This hotel has been one of my favourites during my trips across south america. It is located next to the nice shopping centre, the ferry port and lovely restaurants. The room was kept clean with staff going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The guest relations staff where amazing with me even though i dont speak their native language and on top of that i have a thick Scottish accent. I never had any issues. I highly recommend NH collection Lancaster to anyone visiting Buenos Aries.

Very good stay overall. The rooms were a bit dark for my taste, but they were clean and comfortable. The best part of the experience was definitely Matias at the reception desk — always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. His attitude made a real difference during our stay. Would happily stay here again!

This hotel is pretty good. Special thanks to the security staff there!! One of the security guards named Ezequiel is so friendly and welcoming. Every time we come in he keeps the door widely open for us and greets us very well. Very welcoming and friendly person with care and service!!👏👏👍👍

Great hotel in excellent location. Hotel shows some signs of wear but overall very nice for my short stay in Buenos Aires. Excellent shower! The water pressure from the rainfall shower head was excellent! Also appreciate being able to control the AC and keep the room cold. Room was surprisingly very quiet despite being in a busy area. Front desk receptionist Abril (?) was very sweet! Recommend walking 15 minutes to Punto Cafe for incredible coffee and medialuna. I thought the price for the hotel was very reasonable. I didn’t get breakfast or use any of the facilities but was very happy with my room!
