This was an incredible experience seeing both sides of the falls and a core memory for me. Agustina did a great job arranging my trip and also answering any questions I had two very knowledgeable guides and a driver which made this experience completely hassle free. I’d highly recommend

I did the 3 day Iguazu tour and it was honestly a wonderful experience. Agustina was brilliant with arranging all aspects of my trip and answering all my questions. I had very knowledgeable guides each day and a great driver too. The falls were incredible to see from all the differnet trails. This was a great hassle free experience. I would highly reccommend this trip
Wow—what an adventure at Iguazu Falls! We highly recommend using Signature Tours. We did a 3-day tour with optional airfare, and everything was handled seamlessly. The tour operator was very communicative, sending all flight information ahead of time, which made the process stress-free. The drivers were always on time, and the O2 Hotel was perfectly located downtown—close to everything, including great restaurants. We had a day to explore the city, and then were picked up right on schedule by our tour guide, Ricardo, both days. He was phenomenal—extremely knowledgeable and shared the history and key highlights on both the Brazilian and Argentine sides of the falls. We would absolutely use Signature Tours again and highly recommend adding the boat ride—it gives you an incredible perspective of the falls (and yes, you will get soaked!).
So well organized and Pajaro went above and beyond to accomodate my husband by arranging a golf cart when needed.
Visiting the Iguazu Falls is a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it. However, Signature Travel Agency, the provider using Viator to advertise this tour, had some flaws. They arranged inconvenient flights between Buenos Aires and the Falls, presumably because those were cheaper flights. Then, the return flight on JetSMART was cancelled by the airline due to an air traffic controllers' work stoppage. Signature didn't get me a replacement flight. In fact, I arranged my substitute flight myself on Aerolineas Argentina, and I wound up being able to get on an earlier, more convenient flight back to Buenos Aires. Since Signature had booked the JetSMART flight for me, that airline informed me that Signature would have to apply for a refund on my behalf. I have yet to hear from Signature about my refund, and it is over a week. By the way, they subcontract with another tour company, Sol Iguazu, for activities in the Iguazu area, and I found that that company had better service. I would recommend booking directly with Sol Iguazu for Iguazu tours and a hotel and making flight arrangements onself.
The falls are breathtaking! Miscommunication by the company, missed flight, delayed flight, unnecessary stress took a lot away from what should have been a magnificent experience.
Iguazu Falls are beautiful and you’ll love it there, both from the Argentinian side and the Brazilian one, that’s for sure. The guide that came with me, Ariel, was also very nice and explained a lot of things about the fauna and flora of Iguazu. So the trip itself, nothing to complaint about. However, I wouldn’t recommend coming here as an organised excursion and especially not this one. First, it’s way overpriced. It’s hard to understand how they justify more than 2000 USD for this excursion with the 5 stars hotel option. Usually I book everything myself but decided to use TrioAdvisor for this excursion just to make things easier. However, when you see how much taxis, flights, accommodation and entrance tickets really cost, you realise you’re paying easily three to four times more. And they book the most basic option for everything: the worst flight seats (I upgraded myself those so that I could board earlier and added luggage), the most basic hotel room and with only breakfast included (why not half board?). At the park, you only have the entrance fee included. Every other activity you wish to do (like a boat tour), it’s extra. Ariel was nice, but you don’t really need a guide to visit the Falls. It’s very accessible and the trails are foolproof. His knowledge was welcome though. I also had a bad experience regarding how they managed a strike at Buenos Aires airport. I understand that’s out of their control, but I was sent the pickup time at my hotel hours before and it was much much sooner than expected (I almost didn’t sleep that night). Ok, the flight schedule changed, but they could have at least told me that sooner. I then asked if more itinerary changes were expected, they tell me no. However, I managed to find the reservation code and go to the airline company’s website and saw that my return flight had ALSO been changed. It was up to me to inform them of that! (?). It should be the other way around, honestly. Also, when I arrived at Iguazu, the transfer wasn’t there. Because… they didn’t know about the flight changes! So I had to wait 1h for the transfer to come! So, I paid this extremely overpriced excursion for some peace of mind, but in the end I had to inform the company of the changes (return flight changed), I had to wait for the transfer at Iguazu, had to insist to confirm the transfer when coming back to Buenos Aires (was afraid they didn’t update this as well…), I had to spend even more money getting the flight conditions I wanted/needed… Ah, and when you choose the 5 stars hotel option, they don’t tell you right away which one is it. By the way, it was the Mercure, but why can’t they list the hotel right when you’re booking your excursion? Also, since you book the accommodation through them, forget about getting loyalty points… Honestly, just book yourself the flights, get taxis yourself (very easy to do at Buenos Aires and Iguazu), buy yourself the entrance ticket and choose your accommodation how you want it. This is way, way overpriced and for this money you would expect luxury and stellar service, and you won’t get that.
