I had an exceptional stay at Ilum Experience Home and could not have asked for a better experience in Buenos Aires. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with fresh, delicious options and thoughtful service each morning. What really stood out, though, was how personal the experience felt. The staff remembered that I was celebrating my birthday and went out of their way to make me feel special. Those little touches made a big difference and turned a great stay into a truly memorable one. The team was also incredibly helpful with recommendations and assistance throughout my visit, whether it was suggestions for local things to do, places to eat, transportation, or simply helping me navigate the city. I always felt like they genuinely wanted me to have the best possible experience. As an LGBT traveler, I also felt completely comfortable, welcomed, and respected. The atmosphere was inclusive and friendly, which made the stay feel especially relaxing and enjoyable. Ilum Experience Home is the kind of place where the hospitality feels authentic rather than simply being part of the service. The combination of the beautiful property, excellent breakfast, attentive staff, personalized touches, and welcoming atmosphere made my stay truly exceptional. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Buenos Aires!

Our stay at Ilum Home Experience Hotel in Buenos Aires from May 12–24 was absolutely unforgettable. We traveled to celebrate our wedding anniversary on May 14, and thanks to the incredible staff, this became one of the most special trips of our lives. We especially want to recognize the amazing front desk team: Matias, Jose, Martina, Denise, Milena, Gonzalo N, and Gonzalo R. Their kindness, professionalism, local recommendations, and genuine care made us feel completely at home. A heartfelt thank you also to Melanie, Melody, the breakfast team, and the chef who prepared the most delicious chicken soup for me upon request. We are also deeply grateful to Debora and the housekeeping team for keeping our room immaculate every single day and always going the extra mile for our comfort. Special thanks to manager Florencia Gonzalez for the thoughtful champagne gift for our anniversary and the beautiful welcome wine courtesy from the hotel and Expedia. The hotel’s location in Palermo Hollywood is another huge highlight. It is one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires—safe, vibrant, beautiful, and surrounded by incredible restaurants and cafés. Ilum Home Experience is no longer just a hotel for us; it is our home in Buenos Aires. We cannot wait to return.

Absolute must on your next trip to Buenos Aires. Staff are incredibly kind, including Gonzalo who was only on his second week working there but gave us the perfect breakdown of the city. The room was lovely and spacious in addition to being incredibly clean. They provided fresh water and chocolates during the afternoon turndown service. The hotel itself is quaint and spa-like. The location is incredible and surrounded by cute cafes and restaurants all around. The only hiccup we encountered was on saturday night there was a club across the street blasting music so loud it was hard to sleep. However, this was not under the control of the hotel and I would absolutely still stay here again. It is a great value for the room you get as well as breakfast being included each day.

I must tell you that staying at Ilum Experience Home was one extraordinary experience I had in a hotel. I traveled all my life (more than 4 000 000 miles) and slept in hundreds of hotels and Ilum Experience Home was almost a unique experience. The personnel, mainly Analia, Denise and Milena at the reception desk and Lorena at the restaurant are extraordinary and loveable and offer an incredible service. You really feel as you are at home. It was a really excellent HOME EXPERIENCE that we will remember for a long time. So thank you to this terrific personnel and do not hesitate to reserve at this hotel. It is incredible
