What a wonderful way to explore Buenos Aires! Lorraine is an excellent guide and we had fun on e-scooters. It was a great mix of interesting history and beautiful sights. Gracias Lorraine!

Itinerary
One of the oldest and most iconic green spaces in the city, located in the San Telmo neighborhood. Its landscaped design, with winding paths, classical sculptures, and large trees, invites a relaxed stroll. At its center stands the Monument to Don Pedro de Mendoza, founder of the first Buenos Aires in 1536, accompanied by a fountain and bas-reliefs depicting scenes from his expedition. It's a place rich in history and a key landmark in the development of the city’s southern area.
Located in the La Boca neighborhood, the Alberto J. Armando Stadium, known as La Bombonera, is one of the most iconic football venues in the world. Inaugurated in 1940, its unique design, with three curved stands and one straight one, sets it apart. It is the home of Club Atlético Boca Juniors, where passionate matches reflect the fervor of its fans.
Located in the colorful La Boca neighborhood, Caminito Street is one of Buenos Aires' most visited tourist spots. With its vibrant architecture, featuring brightly painted metal houses, it’s a pedestrian street that reflects the essence of tango and local culture. On this iconic street, you can see street artists, tango dancers, and local art vendors, creating a lively and unique atmosphere.
The Costanera Sur Ecological Reserve is a natural oasis in the heart of the city, by the Río de la Plata. This 350-hectare green space offers a variety of trails, perfect for biking. With its rich biodiversity, it’s home to numerous bird species and native flora, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers and those seeking a break from the urban hustle.
The Women’s Bridge is one of the most modern and iconic structures in Buenos Aires, located in the redeveloped Puerto Madero area. Designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, this pedestrian bridge has a shape that evokes a couple dancing tango, one of the city’s most representative symbols. Inaugurated in 2001, it stands out for its movement, as it can rotate on its axis to allow boats to pass. It’s a true icon of contemporary Buenos Aires architecture.
Plaza de Mayo is the historical and political heart of Buenos Aires. Surrounded by iconic buildings like the Casa Rosada, the Metropolitan Cathedral, and the Cabildo, this square has witnessed numerous key events in the country's history, such as the May Revolution and the protests of the Mothers of Plaza de Mayo. It’s a place full of symbolism and culture, reflecting both moments of struggle and celebration in Argentine history.

We did this bike tour as a family of 8, including 2 kids, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Buenos Aires. Agustín and Lautaro were absolutely fantastic — friendly, warm, and genuinely fun to be around. They kept everyone smiling and laughing the whole way, which made the experience so enjoyable for both the adults and the children. They took us to beautiful spots around the city and clearly knew all the best places to stop. What really stood out was how much they cared about our comfort and safety. They made sure our 7-year-old had a proper child seat, and they even arranged a tandem bike (doblecleta) so everyone could ride comfortably and keep up together. If you’re visiting Buenos Aires with family, this is a wonderful way to see the city. Thank you Agustín and Lautaro for an unforgettable day — we can’t recommend you enough!
Friendly tour guide (Debra) who was very well informed about all the history and sights. Comfortable, well maintained bikes.
Very nice bike tour, it was definately worth it even though the weather was not really the best. Our guide was very trustworthy, kind and explained everything. We highly recommend!
What a terrific experience. We rode the south trip-San Telmo, Boca, etc, which we wanted to see. Barbie was an excellent guide-instead of stopping at every monument we stopped at more historically spots where she shared the history of BA and it's place in Argentinas history.the bikes were great, the terrain is flat and they do a great job guiding you thru the streets and traffic if BA. Highly recommend.
Great exeperience and a fantastic guide!
Knowledgeable guide great way to see BA really enjoyed it.
Great way to see the city in a fun and active way! We had a super friendly and nice guide. We would highly recommend!
Interesting tour, guide was very helpful and knew a lot about Buenos Aires. It was a great way to travel on a hot day Would go again
Highly recommend both the South and North circuit e-bikes tours. Our guide, Barbie, for both tours was fantastic. The pace was comfortable, the bikes were easy to use, and much of the riding was on designated bike paths. The traffic in Buenos Aires is awful so riding e-bikes around the city allowed us to see so many more sights in a few hours each day. Don’t hesitate to make a reservation if you’re visiting BA!
Half day bike tour - a great way to see and learn about the city. E bikes mean anyone can go, with lots of cycle lanes felt very safe
Great guide. Great way to quickly see a bunch of tourist attractions in the south area of Buenos Aires! We had to beat the rain and our guide made sure we saw everything quickly.
