A great boutique hotel in the heart of a wonderful neighborhood. Access to bars, restraunts, shopping and street art. A refreshing splash pool on the rooftop really help beat the heat. Breakfast was outstanding. Lattes, eggs, meats, toast, fruit and granola. we woul stay again.
Nice boutique hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Our room was big and had all the convenience you'd expect. Right in the heat of Palermo Soho district.
It's old not upgreated hotel. It spells really badly from the sewage and all the drains in the bathroom. Because of it the spray bed spread and curtains the whole room with something so strong to mask the unpleasant smell that we had to move rooms,which they were nice enough to accommodate us.Yhe towels are good but not enough, we had to ask for more. They are very economical about everything The included Breakfast is terrible as the choices are very few and if you have any food restrictions you won't be able to eat. The pool area is nice but needs some cleaning. The workout room is good for one peeson and the weights are very light . Dry sauna is a good touch but you will need to turn it on and wait to get hot enough to use it. Elevetor fits max 3 people (225kg)The staff is nice and the location is fantastic but it's very loud at night. Over all it is not worth the money (about $300 a night ) for us.
Hotel is a deception. First in the add they show a nice terrace and next photo is a basin which looks like a pool.. but it is not a pool .. it is a basin with is 3m by 2m and 45cm! High huge deception (the basin is even advertised in the lift!) the room is spacious but very dark with a very narrow + wall .. balcony which blocks the view outside.. bathroom is small with a toilet which is just behind the door.. not the most convenient distribution.. in the room there is a nespresso machine but no capsule .. staff is nice but without exceeding standards. Cherry on the cake upon departure .. they almost forgot to give back the 100$ caution (as most hotels take 10/20!) and we had the remind the front desk person ! What is disappointment !
The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Palermo. Close to lots of great bars, restaurants and shops. That’s as far as the positives go for this hotel unfortunately. The room was the lowest level of basic, with a grey and old style and unclean bathroom. The bathroom and room were not thoroughly cleaned when checked in. Hairs across the floor, in the bath, clumps of dust on the floors. You can tell a below average cleaning job is done here. There were also constant puddles of water in the corners of the bathroom from a leak somewhere - this was reported. The pictures on the website did not represent the room we were given. A couple of the reception staff were friendly however the rest, not so much - we were lucky be acknowledged when we arrived back at the hotel. Minibar charges also added to our final bill when nothing was taken. A shame as the city of Buenos Aires and area of Palermo were fantastic, but the hotel completely let it down. Would not recommend unfortunately. More 1 star than 4.
