We had an amazing stay at the Park Hyatt Palace. The palace itself is absolutely stunning... classic, elegant, and luxurious, and the gardens are just as beautiful. The service was flawless throughout our stay, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly attentive. Our suite overlooked the garden and was extremely spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom, bathtub, and all the amenities you could ask for. Breakfast was also exceptional, with a great selection of both buffet and à la carte options. Overall, the hotel truly makes you feel like royalty, from the setting and accommodations to the level of service. The only thing we felt could be improved was the swimming pool. It isn’t heated and is only maintained at ambient temperature. Since we visited during the winter, the water was still quite cold, which made it difficult to really enjoy the pool. Other than that, everything was absolutely impeccable. A truly memorable stay and an incredible hotel.

We were here for vacation, 3 nights at the beginning of the week and 1 night at the end after returning from Iguazu. Both legs of our stay were wonderful. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Best shower water pressure ever. But the best part was the staff - they were so friendly, professional, and willing/able to help with anything. We stored our larger luggage with them during our 2-night trip to Iguazu, and when we returned, our luggage was already in our new room. A couple of the front desk staff even remembered my name upon our return, which was so welcoming. I also had the afternoon tea service one day, and they were able to fit me in at the last minute. It was an amazing tea service - so many excellent teas, and my server, Michaela was really lovely. She recommended a wonderful tea and was friendly and very responsive. The whole experience was well-worth the price, and we would stay here again.
We had such a wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt special — the architecture is absolutely stunning, with a sense of elegance and character that makes the whole experience feel genuinely luxurious. Our room was fantastic: beautifully designed, comfortable and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. What made the stay even more memorable, however, was the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, attentive and incredibly professional, yet still made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. It’s the kind of hotel where the beautiful surroundings are matched by the quality of service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely love to return.
Had a lovely stay at the Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires. We were greeted as soon as we stepped out of the Uber. They whisked our luggage away and sent it up to our rooms. All the staff were friendly and professional. The gentleman checking me in even addressed me by my last name two days later when he saw me in the elevator. I don't know how they do it, but I was impressed. The rooms were immaculate, modern, and spacious. Many areas of the hotel felt like I was stepping into an art gallery. The garden is beautiful and neatly manicured. Definitely a must-visit part of the hotel. We had breakfast at both Piano Nobile (à la carte) and Gioia Cocina Botánica (buffet style), and I recommend the à la carte restaurant. The choices are similar, but it feels much fancier at the à la carte restaurant. We also had afternoon tea at Piano Nobile, and it was fantastic. Five of us ordered one tower because we weren't very hungry, and it was more than enough for all of us. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay again.
Palacio Duhau was one of the highlights of our trip to Buenos Aires. The property is absolutely beautiful—elegant, historic, and luxurious without ever feeling overly formal. Our suite was exceptional, the gardens were peaceful, and every detail throughout the hotel felt thoughtful and refined. What really stood out was the service. The entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. They anticipated what we needed without being intrusive and made every interaction feel personal. The location in Recoleta is also perfect for exploring the city while still having a quiet retreat to come back to. From the accommodations and dining to the atmosphere and hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. This is a true five-star experience and easily one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We would absolutely return.
