Buenos Aires Airport (Eze) Transfer With English Speaking Driver

62 year-old female, arriving solo, and first-time traveler to Argentina. Booking instructions notified me that I would be contacted by my driver upon landing via WhatsApp. As stated, I had a message from Fabián that he was waiting outside Customs and that there was no hurry. I replied. After collecting my luggage, I sent another message and he was waiting with a luggage cart. We chatted the entire 55-minute drive to the Recoleta area hotel. He pointed out landmarks, shared some Argentinean history and culture, we discussed his trips to the U.S., and compared music preferences, etc. The conversation made the drive feel shorter and helped me feel more comfortable about experiencing a new destination.

Paid extra for english speaking driver but did not get one. However, driver was very good and we made it to hotel without any problems.

Our driver, Fabian, was WONDERFUL! Our flight into EZE landed on time, but a very busy passport control area took us 1.5 hours to clear. Fabian WAITED for us and also kept in close contact w/ us. Our drive to our hotel was punctuated w/ interesting conversation. Fabian was professional, kind and patient, as well as being a skilled driver. A great way to start our Buenos Aires stay!

Had a great experience with Rachel and our driver. She was waiting for us with a sign so she was easy to find. Had fun chatting with her during our ride as well. Company was great about contacting and confirming our ride prior to departing the US via WhatsApp. Also used WhatsApp to contact Rachel once we arrived.

The driver was waiting for us despite a 2-hour flight delay. He was friendly, courteous, and assisted with luggage. He even recommended a great restaurant which we enjoyed immensely.

Sriver was not at airport at pickup time. Texted but got no answer on where he was Ended up calling (an international call) and finally getting a hold of the driver Driver let some stranger at the airport help load our bags into the car then this stranger blocked the car from leaving until he got a tip from us. The driver did nothing to stop this extortion. We (not he) had to forcefully tell this stranger NO ALTHOUGH STATED IN THE RESERVATION THAT WE WERE TO GET AN AN ENGLISH SPEAKING DRIVER OUR DRIVER SPOKE NO ENGLISH would not use this company again

Our driver, Fabian was waiting for us outside baggage claim. He was easy to find as our name was on a sign. He loaded our bags on a cart and pushed the cart to his car. Excellent service & a friendly guy.

Driver was very professional and attentive. He was a little late due to a car accident that we actually saw on the way to the hotel but kept in contact with us the entire time.

We expected (both because the description said English speaking driver and because it almost always happens with airport drivers) for the driver to talk to us. The drive from the Buenos Aires airport into town is long. It would have been great to learn about what we were seeing, about the city, about the country. Whatever. He was totally silent. But he did arrive on time and get us safely to our hotel.

All was well-organized; the driver arrived on time, a super comfortable car, and he spoke really good English and gave us really important tips —100% recommended.

Great communication from company prearrival. Driver sent note via whats app on arrival day confirming details. Jesus, our English speaking driver, meet us at arrivals and promptly took us to our hotel in Puerto Madero area. He was very nice and gave us some highlights as we made our way into town. Was somewhat apprehensive as we dont speak Spanish and did not want bad start to our Argentina adventure. This service took care of all those concerns. Really made the process easier and less stressful. We highly recommend this companies service.

After a very long flight it was quite pleasant to see our driver waiting for us. The drive to our hotel was long and I’m sure a cab would have been much more expensive. August was a good driver and spoke English easy for us. Took away the tension of finding and paying for a car in foreign currency. Good company good contacts. Recommend highy

Our driver Mohamed was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local history of Buenos Aires and Argentina. He spoke very good English and was easy to understand. We felt safe driving in traffic. We enjoyed our ride from EZE to our hotel. We would definitely recommend.

Not impressed. Our driver was kind, a safe driver, and polite. I paid extra for an English speaking driver, which he wasn’t. I also notified Signature Tours I would need a larger vehicle since we had four large bags. They acknowledged my request, but failed to provide a larger vehicle. I did not get what was advertised or what I paid for.

Signature tour did an outstanding job for us. They were professional and prompt on their arrival. We were met by our driver Alexander with a nice sign. I had to cancel initial plans twice due to weather problems in the United States, East Coast and they were very easy to work with rescheduling pick ups. Ignacio in the Office was excellent to work, so much so that I scheduled a a 4 Hr. Private tour with him for the day after we arrived. I strongly recommend this company for safe and reliable transportation from EZE to your Hotel

Enrique was a wonderful driver. He was early, his car was clean, comfortable and parked convenient to the airport’s arrival area, displaying a large sign with our name. He also was very friendly, sharing historic information along the route. A+!

Our driver communicated with us before we landed via WhatsApp. He tracked our flight and we kept in communication through immigration and customs to have a perfect pickup at the meeting point with a sign. The car was good and he drove us straight to our hotel We highly recommend this company and the driver.

Our large family group was so happy with our warm welcome to Buenos Aires. Daniela Frega and our driver (I hate that I forgot his name) was AMAZING!!! She was such a special delight who was very sweet and extremely knowledgeable about Buenos Aires. We did not expect to get the education and fun on a drive to our VRBO. Daniela would not leave us alone in a foreign city because we could not get into the place we were staying. She made sure we got safely into our VRBO. If we ever go back to BA, I will definitely ask for Daniela. We were very excited to find out that Daniela was also our guide to ourTango and dinner show that same night! She fit right in with our family! So much so that we requested her again for our transportation to the airport. I booked our transportation on Viator but also requested her via Signature Tours. You never know who you are going to get in a foreign country but we always have great drivers/guides when booking through Viator.
