We found Say Hueque while researching for our Argentina trip. I am a "DIY" person but all the reviews encouraged me to contact them. Mery was a gem of a travel consultant. Between my reseach and her knowledge we were able to close an itenary suitable for us. Appreciate her patience while interacting with me. For the domestic airline ticketing I used their services for booking on Aerolineas. For some reason these tickets were not available in India. Once the booking was completed we were assigned a dedicated support person "Andrea". She ensured we had all the right documents before the trip, adviced us were we could exchange currency near our hotel etc. She was always availble to clarify any doubts I had for the trip. We were able to appreciate the support when we missed our connecting flight to Buenos Aires. I informed Andrea about the delay and she ensured our pickup car was aware of the changed schedule, the hotel was also informed and she rescheduled our Half day food walk of Palermo Soho to an afternoon slot. During our trip there was a possibility of Airport staff strike and she kept us informed. Luckily the strike got cancelled. And then we had the 24x7 support WhatsApp channel. It felt so nice to have a support system in a foreign country. We used multiple times when we were not able to find our pickup driver or when the airline changed our flights. I really would like to appreciate Team Say Hueque for helping me plan this trip which was not too hectic and allowed us to explore multiple locations at our own pace with only good memories at the end of this lovely 2 week vacation.

At the end of the circuit, you will approach Floriano Fall and get sprayed by its heavy mist. After enjoying some wonderful views, you will be taken back to your hotel. IMPORTANT: In order to visit the Brazilian side of the falls passengers must arrive into Iguazu at 11:30 a.m. OR earlier. It is the traveler's responsibility to make sure they meet Brazil's entry and travel requirements to cross the international border.

Upon entering the National Park, an ecological train ride (shared service) will take you to the impressive Devil’s Throat, the most important of all 275 waterfalls that comprise the Iguazu falls system.
After touring “Garganta del Diablo” (Devil’s Throat), you will continue to explore the walkways of the lower and the upper circuit. Both of them are sure to impress you: The LOWER CIRCUIT features a more intimate experience with nature as you walk right into the forest to the heart of the falls, you will be able to feel the “spirit” of the jungle; its humidity, sounds and aromas. The UPPER CIRCUIT provides magnificent panoramic views from the top of the falls. This circuit is the perfect place to kick back and relax with the sound of water in the background and sunlight on your skin. The elevated walkways will take you over the drop line of several of the main jumps. After enjoying unique views of the falls, you will return to your hotel in the late afternoon. **OPTIONAL: We highly recommend upgrading this excursion to include a boat tour experience.

Hats off to SayHueque for an exceptional 2-week adventure for our group of 12. Their expert hotel selection, top-notch private guides & transportation, and flawless coordination across city tours, perfectly curated treks (best of what each country offers), and transfers were impeccable. Patricio crafted the perfect itinerary; Mila ensured seamless execution throughout. As seasoned global travelers, this was uniquely memorable. Highly recommended!
The tour company say hueque was fantastic. I worked with Antonella who was very responsive, good cominicator and knowledgeable. I did tour of patagonia on Argentinian side. I would highly recommend that company .
Deyvis was amazing. Initially asked what I want to see in Argentina. And moulded my tour for me Iguassu both sides. Hotel was fabulous. Ushuaia hiking and boat ride fabulous. Four days. El calafete four days, the glacier, boat ride, and then to a ranch. Horse riding. Barbecue. Back to BA. Always pick up at the airport and shuttle to and from exquisite hotels. Enough downtime where I could rest and do whatever I wanted to do. The four days in Mendoza and the two wine tours and cooking class were exquisite. My guide Juan Martin had exceptional English and history of the Mendoza and Argentine regions. Deyvis always connected with me to make sure everything went well. Even if I struggled with communication. Highly recommend them. The organized dinners and the tango show in BA were exquisite. Was able to learn everything about this magnificent country.
