Edit: the team of the hotel helped and very promptly resolved the issue with the room (upper floor with a balcony) that has a questionable design decision : with an “open plan” bathroom that renders it unusable. I feel very bad for the team who have to deal with issues caused by poor design choices. That being said, junior suit has reasonable doors and the stay overall was pleasant.
This time I had a bad experience. When I went to bed and opened the bed, the sheets were stained with blood. I complained and they moved me to a smaller room with a terrible sewage smell coming from the air conditioner. The phone to the concierge wasn't working, and although I reported it, they didn't resolve the problem.
Perfect location. Great terrace with view. The hotel service was OK but not great. There was not even a restroom available during the day (not before 6 p.m.!) so that we could not have the use of one while we waited for our room to be ready. It was late being available because the previous guest was late leaving. The glass on our door on the terrace was broken due to previous break-in attempt! Otherwise we were well pleased with the hotel and the amenities that we used. We did not have breakfast.
Great location and friendly service, especially Liz at the front desk. Unfortunately, the hotel is outdated and our room had a strong sewage smell despite a nice view. With better management, this could be a great boutique hotel. I
First of all never make mistakes. Except for breakfast nothing is Good order. Recepcionist and other doesnt friendly. Room ac is dosnt work, outside was 15 deg, i cold all night. I came to here via agent, when i said i will do late checkout, first thing is who will pay. Rooms is not new, if the recrepcionist call you, you need to answer from toilet! No any suggest.
