Great location, very expensive for what it offers. Room is clean and big. Breakfast is not a good experience. Steam room was not working and the gym is tiny and not equipped. Service can be horrible depending on who is at the front desk

Unfortunately not a great experience. Absolutely not flexible. Because of public strikes in Argentina, we had to move our booked stay at this hotel. Instead of trying to work on a solution with us (not even just reimbursing us, but moving our reservation to a few days after), they just ghosted us on Whatsapp and never replied (which they could do of course because they already had our money). Very disappointing customer service. Can‘t imagine how they would‘ve treated us onsite. I‘d recommend to avoid and find a hotel somewhere else that‘s just as nice (of which there are plenty in Buenos Aires!) but also offer good service.

An amazing boutique hotel, one of my favorite I’ve ever stayed in. The property is clean and the rooms are a nice size. What really makes the hotel stand out is the cute coffee shop, Hobby, in the lobby of the building. It’s a great place to hang out and the coffee is excellent. The breakfast there every morning was one of the highlights of our trip.

Really enjoyed staying here! It is a very modern hotel, rooms were comfortable and the service from the hotel directly was fantastic. I also appreciated that they focus on sustainability. For breakfast you get a la carte service in the café which was good the service there was however a bit slow sometimes. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very good location, great customer service, clean, good coffee, strong shower pressure. I’m really happy we found it and they accommodated our request to stay an extra night in our same rooms. They arranged a ride for us to the airport. Location and cleanliness are the most important to me when traveling and it hit the mark at a good price. Stayed three nights.