The people at Say Hueque were wonderful to work with. They put together an itinerary that took us to many highlights of Argentina. When we had problems with delayed flights to Argentina at the beginning of our tour, they worked out fixes for us so we got to do most of the things we had planned. They were always pleasant and helpful.
I had an outstanding experience working with Say Hueque for my trip to Argentina. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the best destinations and experiences. They tailored the itinerary perfectly to my preferences, ensuring a seamless and stress-free journey. Every detail, from accommodations to excursions, was well thought out, and their local expertise truly made a difference. I especially appreciated their prompt communication and willingness to accommodate any requests. Thanks to Say Hueque, my trip was not only memorable but also hassle-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-organized and authentic travel experience in Argentina!
Say Hueque helped us design a custom trip for 14 days that included Iguazu Falls, Ushuaia, and highlights of Patagonia. Their service was impeccable, communication and planning of logistics were perfect, and hotels and experiences chosen were all high quality. Would definitely recommend!
What a great vacation and experience provided by Say Hueque in Argentina! We explored and stayed in Bariloche, Mendoza, Iguazu, and Buenos Aires. All of the tours, which are mostly sub-vendored by small companies, were extremely well run and seamlessly executed throughout. The accommodations were also very nice and well situated in each area. Bariloche, the Lake District, is a resort town and beautiful next to a large lake fed by glaciers, rivers, and smaller lakes. The hotel was located a mile and a half from the town, easily accessible by Uber ($5) or walking along a wide shoulder on a busy two-lane road. In Mendoza, a wine district known for Malbec red wine, we stayed extremely nice and quaint hotel located in a winery. It was close to wineries and restaurants in Charcas, outside of the city. The tour included three wineries and tastings. Their actual main vineyards are located outside Mendoza in the Uco Valley. Again, the tours were excellent; the rides and guides were right on time. The Iguazu waterfalls were maybe the highlight of the vacation. They are overwhelmingly huge, majestic, and beautiful. Our accommodations were in the jungle and very nice. The town was a fairly good way out, but for two nights with full days, it was easy just to eat at the restaurant and have drinks next to the pool. Finally, Buenos Aires is a very nice city with a lot of tree canopy and plenty to see. The rooms there were a bit cramped, but the trade-off is that it's ideally located in the Palermo section of the city with many restaurants and shops nearby. Interspersed in the tour were several asados, or BBQs, at special kitchens and one at the home of a local resident that featured extremely tender and rather large, sumptuous steaks. It was almost too much, but so good. The guides at each location were outstanding. They all spoke English well and had very good knowledge of the local area. Another nice option with Say Hueque is that they provided just enough free time for us to relax and not be driven by an agenda the entire time. Analia and Joaquina of Say Hueque did an excellent job of coordinating and managing the trip, and were very attentive to our preferences and needs. They provided all the transportation, including the domestic airline flights, without a hiccup. We have travelled all over the world, and this was one of the best trips we have experienced!
My wife and I travel quite a bit but had never been to South America. I had very little idea what I needed to see in Argentina and was a bit overwhelmed. Hit up chat gpt for an itinerary and then began to search for tour companies. I checked the reviews of course and went in with a healthy amount of skepticism since we are from the New York New Jersey area 😊. I spoke with people from this tour company but didn’t commit for weeks. Kept looking around. It was a big commitment as it was 19 days and not inexpensive. Finally pulled the trigger and I’m glad I went with these guys. Seamless is the best word to describe our experience. From the airport pickups to the various small tours. Everyone was pleasant and competent. They choose the accommodations for you and you can research those choices on your own to confirm it’s at the level you want. The country was amazing. It was an outdoor type of trip with small hikes, kayaking etc. We requested that. Yell them what you want and they will make it happen. They also did a great job in gauging how long to spend in each spot based on the time you have. It’s a solid company that “stays” with you the whole way. They even check up on you while you are traveling to make sure you are ok and the trip is meeting your expectations. Two thumbs up 👍 👍
We had the trip of our life! 1 month's honeymoon across South America. The organization was perfect on a very tight schedule. We packed so much of South America within 1 month! If we had any issues with hotels etc... during our trip, the team was very reactive and supportive and always helped reach a suitable arrangement. Thank you so much!!