Had an amazing time on our tour with Barbara! She was incredibly knowledgeable, indulged our efforts to practice Spanish, and offered so much local insight! Couldn’t have imagined a better way to spend a Monday afternoon!
The best way to see in the city when you are short on time. The bikes were easy to ride and the guide was very informative. Highly recommend the tour and this company
We were lucky and had the 9:30 south Buenos Aires tour all to ourselves. Barbie was informative and her English was very easy to understand. The pace was relaxed, which was perfect to enjoy all the scenery and weather.
Very nice and kind tour guide. Through the south of Buenos Aires. We had a good and fun time. Really recommend this tour..
Very bad guide (Lorraine, if I’m not mistaken). We booked a tour in English, and her English was very bad, half of the time she couldn’t remember words in English, her speech was very unclear, she couldn’t follow her own thoughts, she would start a sentence from one topic and finish with another. She didn’t sound knowledgeable at all. Very bad experience! I don’t think she deserves to be a guide. Can’t speak English - don’t offer tours in English
Very nice tour with a great guide named Debora. We had a great time exploring the city and she gave very nice information about everything. Would highly recommend.
We really enjoyed the experience. Deborah was a great guide. Bikes were a bit ropey but the roads and paths were flat so not a problem.
Nice tour through the old part of Buenos Aires. Great guide with many explanations. Guide speaks very good and clear English. Comfortable bikes.
It was a great experience with Chan to see Boca and Puerto Maduro nice places, good explanation highlight was laBombonera
This tour was a great way to explore the southern side of the city. Everything was well organized from the beginning, the bikes were comfortable and well-maintained, and the pace of the ride was relaxed and enjoyable. Our guide was excellent: super friendly, engaging, and full of interesting insights about the city’s history, culture, and daily life. It felt more like riding with a local friend than a typical tour. Biking through the city gave us a fresh, authentic perspective. A perfect mix of activity, learning, and fun. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience Buenos Aires in a different way!
Excellent English speaking guide covered brief history culture and geography of BA Thank you Florence Easy biking most following secure bike lanes safely negotiated busy road crossing
Nice experience with Deborah in Buenos Aires! Excellent guide! The information is on point! I recommend it to everyone who visit the city!
A fantastic way to explore the south of Buenos Aires. Barbara, our guide, was very knowledgeable and curated an interesting 4 hour experience for us. Was our first visit and really felt like we received a great overview of the country’s history, culture and sporting make up. Would recommend
Absolutely amazing experience. It was a well paced bike ride seeing key points of the area. We had our tour in English and we got a lot of information, and saw spots which we would have missed otherwise. We got to hear and see the history of Buenos Aires. We got to walk around La Boca for a bit. The bike seats where comfortable making the cycle easier. Staff where all lovely and friendly. Would 100% recommend
Excellent guide. Ebikes were good. Covered a lot of ground - and a nice variety of discricts. Personable guide. Love Buenos Aires:
It was an amazing experience on our last day in BA. Augustin is such a very nice guy and we had so much fun with him. We got a lot of information of another side of BA, not the typical tourist spots and he made our last day in BA a wonderful experience. Thank you very much for this!
Top Tour! Very friendly guide. We Recommend the Tour! La boca, Reservation Park, Cäsar rosado and more to see... Give it a try
Great experience to explore more of the city than on foot. I had a great afternoon with my guide Debe following the route of the South area of the city. Debe was very patient to share her knowledge about the cultural and history with me, which is exactly what I want along with the sightseeing. Highly recommend to give a try when you are in Buenos Aires!
Toured with a small group of 6 around San Telmo, La Boca, and Puerto Madeira. The weather was beautiful (maybe a little hot) and as a result the streets (particularly in La Boca) were packed and we had to walk our bikes at times. Our amazing tour guide Lorraine was very knowledgeable not just about the places where we stopped but also lots of other interesting sites along the way. I ask a lot of questions and she always had the answers. Clearly she is passionate about her city and it is infectious. Bikes were just OK but it’s not the Tour de France and nothing was that strenuous. They also offer electric-assisted bikes if you need them. I would definitely take another one of these tours next time I’m in BA!
It was a wonderful trip! Nestor gave us a good explination at each stop and he does it in a passionate way. It is very nice to see Buenos Aires on a bike, and a good way to see Some of the highlights in a shorter period
Fantastic tour through South Buenos Aires with Lorraine!! She explained a lot of interesting facts about the city, being super informative and fun at the same time. Totally recommend!