We arrived to be met by Rene our guide for the Brazilian side of the Falls. I am understating this to say the whole experience was magical. The next day was a multicultural tour with Carlos as our guide. 2 walks to the falls finished with the great adventure a jungle drive with a boat trip up to and under the falls. Very wet. I highly recommend this tour
All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our trip booked through Signature Tours (arranged by Augustina, many thanks to her). We booked the tour with private guide and flights. Everything went VERY smoothly from transfers to and from airports, hotels and the falls. Hotel was very good as was our guide. We found having a private guide (Rene) really helpful as it meant we were taken round the key sights efficiently and comfortably (our lack of Spanish, we felt, would probably have hindered us). The falls themselves are spectacular and well worth seeing (from both sides) and the icing on the cake was the boat adventure. Prepare to get very wet... but worth it. Advice: Take swimwear and a towel to change before and after the boat ride.
Well organised trip from beginning to end. Our guides were friendly and informative. Amazing experience with unforgettable views of the falls from both sides. The size and magnitude of the falls is not exaggerated- they are huge, noisy and fantastic. Argentinian side less congested but then so much bigger. A must do is the boat trip into the falls but don’t forget something to change into
the experience was excellent, we loved our guide Miguel
We had an excellent experience seeing both the Brazilian and Argentine sides of the Falls, with amazing views. Our guide, Carlos, was very informative and friendly. However, I’m concerned about the trip organization and misleading information about the tour duration. The actual tour was only two days long, with one day spent on each side of the countries. The third day had no scheduled activities except for a pickup at the airport at night. It’s not necessary or accurate to advertise a three-day tour when the actual duration is only two days. If there were no plans for the third day, they could have booked a much earlier flight back to Buenos Aires instead of waiting for the 9:25 pm flight. I understand that booking a later flight might save money, but it’s not the best option for customers’ experience.
The Iguazu Falls are absolutely stunning, so vast an area and falls everywhere you turned! The Brazil and Argentina sides are very different and offer different perspectives of the falls. The tour was really well run with pickups to and from the airport in Buenos Aires and Iguazu and the Iguazu hotel was perfect. Tour guides were absolutely fantastic. Not to be missed!!
Well experienced tour guide. Pleasant and very helpful. Each planned portion of trip from hotel pickups to airport pickups was on time and drivers very professional. Escorts walked us through each step of going through border control. Great great experience!
the leader was fun, informative and very likeable. Drivers that picked me up at the airport (both in Buenos Aires and Iguazu) were there upon disembarking the plane. The plane seats were a little snug
We wanted to spend New Year’s in a beautiful place and found the perfect destination: Iguazú. It was a dream trip—everything flowed smoothly, even though it was high season. The service was of exceptional quality. Flights, hotels, transfers—the agency took care of absolutely everything. Iguazú is a spectacular place to be surrounded by nature and to be truly amazed by one of the natural wonders of the planet.
