain. But this guide…
Buenos Aires is a lively city. Our guide was very good and helpful. All was nice and smooth. Thanks to miss Floriano
Very compact tour to see the main attraction points of the city. Our guide Flor was also very nice. It is good as a city introduction, and later on you may enjoy the parts that you liked
Did not drop us back at the hotel. No dulce de lèche tasting and no stop at Calle Defensa. The English commentary was minimal and the guide spoke Spanish most of the time. The tour clearly states pick up and drop at hotel.
This was a comfortable and informative tour ideal as a starter introduction to Buenos Aires and we went to areas we probably would not do on our own. Bus pick up was on time and guide was excellent with very good English. Bus could have been more comfortable but that’s a small quibble. All in all a good tour.
A good overview of the city. Cooliana and driver were very good. Experience as described. Just enough time at various spots for pictures then decide what to go back to for more in depth information later.
For the price, this was a very good tour. We only scratched the surface of Buenos Aires, but we knew that going into it. Most of the narrative was in Spanish, and it felt like the English translation was consistently abridged. But we did get to see the major highlights and get oriented to the city. This allowed us to go on a more comprehensive tour the next day. One bit of feedback--it would be great to include Palermo hotels as pick-up locations, as we had to start this tour 30 minutes earlier in order to get to the hotel in Recoleta that was listed as a pick-up point. Also, I would drop the soccer stadium from the itinerary since we could only stand out front. And perhaps add a walk on the Calatrava bridge instead.
Our guide, “Ki Ki” was exceptional. This was a wonderful way to kick off our first day in Buenos Aires.
Marina was an excellent guide. She was a wealth of information and we really appreciated her knowledge about Buenos Aires and its history.
This contactor is lied. They were to pick us at the hotel as listed. Couldn't fine the person for the tour. Contractor stated thy called us on the phone but we didn't receive a call. Say away from this tour company.
Walter - driver (very roughly informed me I couldn't take my breakfast on board). I'm ok with the policy, just not the manner in which it was done. Jose - tour guide - knowledgeable and accomodating, but wasn't aware that the tour description included pick up and drop off at hotel. Kept saying he wasn't informed. Not a very in-depth tour and the guide was translating back and forth between English and Spanish, so it took away from the experience. The agency should consider separating tours into English-speaking and Spanish-speaking guests where possible. The stops where we got off and back on were fairly quick at each point (10 minutes at one, 25 minutes at 2 others) and felt rushed. They didn't drop us off back at the hotel as promised in the tour description. Instead they ended up picking up the afternoon group and and we jumped out nearer to our hotel. This wasted precious time for us as it was our only full day in Buenos Aires. I wouldn't recommend it.
Our guide Jonathan was very knowledgeable of the tour area and shared enthusiastically with his group.
We didn’t receive detailed information on the places we visited, maybe due to the guide having to speak two languages. The tour was very short and not enough was covered. Probably more useful to take the double decker bus.
