Buenos Aires City Tour With Pickup At Cruise Port

Patrick is awesome! We had the day to spend in Buenos Aires before a flight home. He showed us everything there was to see! We saw all the neighborhoods! He was so knowledgeable! We loved it!

Pablo was wonderful. After a long cruise and a really long day trip to Igauzu Falls, we were exhausted but we still wanted to see the city before going to the airport. Pablo made that happen. It was a quiet and relaxing tour with lots of interesting stories about Buenos Aries. I totally recommend the tour and couldn’t ask for a better guide. It was so good that I will prioritize private tours over group tours for our next cruise.

Pablo and this tour is worth every peso. Pablo’s picked us up at the airport and had a mod sized truck ready for us. Our five pieces of luggage fit and were locked and safe the entire tour. He drove safely and knew everything about everything, including great places to get empanadas and choripán. We saw everything and the car was always in a safe garage. He organized our tour to spend the most time in the places furthest from our hotel to make the best use of our time. We were dropped off at our hotel when we were tired and really got to see everything on our lost across the city.

Boca neighborhood was fun. All of it was interesting. “G,” our guide helped us find a great beef restaurant. She was also terrific and flexible with a few site requests we had. I noticed the price now is lower than we paid. Grrr. Why were we not given some price guarantee?

We were picked up at the cruise port terminal as requested on time. We had the most amazing day with our driver seeing so many sights of the city. He was able to provide so much information and knowledge. We were then dropped off at the airport at the end of the tour as requested to catch our flight home. We felt comfortable and would recommend this tour to anyone looking to spend a day seeing all of what Buenos Aires has to offer!

Pickup from cruise terminal was early ...appreciated. Touring was excellent. Shown all parts of the city and major sites. About 4 miles of walking over the 7 hours. Nice Marketplace lunch. Got us through heavy traffic to airport for our flight out. Definitely recommend.

Pablo was absolutely a wonderful guide for our day in Buenos Aires. He was on time for the port pickup. He was very knowledgeable about the city and it's history and freely shared it. He was a very safe driver and showed us BA from top to bottom.

We cannot say enough positive things about our day spent with Pablo in Buenos Aires. We only had one day at the end of our cruise to get a glimpse of this fabulous city, but Pablo packed in as many of the highlights as he could! We walked out of the cruise terminal and there he was with a sign with our name on it! He is so knowledgeable of history and the stories behind what we were seeing. He made sure we saw all of the main sights and sections of Buenos Aires, knowing that we could not experience it all, but it was a great introduction for a trip back some day. Pablo was kind, friendly, humorous and a delightful person to spend the day with, including a wonderful lunch at an outdoor café. The biggest surprise of all was our stop at El Ateneo Grand Splendid, the theatre turned into a book store!! He didn’t tell us what we were going to see, just said he would pull up to the curb and for us to go inside and he would circle the block and pick us back up. There are no words to describe this magnificent space, all the books, the transformation that took place! We had an evening flight out of EZE and Pablo made sure we arrived at the airport in plenty of time. Thank you Pablo for a terrific day and to Patrick for making all of the advance arrangements so we had no worries, just an enjoyable end to our trip!

Gisela our guide and Ana our driver did a wonderful job. They made sure we saw the many faces of the city, from the wealthiest mansions to the slums under the bridge to the vibrant art district. It was a great day!

This private tour was the perfect way to see Buenos Aires in one day. Pablo was waiting for us at the airport, took us to sites such as la Boca, San Telmo, the Casa Rosda, the Obelisk, Recoleta, to our hotel, and even dropped us off for dinner in Palermo. Pablo was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our requests. More like a friend showing us around his city, at our pace. Highly recommend this tour!

What an organization! Being picked up - dropped off to Eze during a stop over and had the chance of visiting Buenos Aires in 3.5 hours with a perfect guide. I could not ask more!

Patrick was super fast to respond to my every request, and helped me navigate this absolute gem of a city despite my absolute lack of ability to read a transport schedule (even in my OWN language!) Cannot recommend highly enough.

We chose Patrick for his rave reviews and we were not disappointed. Patrick picked us up at the ship after our cruise (6 of us with lots of luggage) . A spacious van awaited us with our private driver who stayed with our luggage when we stopped to sight see with Patrick. Patrick knows Buenos Aires and treated us royally. The best fun was when he found a small out of the way restaurant in La Boca called El Gran Paraiso for lunch. Talk about local flavor....the wine was awesome. We had steak and sausage cooked on the grill... the best steak I've ever had. Patrick took us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Our cruise ended March 7, 2020 just as the Coronavirus was heating up and Patrick had many future cancellations. We hope that he's doing well and that people will once again begin to travel. If you get to Buenos Aires, you must call Patrick - in fact get him in advance because he's a rare find! Great job Patrick...thanks for the wonderful day and hope you're well!

This tour was absolutely excellent! Our tour guide was fantastic and got us to the cemetery before the crowds. Her English was perfect and our bus driver dropped us off and picked us up very close to the sights. The only problem is that there was some confusion over the cost of 2 extra guests. I was told months ago what the cost would be but didn't remember and was surprised at the end of the tour. Since I was in contact with them and confirmed the number of passengers, I think we should have confirmed the cost too. So partially my fault, partially theirs but embarrassing since I told the other couple a different price. I would absolutely recommend them, just confirm the price.

Private tour with driver and guide. Guide spoke good English. Requested driving tour but guide had a pre-planned itinerary which included a lot of walking. Allowances and changes were made as requested but guide reiterated that "a walking tour is much better..." Saw several residential neighborhoods, old part of city and learned some history of city. Most questions were adequately answered. We requested to stop for lunch at local restaurant La Brigada which served excellent Argentine beef.

I had arranged airport pickup and city tour with Patrick by email. I did this after reading a review someone had written on Cruise Critic message board. As that person had very high recommendations. I contacted Patrick via email, received a timely response that he was available and would meet our flight and show us his city (Buenos Aires). We arranged to pay him cash in US$. He met our flight on the time agreed and gave us the best tour. He left nothing out. Patrick is very knowledgeable and speaks excellent English. I enjoyed listening to him and learning much about Buenos Aires. We knew little about what we should see. Patrick was spot on about picking what he thought we should see. We enjoyed Buenos Aires because of Patrick. We arrived on an early morning flight not well rested. We became so interested in all that Patrick was showing and explaining to us that the hours flew by. He then took us to the port where we met our ship. I am recommending Patrick without hesitation.

He helped us tailor an enjoyable and informative tour (from pick up at the airport to drop off at our cruise ship), accommodating the sites we wanted to see and using his expertise to suggest suitable alternatives, where appropriate. Patrick met us at the airport upon our arrival before an ocean cruise. He was exactly where he said he would be and we were on our way to his vehicle quickly. Over the next several hours Patrick showed us many of the highlights of Buenos Aires. We walked around interesting neighborhoods and he shared history and fun facts. I had requested info regarding Yellow fever vaccine before arrival. He managed to get us a local mobile phone ahead of our arrival and helped us with activation of the SIM etc. No easy task but he handled his wonderfully.