Hotels are not up to American/European standards Do not allow Viator to book your flights, they pick the cheapest fares which have additional fees
Amazing trip and guide, falls are a must to visit, hotel was ok but the best of the trip was the navigation and the views in both side of the falls
The whole experience was amazing. Felt super taken care of by Signature dmc from start to finish. Transportation always right on time and totally stress free which made everything so much easier. The guides were really knowledgeable and friendly felt more like exploring with locals than a typical tour. Loved the hotel choices they really added to the whole trip. Honestly one of the highlights of my South America adventure Would definitely recommend Signature DMC to anyone planning something similar
We went with my family in March and it was a fabulous experience! We had our doubts at first, but everything went perfect. The tours were very enjoyable, our guides very knowledgable and they answered all our questions during the whole booking process.
The trip to Iguazú was amazing! Everything went even better than I expected. Everyone was super friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. From the hotel to the tours, everything went smoothly without a hitch. The waterfalls are absolutely breathtaking! Truly a sight that leaves you speechless. Being there in person was an experience we’ll never forget. It’s definitely a destination worth visiting, with stunning scenery that’ll leave you in awe.
We had an amazing experience in Iguazú. From the very beginning, the service was excellent—everything was well organized, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything flowed smoothly, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The Falls are absolutely breathtaking—a must-see at least once in a lifetime. We had such a great time, and every moment felt special. We would definitely go back!
This tour was the perfect way to visit Iguazu Falls from Buenos Aires without the hassle. We chose the option with flights included, and everything was smooth from start to finish. The guides were friendly and bilingual, the transfers were on time, and the itinerary was well-paced. We explored both the Argentine and Brazilian sides of the falls – each offering stunning views. The Devil’s Throat was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel was comfortable, and we had enough free time to relax too. Highly recommend this tour if you want a stress-free and unforgettable visit to one of the world’s natural wonders.
I booked a private tour with Signature tours expecting all to be taken care of. I received emails from an agent a few weeks before leaving promising boarding passes but had to ask for them before leaving the US. The driver and the guides were excellent and on time or early. However, it was not made clear that we had to get Brazilian visas ahead of time so we were not able to get to our tour there or our hotel. We lost a lot of money because of this and I had to pay for a hotel on the Argentinan side. On all previous tours I’ve taken the requirements are clearly stated months before leaving. This company said I should have known we needed visas because of a generic statement in the important facts section. The other issue was the day tour on the Argentina side which was supposed to be private. Instead there were 5 of us which was fine but the guide said there could have been 30 which would have been awful. Our last driver from the airport to the hotel had been told to take us to our original hotel even though I had contacted the company double checking the drop off to the new hotel. To sum up, I should have booked everything myself.
From pick up at our Buenos Aires hotel to our return there the whole trip went completely to plan. Every transfer was on time and drivers very courteous. Our guide, Luis Diaz , on both days ( first day private tour/ second day group tour) exceeded any expectations that we might have had. Would highly recommend
What a wonderful thing the Iguazu Falls are. I never tire of looking at the photos of the navigation. Our guides were very good, and the hotel was nice too.
We used signature to book our Iguazu Falls tour as well as as four airport transfers. The whole booking experience was great and they answered our questions and were good with communicating up until the actual trip. Our transfers coming into Buenos Aires and going over to the smaller airport for the Iguazu trip were both great. Once arriving in the Iguazu Falls airport there was no transfer waiting to pick us up. About 45 minutes later he showed up. This was the point where things started to fall apart. The delay in communication coming back from the office was a minimum of 30 minutes each time we needed to contact someone. This was a three day Iguazu falls trip. Day one they essentially dump you at your hotel and you’re on your own. We upgraded the experience to where we could stay at a five-star hotel and paid for that and this hotel was probably a three star at best.. We had also booked a private English speaking tour. When we got picked up day two for the Argentina side of the Falls, we were dumped into a Spanish-speaking group tour and missed the majority of the trails. It was a group of 15 people and obviously we didn’t get the narrative that we were looking for and spent over five hours waiting for other people. We stated at the very beginning of this tour that we were scheduled and had paid for a private English speaking tour and the company did nothing to remedy for that day. Iguazu Falls is one of those places that you likely won’t get an opportunity to go back and we really missed out on a lot of what that experience should’ve been that day. We were happy that we paid extra for the boat ride because we were able to see some of the Falls from a different angle and we enjoyed that. The following day worked out well and we had a private English speaking tour, but the Brazilian side of the falls only has one trail, so it was just a couple hours of experience and then back to the hotel. We paid extra for an optional helicopter tour, and that was quite nice. We also really enjoyed that guide for that day, he was fabulous. The transfer back to the airport was fine and the transfer from the Buenos Aires airport back to her hotel was fine. The reason for the one star is for how the company was not responsive when there were operational issues on their end for the Iguazu tour, the issue with the hotel and the one transfer. After much back-and-forth and then acting like they were doing us a favor they finally gave us a partial refund, but it wasn’t enough to cover for missing part of the experience for both Argentinian side, the late transfer and the subpar hotel. We will not be using them again.