Golf trip. First time to Argentina. What a beautiful country places and people. Traveled arranged through Patagónia golf (Jorge) Every detail taken care off Stayed in nice friendly hotels Lui suites. Traveled to Bariloche on the west side stunning scenery great restaurants at frankly so cheap I thought we were in another time. Some of the best steaks and wines I’ve found anywhere. We then travelled north along the Chile border to San Martin traveled half the way by boat through one of the most beautiful national parks I’ve ever seen We finished back in Buenes Aires where Jorge laid on some grey tours one up the tiger river. Close to Uruguay We had some time left and visited the tomb of Eva a true hero of the people. The main Cathedral is also a stunning building and historical reference point to the independence of Argentina from Spain. We encountered only friendly helpful people everywhere and I’m hoping to return again
We have just finished a tour of Argentina customised for us by Cynthia and Joaquina. I could not have asked for a better experience. Culture in Buenos Aires. Whales and Penguins in Puerto Madryn, Hiking, rafting and sailing in Ushuaia. Glacier and horse riding in El Calafate. Amazing Waterfall in Iguassu Falls. Every activity we did was fantastic. Every hotel we stayed in was lovely. Every transfer we had was seemless. Thank you so much Say Hueque. Such a professional and thoughtful organisation. We have had the trip of a lifetime.
This was my best experience ever with a tour operator - and I've been on quite a few organized tours since 1978. Starting with the booking process, they were very attentive to my needs and desires. I also decided to make a couple of changes to the itinerary after booking, and they were very accommodating. I booked with Inn-category hotels (in my mind "budget" hotels), but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodations. Furthermore, we received far more personalized attention than I had expected, starting with the pickup at the Buenos Aires airport, and a private tour for the two of us the next day with the same person. Also two private tours with another excellent guide for Iguazu falls on both sides of the Argentina-Brazil border. The quality and comprehensiveness of Say Hueque's services far exceeded expectations and was a fantastic value, considering the price paid.
Say Hueque travel group did a superb job coordinating our 12-day trip in Argentina. The transfers went smoothly. The hotel selections were wonderful and the tours were excellent. Ayelen from Say Hueque was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. I will highly recommend this tour.
We are a group of 7 from Canada. We had a wonderful but shortened trip to Patagonia due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. Our agent, Agustin Orso, has been very helpful from the early planning phase of the trip, going through the repatriation chaos when all parks were closed, to the resolution of the cancellation of our trip. Our 14 day itinerary was completely designed, customized to our likings with stops at Ushuaia, Puerto Natales (Torres del Paine in Chile), El Calafate and if the tour were not stopped, to El Chalten and Iguazu. All guides we had were excellent, speaking fluent English. We had different categories of hotel, Palo Santo in Buenos Aires, being the best, the other ones still met our expectations. When proper time comes, we will without hesitation reconnect with Agustin to resume our trip,
Excellent trip. Very well managed by Sue Hueque starting with people waiting for us at airport to dropping us. Amazing country with very welcoming people.
We did not do the tour per se, but had a fully personalized 21 day tour of Argentina and Chile, that included Buenos Aires, Iguazu falls, Ushaia, El calafate, Torres del Paine, Bariloche, the Andes lake crossing to Chile, Puerto Varas, Santiago and the Atacama. All of this, flights , hotels, daily excursions, airports transfers were arranged by Lucia, at Say Hueque. Everything went so smoothly. It is so comforting at every destination to see your name on a sign. All the hotels were perfect for what we wanted. the pick ups were timely, the guides were excellent. We could not have been more satisfied.
