Paulo was great. It was a memorable experience even though I was solo.

We had a really great experience making empanadas with Laura! She was so lovely and did a great job guiding us through everything. The wines were great, and the food was absolutely delicious! We definitely recommend taking a cooking class with Laura!
We had a really nice time making empanadas with Laura. She was so sweet to guide us and to talk with us. We tried making the filling and putting it into the dough and pressing it. We also tasted 3 nice wines with the empanadas and some local cheese, olives and salami. Overall a really good experience and a must-do for when visiting Buenos Aires!
Very fun and educational experience. The guides are fun, but also very knowledgeable about their subjects. Highly recommend.
What a lovely experience for those interested in learning how to make enpanadas, and drink great wines. We highly recommend this workshop. Mica and Marla are the perfect hosts. Check it out if you go to Buenos Aires
The event was more than expected!!! Our guide was Mika P. She provided a wonderful experience to which I felt at home while being able to learn the authentic tradition of Argentine empanada making. The wine was spectacular and enjoyed being able to try authentic wines from the region. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend anyone coming to Beuons Aries to give it a try!
Mica P. and Marla were incredible! Amazing experience and can’t wait to make these at home!
We had originally booked another popular cooking experience, only to have the operator cancel a few days before saying the restaurant was having maintenance. Our hotel found us a private empanada & wine experience with Mica that was the same price. And we're so glad it worked out this way! The Wine Window in Palermo Soho where the event was held, while closed, is a historic and unique complex. The weather was perfect, so we were able to cook outdoors. Mica is very well-traveled, worldly, has experience in tourism and hospitality, and is a general wealth of information. The pours were generous, as were the empanada fillings, but we were stuffed by the amazing hospitality of Mica. It really felt like a family experience, and we would recommend this to anyone coming to Buenos Aires! ¡Chin chin!
This is a must do if you’re in Buenos Aires! We came here from the USA with a group, and this was an amazing way to learn about local culinary culture while learning something new. The employees were incredibly nice and welcoming. Valentin, Raquel, Marla and Valeria were incredible hosts that made this experience educational and fun all while allowing us to taste a true local cuisine. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something to do — whether you’re alone or with a group as the team is great at helping you feel at home.
Everything was amazing....the staff is really Nice. The wines were great, the torrontes specially. Laura and Valéria were specially kind and helpful. I recommend it to People who want to spend some time in a warm environment.
We had a great experience with Mika and Val. They taught us how to make authentic Argentian empanadas. It was a group effort from the cutting of ingredients to folding the empanadas. We all came in to this experience and left family/friends. It’s definitely an experience with some great wine.
This was an amazing experiences to learn how to make empanadas and a little more about the wines in the different regions! My guide Paolo was so friendly and was able to give me great insight of Buenos Aires.
Very nice group experience. Causal atmosphere and you get enjoy a few empanadas and glasses of wine
Felipe was amazing! So personable! For a new employee, he acted like a veteran!
This empanada cooking class in Palermo was a wonderful experience. The instructor was friendly and informative, the process was hands-on and fun, and making empanadas from scratch was both easy and delicious. A great way to enjoy Argentine food and culture—highly recommended! 🥟
Had so much fun with Valentin! The experience of making alfajores and empanadas was great fun. The chef shared so much on regional foods wine and gatherings!
Val was very attentive and informative. He made us feel very welcomed and made all accommodations. Highly recommend!!
Valentin was great! Really enjoyed the experience and he added lots of interesting extra information about Buenos Aires. The food was delicious
Wonderful, relaxed experience with Valentin. A very enjoyable afternoon. Very delightful. Valentine was a wealth of knowledge on both Argentinian food and wine. Would highly recommend.
