We had a wonderful time with Laura who showed us how to make delicious empanadas and alfajores. The recipe was simple and learned some techniques for cooking authentic local foods. Laura was so warm and kind and easy to follow. We had a wonderful time and plan to return. We will return for her pasta class and asado class! Cheers!

I got to sample different types of Dulce de leche, and the cooking was really hands on. It was a fun and informative experience in a beautiful location. If you’re considering this activity, book it, you won’t regret it!

Paulo was such a great host and teacher! We learned and enjoyed cooking empanadas so much that we came back for another session with Paulo as well, but to learn how to cook alfajores and to drink some mate. We fully recommend this experience! Loved it!

This was one of our favourite family experiences in BA. Had the delightful Carla introduce us to Argentinian cooking - the beef empanadas were a hit as was the vegetarian lentil empanada and, of course, the alvajores we made were nothing short of sensational! Can't wait to make these at home! We were made to feel so welcome and really loved the whole experience including the "mate" experience, which is so unique and we appreciated learning about it. Thank you Carla and Valeria for having us.

We had such a wonderful time cooking with Rachel and team today! Not only was the food delicious, we learned so much about the culture of Buenos Aires- from food to history and beyond. My 5 year was welcomed and catered to. It was well worth it!!!