We recently returned from an excellent trip ~ 2 week tour to Argentina (and Montevideo). Patricio was the agent from Say Hueque who managed our trip. He was very patient and tailored the itinerary to suit us, particularly with the choice of hotels and the locations. Our tour in Argentina was about 12 days, and covered: Buenos Aires El Calafate Ushuaia Iguazu We also included a short trip to Montevideo in Uruguay and a half day City tour there (we flew back from Montevideo). Patricio organized all the domestic flights within Argentina, the Express Ferry from Buenos Aires to Montevideo, and all the airport tranfers. We had private tours for most of the city tours, and group tours for the other major attractions. All the guides were excellent and experienced. We didn't have to do anything - everything was well organized for us (which was good as we do not speak Spanish). I can highly recommend Say Hueque (and Patricio) as a tour company to handle tours in Argentina - they have good and reliable local contacts.
Brenda and Mairim did a great job with my vacation, going above and beyond with last minute changes and even sending me birthday chocolates! Highly recommend!!!!
Say Hueque helped us organize our 10 Day trip from Buenos Aires to Mendoza to Iguazu Falls and then to The End of the World in Ushuaia. From the minute we stepped out of customs in Buenos Aires we were met by Martin and Roberto with a great smile and from that time on ALL of our guides and drivers made sure that our experience of Argentina was as good as advertised. Most importantly, they accommodated our day to day changes we requested and provided great ideas for restaurants and activities after our daily tours.
We took a 12 day tour to Buenos Aires, Calafate, Ushuaia, and Puerto Iguazu with this company. We were met promptly as our flights arrived at each airport and the transportation was always on time. It included a half day city tour of Buenos Aires as well as a dinner and a tango show. In Calafate, it included a day trip to Perito Moreno glacier, and in Ushuaia we had a half day boat ride in the Beagle Channel as well as a full day trekking/paddling trip included. The only thing not well planned was that they had us in El Calafate on Christmas Day with nothing planned and since it was Christmas Day, most of the places were closed but we used it as a rest day. The tour guides all spoke excellent English and are very helpful and give you suggestions for what to tour on your own and which areas of the cities to avoid. The hotels in the Superior category were comfortable and included breakfast. It was a great way to visit South America for the first time and I definitely would use them again!
We were able to adapt the itinerary to our individual ideas (additional shipping to glaciers in Patagonia) and also had the opportunity to contact us via Whatsapp or Mail during the trip. Everything worked out perfectly and the guides on site were also very good. There are also many tips on restaurants or activities on site. We will dream of this journey for a long time!
I got an advertisement by face call and agende good quiet place Good massage experience I was treated very well 10 out of 10
Family vacation experience without waste Agency logistics excellent without errors Worth it and I recommend it
Very good place, rich and quiet, 100% recommended, good service, prices consistent with what is offered, I always go and it never fails
We took a trip a few days ago with Say Hueque to Argentina (13 days) - Buenos Aires, Usuhaia, El Calafate (Patagonia), Puerto Iguazu and Iguaçu (Brazilian side). The trip went wonderfully well. We were immediately treated to a welcome bottle of Malbec wine by Say Hueque - a gesture that touched us. Everything is super well organized and with 27/7 contact. All the small issues - and there were very few - that forced us to contact Say Hueque were immediately resolved via WhatsApp. We looked at many agencies of this nature, we ended up choosing Say Hueque and this choice proved to be absolutely right. I can assure you that this was the first of many trips with Say Hueque. We are very demanding and I know that both Sofia and Felipe were very patient with us, as we asked for many changes and some of them were not met - and correctly -, because they understood that they did not meet their standards. After the trip, I can say that they were absolutely right! Thank you Say Hueque for giving us a dream trip! See you soon! Marlene Rodrigues
Dream place to enjoy in flia, with friends, as a couple, first town in northern Patagonia. It has a unique via cristhi in South America. Its proximity to other tourist spots makes it accessible to the Patagonian beauties.
