It is really wonderful to back for two months. This is my 60th time back and especially appreciate the staff. Celina, Mariela, Christian, Nestor, Ruben, Pablo, and new people in the Club Lounge: Sofia Tobias, and Florenzia. Also all of the cleaning staff on the 19th floor have been wonderful. They all make a special effort to provide personalized service. Look forward to the rest of July. I also wanted to recognize Marisol, who is really great in taking care of the room every day.
Simple as that if you like modern hotel dont come to this hotel, but if you like some old antique furniture go ahead. For me personally is not intercontinental hotel standards. The only thing i like about this hotel was the service
I had the pleasure of dining at InterContinental Buenos Aires by IHG, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The quality of the cuisine, the elegant atmosphere, and the exceptional level of service reflected the high standards expected from a luxury hotel.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ana and Franco for their exemplary professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. Their warm hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding service made our dining experience truly memorable.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was also a great size. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is in a convenient location near downtown.
The main downside was the heating system. It would turn off during the night, and the room became quite cold. The bed sheets also felt a bit too thin for the winter temperatures. Additionally, there was a noticeable damp/musty smell in the room that was difficult to ignore.
Despite those issues, the hotel was comfortable overall, and the staff was helpful. A good stay, but there is room for improvement.
Well, Intercontinental Hotels are usually very good, and this one is no less than that.
📍The location of the hotel is good for visiting the city, close to the new area where all the restaurants and shops are, on the other side you can easily access the main avenue from where you reach every part of the city center in about 20-30 min.
🏢 The rooms are big, with a shower and a bath tub, double or single beds. Depending on the floor the views are incredible, and the noise from the street is very small and isolated. The beds were clean and the bathroom was ready to use.
🎇 The hotel has a large number of services; pool, gym, solarium, spa, clubs, restaurants, the food was good, the breakfast is nice and comfortable. I didn't stay much but I don't think you are going to get bored. The city of Buenos Aires is a safe, big place with a lot of things to explore.
