Sls Buenos Aires Puerto Madero

I had a brilliant stay at SLS Madero in Buenos Aires and would highly recommend it. The hotel itself is fantastic, with great facilities throughout. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the outdoor pools, but the fitness centre more than made up for it, it’s genuinely top quality and one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. The restaurant was excellent, and the staff were outstanding from start to finish. A special mention to Lucas and one of his colleagues on the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) who were superb and really made the stay feel seamless and welcoming. The rooms are another highlight, very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Importantly, they’re also very quiet at night, so you get a great night’s sleep with no outside noise. The location is ideal as well, right on the water. You’re just a short stroll from great restaurants nearby and only a few minutes from the heart of Puerto Madero, with all its bars and riverside spots. Overall, a fantastic hotel experience, would absolutely stay here again. I originally booked a corner room and decided to extend my stay and upgrade to a suite given the experience was so positive! Well done to the owners, management and team, one minor suggestion would be to create a dedicated bar area … although if there was one I really don’t think I would have left the place! Fantastic!

The service here has been exceptional. Friendly, helpful, responsive...can't say enough. UPDATE. Our visit at the SLS just got better with our stay. I cannot say enough about the service, probably the best we've experienced. The gym, better than ours back home. Especially compared to the Hotel Madero after moving due to full capacity at SLS. Also 5 star but staff with attitude, unprepared kitchen, and frankly, a disappointment as we had stayed there before. If your looking for an exceptional staf, well, we'll be staying at the SLS again. Physical plant needs a touch of TLC but compared to the other, not an issue.

Where do I even begin? The SLS Buenos Aires is, without question, one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had — not just in Latin America, but anywhere in the world. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and genuine enthusiasm that immediately set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The staff here are in a league of their own. Every single team member — from the front desk to the concierge, housekeeping to the restaurant servers — remembered my name, anticipated my needs before I even voiced them, and went above and beyond in ways that felt personal, not scripted. This is not the kind of hospitality you can train overnight; it is a culture of excellence that is deeply embedded in everything they do. The rooms are stunning with balconies.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were greeted at the door, assisted with our luggage, and personally escorted to our room. Be sure to enjoy a meal at Leynia — everything was outstanding. The staff and chefs were terrific (special shout-out to Natalie and Itoor!). The property is spotless, and the pool is beautiful and relaxing. A heartfelt thank you to Robert and the entire team for making our anniversary trip so memorable. 💖