I teach cooking for a living and learned SO much from Chef Tomás in the Argentinian Empanadas and Wine Tasting class. Although I have 30 years of professional cooking and teaching experience, it has all been French-focused; sauté, using a lot of butter, and quick cooking. Discovering another WAY to cook was very exciting to me and Tomás was a great teacher. I learned about the traditional ingredients, and especially the technique for creating the "repulgue", the twisting of the dough around the edges. I learned that these empanadas are baked instead of being fried like so many others, so they were a lighter and less greasy outcome. We then enjoyed pairing our creations with three wines, as Tomás explained the characteristics of the three regions they came from. He was a great host and excellent teacher who spoke excellent english, so everything was easy to understand. As someone who teaches cooking, I'd recommend this class! Also, the Signature Tours company was great to work with. I originally wanted this tour, but it appeared to be sold out, so I booked my second choice. When a spot opened up, they contacted me, changed my reservation and were extremely helpful and nice about all the arrangements and specifics. They're a great company to work with.
Excellent class. Carolina was fantastic. We went through the entire process and enjoyed our own cooking plus great wine! Highly recommeded!!
Great and fun experience! With just another couple we were making the empanadas. Facundo also told a little bit of history about argentina and the empanadas. When the empanadas were ready we got to eat them and enjoyed a glass of wine.
We had a wonderful experience learning to make empanadas led by Facundo! He’s so informative about Argentine culture, Buenos Aires, and the country’s history. Really enjoyed this cooking class!
I went with my daughter at an 11 AM tour. All the ingredients to make empanadas were laid out for us. We chopped onions and red bell peppers and sliced the meat. Deborah was our instructor and she was wonderful. She cooks with her eye and her heart which means no measurements. We added Malbec to the mixture. We then rolled our own empanadas. Deborah helped a great and she was an expert at closing the edges. The empanadas were then baked, not fried. We ate them for lunch with red wine. I highly recommend this tour. Ask for Deborah. Catalina and Tomás were wonderful. She is a great teacher and he was a fantastic assistant. We thought we would just make empanadas, but we also made delicious alfajores. Would definitely recommend.
Gaby is amazing! She made the class fun for all of us. And the empanadas were delicious. It was a small group and the room was clean and had ac - a big bonus in this summer heat.
Very fun and interactive empanada experience. Gaby was an excellent leader, very fun. She’s very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor.
Loved our experience with Gaby. Very knowledgeable. We made amazing empanadas. Great fun! A must do while in Buenos Aires.
Nice course. nice people. good food and good wine. Can recommand the course. Empanadas are so delicious.
We had the Small-Group Argentinian Empanadas Cooking Class in a lovely Palermo neighborhood. Catarina was our host and instrctor and she did a superb job of teaching us how to make empanadas. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience and the empanadas were delicious! I would recommend this tour to everyone!!! Delicioso1
A very pleasant experience, place, people, and service, in addition to Laura as a guide.
Excellent experience, we learned and made delicious empanadas
Had a super fun and personal afternoon with Laura and Valerie. Very cozy, delicious wines and fun to learn how to make the empanadas. Also flexible with vegetarian options.
A completely fantastic experience with Laura as our guide! Mega delicious, cozy, and authentic experience. Perfect way to spend a day in Buenos Aires if you are interested in food and culture!
Excellent experience!! We had a lot of fun. Paulo was excellent, he taught us everything, gave us tips, we had three wines and everything was spectacular, highly recommended
I loved it. The experience of making your alfajores and empanadas was fun. The chef facilitates it a lot with his sympathy and patience. You can go individually or in groups
🇳🇱 super fun workshop, done together with my son. Atmospheric accommodation, super nice workshop leader, and not difficult, except for folding the dough edge, that seems simple but it is not. Enjoyed the empanadas with a glass of wine, they were delicious! We'll get the recipe in the mail.
It would be more interesting to teach to make the mass tb Subdimensional air conditioning for lical Filling was very tasty
Beautiful experience to learn and have fun with friends or family. The good thing is that you can taste, touch, get dirty with flour and try new flavors! The patties come out wonderful and it is lovely to make them. You take the recipe and then cook at home for your family. The space is nice, clean and comfortable. All very well taken care of! Excellent!
The course took place in 2 languages although this was not planned. So it was great. Thanks to the facilitator. We used the ready-made dough to make the Empanadas. The explanation was very clear. However, 2 points need to be improved: - it would be nice to suggest that participants take the remaining Empanadas to enjoy at home. - maybe allow 2 hours to teach us the dough itself.
I loved the experience!! I'm very new to cooking, but I loved the experience of learning how to make Argentine empanadas better. I highly recommend…