They are unresponsive to questions. Still haven't acknowledged that we canceled two months ago. Our trip apparently had not been completely booked, but they would not refund when we had to cancel due to an emergency health issue within days of booking
Great experience. Highly recommended. The helicopter ride was incredible. Language barrier can be difficult
Be prepared for changes and be proactive. From the web site information, I thought we would be visiting the Brazil side on the first day and the Argentina side the second day; then fly out the third day. After booking, I received the itinerary which showed visiting the Argentina side the first day and the Brazil side on day two. Day three had us arriving at the airport after our flight left to return to the US! After a few emails with the tour company, we got the itinerary changed so it worked for us. We visited the Brazil side the first day (with all our luggage in the car, no hotel stop) and the Argentina side on day two. We had a private tour on day one and a group tour on day two. The flights to and from Buenos Aires changed two days before we arrived. One even changed which airport we flew out of! Overall it was a great trip but be prepared to be flexible. The falls are amazing. The crowds are a bit intense especially on the Brazil side (smaller and only one trail to follow). Definitely take the boat ride. We did it on the Argentina side. So fun!! My face hurt from smiling. You will get wet! The trails are very flat. I wore Keen sandals and was fine. Not many bugs when we were there but it was 97 degrees and muggy. We had just come from a tour in Antarctica and my husband was disappointed there weren't many descriptive signs at the park.
Guide was knowledgeable, and spoke pretty good English, however our tour included quite a few Spanish speaking guests, so at times limited information in English. Second day was better. Overall good trip, though itinerary varied slightly from what I received. Tour company in Buenos Aires was good about email communication before the trip, and did use Whatsap to keep me informed regarding driver. Drivers for transfer to and from airport did not speak English so a little awkward. Hotel in Puerto Iguazu was adequate, but limited English speaking staff.
We were told to stay in a hotel in the Brazilian side, nice hotel but family oriented with terrible buffet only option and noisy restaurant We waited for over 2 hours beyond the scheduled time for the van to arrive from the Argentinian side without notification On the final day, going back to Argentina, we changed from the van to a bus before going to the falls; were told to leave all luggage and personal items on the van because it would take us back to the airport Guess what, a different bus showed up with my computer bag missing!!! Two computers, extra cell phones, personal IDs and files including cash were in that bag!! I never had an experience like that in any travel for over 40 years They had to find the other driver and van, have him meet us at the airport with the bag, fortunately Terrible logistics execution The only saving grace was that the falls and natural sights are unbelievable!
Took the three day tour. I highly recommend that you include the helicopter ride and the Great Adventure with the boat ride option. Have in mind that during the boat ride you will get soaked when you get under the waterfall but you can always change into dry clothes that could be stored in special waterproof bags supplied by the company free of charge right before the ride. There are also changing rooms available. Great experience. Don’t miss it. Lots of laughter. Also a professional video photographer on board from whom you can purchase the video and pictures all for US$ 20.
An excellent adventure. We had good guides on both sides of the falls and a very nice hotel on the Brazilean side. Victoria, our agent with Signature Tours, was super helpful before and during the tour. Transportation to and from the airports on both ends was great.
