Excellent location.
We booked this hotel as a place to shower and wait until our Airbnb was ready. Prior to arrival, we called to let the hotel know we would be checking in a day later than originally planned. When we arrived, we were informed that only three people could be in the room at a time, despite our reservation being for our family of five. This restriction was unexpected and was not communicated to us in advance. As frequent travelers, this was the first time we had encountered such a policy, which made our stay less convenient than anticipated.
Perfect pre-cruise hotel, super friendly, and professional service with excellent accommodations. Regent Seven Seas arranged pick up and transfer for us from the airport to hotel and all the rest were seamlessly taken care of. Nice breakfast, large lobby area with plenty of seating definitely will choose this spot again in the future.
I recently completed a 6-night stay in a Deluxe Room at the Park Tower, and it was a truly sophisticated experience. If you are looking for classic elegance and top-tier service in Buenos Aires, this is an excellent choice.
The Room
At 39 sqm, the room felt incredibly spacious and well-apportioned. The décor is beautiful—leaning into a classic, "old-world luxury" aesthetic with rich wood furnishings and tasteful artwork. Everything was kept impeccably clean throughout my week-long stay.
Facilities & Fitness
A unique aspect of this hotel is its connection to the adjacent Sheraton. While the Park Tower feels more exclusive and quiet, you have access to the shared fitness facilities. It’s just a short, indoor walk over to the Sheraton side to reach the gym, which is well-equipped and perfect for maintaining a routine while traveling.
Dining & Service
Breakfast was a highlight of each morning. The staff are incredibly attentive; I never had to ask for a refill as they were always eager to serve and keep my water and coffee topped up. This high level of service extended to the rest of the hotel staff, who were consistently friendly and professional.
