One towel had a piece of candy covered with hair and dust, the shower had mold wasnt cleaned well enough, the window didnt have a blackout or darker shade instead was a shutter looking like material that made a terrible loud noise when windy. The soap from the shower kept coming through the bathroom floor near the toilet. Breakfast was boring same thing every day . Find a better place !
Rooms could be a bit cleaner. Thin walls, and you can hear traffic if your room faces the street. I am on the 6th floor. Great service from front desk staff.
We had a wonderful stay at Principado Downtown Hotel Buenos Aires. The location was very convenient, the hotel was comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Ignacio and Sonia for their warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. They were always courteous, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Greet location in downtown. Smallish rooms but nice and super clean. Good price to quality ratio.
Bad experience. Looks good from the outside, breakfast was fine. In the room one of the ceiling lights was coming down, but the worst was the metal parts sticking out of the mattress (see photos). I scratched my leg open when getting out of bed, after reporting this to the staff they only said they would have a look at it. They did not apologise for the bad state of the mattress or the fact that I injured myself, even after asking for this. To us this is ridiculous behaviour for hotel staff.
