Between the room and the bathroom are no doors, I am practically working in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi is really bad and the air conditioning isn't cooling. The staff is very nice.

The hotel doesn't have air-conditioning during the winter months although it's 27 degrees outside. Funny though the air conditioning in in the lobby and restaurant are functioning. My room temperature is 28 degrees Celsius and I have to sleep with open window not to wake up all in sweat. Unfortunately this causes a LOT of noise due to a 6 lane street where cars and buses travel 24hrs. I am sincerely disappointed also regarding the high price they charge. The rooms are also in need of renovation. The internet doesn't exist. Messages on WhatsApp take 10seconds to go through. Service on the other hand is great. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the owners and management isn't.

I was expecting better front desk service for me and my team who were visiting BA for business. One of the receptionists raised her voice at my colleague who was asking for an iron to be delivered to their room.

Ideal location. Rich, complete breakfast ( large choice of fresh fruits, fresh & cooked “al dente” vegetables, rich bread & pastrey. Always adding new food. Comfortable room ( even standard). People make the difference : Lorena( cleaning rooms), Alejandra( staff breakfast) and Antonella(team kitchen. Thank you to all staff. Tip a small more flexible attitude of reception at arrival in admitting error regarding realised preoayment is wished.Administration proces should react quicker for complaints!

The good: Nice central location, good base to explore Buenos Aries. Restaurant is open until 11pm, with some generous size meal portions. Staff are generally helpful. Good basic breakfast The not so good: The basic rooms are 2-3 stars and don't have a kettle to boil water. Ordering a pot of boiled water to your room is difficult, sometimes the bar staff will send up a pot and other times they will refuse. The new young lady working in the bar, although obviously new, hates her job and is generally impolite. She is in need of closer supervision and better guidance to learn basic customer service. The hotel feels a little tired, and will require refurbishment in the next 3-5 years
