Palladio Hotel Buenos Aires - Mgallery Collection

We had a wonderful time in Buenos Aires, and Palladio was the perfect place for our 4 night stay. It's close to all of the sites with either a short work or a ride away. The room was quiet, showers were hot, and the breakfast was plentiful and very good. The gym and sauna were perfect to relax. The bar was perfect to watch some futbol and have a drink. Overall, Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. Truly a five star experience.

Hotel was beautiful, welcoming and was in a great location. The staff were all amazing and happy to help in any way. The room we had a was spacious with enough storage space. The facilities we used(pool, sauna & gym) were all clean. Would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location and is maintained to a good standard, very clean. The size of our room was good with a large bathroom and powerful shower. The staff were very patient and helpful. Bianca, the guest relations manager, was an absolute delight. She was knowledgeable, very capable and went out of her way to accommodate a milestone we were celebrating. The breakfasts were delicious with an abundance of choice including options that you could order like omelettes, eggs benedict etc. We left with some very fond memories and would definitely return when we next visit Buenos Aires.

Overall, a good stay with some notable drawbacks. The rooms are very nice, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff are professional and attentive throughout, and the location is excellent, very convenient for getting around Buenos Aires. The hotel amenities are also a strong point: the gym and spa are very good, and the heated outdoor pool is a particularly nice touch. However, the main issue for me was the noise. Despite each floor having a relatively small number of rooms, the doors close very loudly and tend to slam, which made it difficult to sleep. I was woken multiple times during the night and early morning by guests coming and going. In addition, the soundproofing between rooms doesn’t seem sufficient, I could clearly hear people in adjacent rooms getting ready. Overall, it’s a well run hotel in a great location with solid amenities, but the noise levels significantly impacted the experience, which is why I’d rate it three stars.