We made the South Tour with Deborah, and it was simply great! Very nice explanations and attention from her: I highly recommend that tour if you want to discover other parts / aspects of the city!
We went for a 3 hour tour today. It was so nice to use a bicycle thrue the beautiful city and learn so much about it! The guide was so nice and knew so much. I would recommend everyone do this tour and not use the bustour!
Igy was a lovely tour guide and spoke reasonable English. We got to see a lot of Buenos Aires on this 3 hour bike tour. Great vibrant city with lots to see and do.
Agustín gave us a great tour of the south of the city with the perfect combination of sightseeing and history. I would definitely recommend this tour, even if it’s not your first time in Buenos Aires.
Our guided city tour with Chad and Ivan was great. We got to see a lot of areas we hadn’t seen before and when we returned to the Casa Rosada, they were able to give us a lot of information about it and the square that we didn’t know. All very nice people and we would definitely recommend them! Thank you 😊👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏼
Nestor, my guide, was phenomenal! He accommodated the moments I wanted to stop to look at birds, he shared so much information, and he seemed to enjoy the bike ride as much as I did, which made me feel good! I did not get to visit the ecological reserve because it was storming earlier in the day, which was a bummer. However, riding along the lagoon provided plenty of opportunities to bird watch and enjoy the scenery from afar. This was a great tour, and if you want a slower-paced, information-filled tour of the South part of Buenos Aires, get in on this tour. So wonderful! Oh! And communicating with the tour coordinator via Viator and WhatsApp was very easy! They were responsive and kind! Overall, an excellent adventure!
The tour was less expensive than some offered by other companies but there was nothing special about the company. We had two guides. One lead and gave us some information about some of the places that we visited. The other “guide” never interacted with any customers and stayed in the rear and listening to his phone on AirPods. The places we stopped we good especially the soccer stadium and La Boca and we visited places I would not have gone on my own. Overall the tour was acceptable and worth the money though there may be other companies and or guides worth considering.
You get to see many different areas of Buenos Aires in a short time that you may not have been able to visit by yourself. There are plenty of stops to explain the history of each area and lots of free time at Caminito in La Boca to explore on your own.
I went on the Buenos Aires southern bike tour, and although the background at each site we and navigation through streets/traffic was great - my main dislike about the tour was time allowed to spent at each point of interest. I think we visited too many locations and did not allocate enough for each point. Especially at Caminito/La Boca, which was the main attraction point to me, we were only allowed 20 minutes to walk around. Mind you, this is a very big and busy place, especially as a first-time tourist, you will want to take pictures and walk around a little more to explore the shops. 20 mins was defintely not enough for a main attraction like this. If anything, I wouldn't mind trimming time off or eliminating some other locations, and allowing us to spend more time here. Other than that, the guides were friendly and very knowledgeable.
This is our second time visiting Buenos Aires, and both times, we have done a bike tour with this company. This trip, we chose the tour of the southern part of the city (last time was the northern part). While we enjoyed the tour, we were unable to ride through the ecological reserve as it was closed due to rain. We were most excited about this portion of the tour, so a little disappointment on our end. Our guide, Nestor, was friendly and knowledgeable. We had him last year as well, and would definitely recommend him as a guide.
We cycled with one other couple, and had a lady tour leader and a lad following. It was a really hot day, but the pace was easy. With lots of water stops at various points of interest. Most is on bike lanes, and is very safe. This is a great way of seeing many of the sights of Buenos Aires.

Great guide and really nice way to see some parts of the city that were a little further away to the CBD. Monika was very helpful when we needed to change the time of our tour. Would definitely recommend this or any of the other tours through La Bicicleta Naranja.

Excellent for getting to know the city! We loved the experience; it is very different from doing it by bus or walking. We visited a ton of places, our guide was excellent!
Barbara delighted us! Very nice south tour, good speed. We recommend
Nice route, mostly on marked bike paths. Very cute guide, Barbie, who was very knowledgeable about both local and Argentine conditions. Good electric bikes and the option to borrow a bicycle helmet.
We had a very nice guide who spoke fantastic English and could answer all our questions. He has adapted the tour at any time to our individual wishes and has also taken into account the sporting abilities of all involved. Despite the heat in the city, this was a great way to discover Buenos Aires, see a lot in a short time and make the whole thing individual.
Barbara was a very nice and friendly English speaking guide. We made many stops along the way and got good explanations of what we saw. Both around the southern district and time to walk around the ecological island with both birds and frogs.