It’s definitely worthy of the trip! The water falls are beautiful! We went during high tourists season so the place was packed but that doesn’t take away from nature’s beauty. Just be mentally prepared that everywhere you do, there’ll be lots of tourists. The guided tour is helpful; try the boat ride if you could. They were quite strict with any “disabilities” including hearing aids. If you can hear moderately without them, take them off before you enter the queue to prevent being ejected from the ride. With the guided tour, time to really soak in the environment is limited. But with the knowledge, you can return and visit by yourself. We saw a number of animals as well. Definitely worthy the visit!
Iguazu Falls is a place of incredible beauty. We were fortunate to travel with our wonderful guide Claudia to this unique national park spanning both Brazil and Argentina. The sights are breathtaking and the power of the waterfalls is awesome. Truly a natural wonder surrounded by a vibrant ecosystem. I shared with Claudia that I was interested in the flora and fauna of the park as well as its history and creation. She made every effort to answer my many questions and point out interesting animals and plants as we walked along. She has a really good eye for details and spotted wildlife I would have easily passed by. If you have the opportunity, ask for her because she is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and makes your visit top notch. Signature tours and Claudia made our adventure a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this excursion.
While the service was good the communication was very bad. We were not told the timing of the flights, the timing of our trips, everything was vague.
Booked the trip months in advance and paid for the best options available. Picked up at airport and transferred to the wrong hotel in the city of Ushuaia. Then had to wait to be transferred to another hotel outside the city. Unable to check in as room was not ready. Completely disappointed in the standard of the room having been told we were "upgraded" to a 5star hotel. This hotel is equivalent of a European 2 star. Basic room with no tea/coffee, robes, slippers etc. The tour guide was fantastic and would highly recommend him but Id consider another organiser for your £3k trip and avoid the disappointment we experienced.
I can highly recommend Signaturetours in Buenos Aires, we had excellent service for everything. The drivers, who did airport shuttles and tour pick-ups, were punctual, well presented, polite and their vehicles were clean and well cared for. We did multiple tours with them, they communicated consistently with the driver's or guides names and all pick-ups were from the hotel lobby. They offer a good variety of experiences. We were two women travelling by ourselves, Signaturetours provided a safe and enjoyable way to explore the beautiful country of Argentina.
Iguazú Falls are incredible!! Which side is better - they both are! The Brazil side you see all their beauty! The Argentine side you feel the power of the mass amount of water in the falls. Stayed at the Mecure -very nice. We were well looked after -someone always showed up to take us to our next destination.
We took the tour from Buenos Aires to Iguazu Falls, including airfare. Iguazu is amazing. However, Signature Tours and their partners were not well organized: 1. We received several pieces of wrong information regarding departure times. Thankfully, we were in the hotel when the tours left, or we would have missed them. 2. Staying in a hotel in Foz do Iguacu cost us a lot of extra time in border crossings. Had we stayed in Puerto Iguazu, we would have only done one set of border crossings. Instead, we had to do twice as many border crossings. Because the border crossings are so slow (Argentina in particular), it wasted a lot of time. 3. Our tour ended in the afternoon of 10/15, yet our return flight did not leave until after 9 pm on 10/16, leaving us with more than 24 hours of unnecessary additional time. On top of that, our hotel required check-out at 11 am, leaving us with over six hours before our driver was supposed to arrive. I gave the feedback to the general manager and he blamed it on limited flight and hotel availability because we booked about two weeks ahead. I’m not sure that excuse holds up given that another pair on our tour booked six months ago and had similar problems.
The Iguazú Falls are a once in a lifetime experience. Sol Iguazú is a great company. Dealing with Viator and their Partner Signature tours leaves a lot to be desired. We were picked up at the airport and dropped at a hotel in Argentina. As we tried to check in we found out that Signature had cancelled our reservation because they did not feel the Argentina hotels met their standard for quality. They apologized and told me someone would be there immediately to take us across the border to our Brazil hotel. The guide for Sol Iguazú who was scheduled to take us for a tour of the Brazilian side of the falls was the first person to show up almost an hour later. He was totally unaware of our hotel change and had no control over the situation. We had missed lunch waiting for our immediate pick up. We loaded our bags into the tour van and had a fabulous visit to the falls. Then we were taken to our Brazilian hotel. It was not in the best part of town so we were a captive audience having to eat on their restaurant and drink in their bar. The hotel was a Wyndham property and it was so-so. Now that we were in Brazil we had to leave for our tour the next day an hour early to cross the border into Argentina Sol Iguazú once again did a great job touring us through the falls. Then a driver had to take us from a drop off spot back to our trap in Brazil. The next morning we had to leave for the airport at 5am because we were in Brazil. There’s an airport on the Brazilian side of the falls, but we had to leave an hour early to get back to Argentina. My conclusion is dump Viator, dump Signature, and book directly with a hotel of your choosing in Argentina, and signup with Sol Iguazú and their great guides.
My wife, Lynn, and I are visiting Argentina and Buenos Aires for the first time and decided it would be helpful to connect with a travel agency for help with our trip plans. We found Signature Tours on Google Maps and are so glad we did. After contacting them by email, we set up an appointment with Agustin Lopez. Agustin was excellent. He listened to our wishes and developed an exciting plan. First, we enjoyed a city tour with Lorena who was knowledgeable and personable. We then took a two day tour of Iguazu Falls and finally we went on a two day visit to Montevideo. What made all of these experiences memorable and effortless was that everything was exactly as Agustin said it would be. Our drivers were always exactly on time. The hotels were perfect for us. And, our guide in Iguazu, Javier Bley, was phenomenal. If you are looking for a good travel agency when in, or coming to, Buenos Aires look no further. Contact Agustin Lopez at Signature Tours.
Definitely a highlight of our trip to Argentina. The falls are amazing and we are both really pleased we chose to make the trip. The arrangements for the trip were extremely good, all transfers from airport to hotel, and pick up for tours on both days were well organised. Our guide was friendly. It would have been nice to be given more of a guide around the places we visited, rather than just have him there to organise us. But he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Perhaps my fault, but I hadn't realised that our hotel and overnight stays would be in Brazil, rather than Argentina, so I wasn't prepared with currency. However, credit cards were fine - just something to be aware of. I think a prominent reminder that you need you passport would also be wise, even though it should be obvious that you will cross the border because you are taken to both sides of the falls. Thinking about the Gran Ventura boat trip? Absolutely do it. But you will get wet. Clothing is irrelevant.
This is a natural wonder everybody should see. We had 2 wonderful guides in the trip to the Brazilian and later, the Argentinian side. Both were magnificent sights. Transportation was good and comfortable. Accommodations were excellent in Iguazu. All flights on time.
From start to finish this has been an awesome experience. Our flight was easy, the hotel was one of the nicest we have experienced, and the tour guide, Pajaro, was out of this world. He took such good care of the young and old, and everything in-between. He arranged it all to make sure we have a great experience.
This tour completely exceeded out expectations. Actually flying out and back and having a hotel set up for us. Everything went perfectly well The Mercure hotel was amazing. The tour guide Ricardo was absolutely amazing. The grand adventure is a must on this trip. Boat ride up the river and into the falls.
Taking the boat ride into the falls was a highlight of our trip. All pickups were on time and the guide we had both days was excellent!
We had a very good tour of Iguazu Falls. We are glad we were able to see the falls from both Brazil and Argentina. Our tour guide Ricardo was excellent, very informative, precise, friendly and patient. The transfer from airport to hotel was smooth, the driver was very friendly. And he was helpful when the hotel information given to him was wrong, He made sure we checked in a hotel before he left. The Hotel La Reserva Virgin Lodge was not to our liking. It was kind of dated, renovation should be considerd. decorations in the room were dusty.
Great way to see both sides of Iguazú Falls without having to book everything individually. The hotel in the Amazon was beautiful with a nice restaurant, outdoor pool, bar, and spa on the premises. Organization was quite challenging. Despite booking months in advance and asking for clarification, wasn’t given flight information until the night prior. There are two airports in Buenos Aires and we guessed wrong which made getting to the airport in time challenging. Other transportation could have better communication.
