This hotel is very nice and it is located in the center of Rosario. You can relax in the middle of the city because it has a spa and a swimming pool and you can take food and drinks at anytime of the day ! Also, there are games for the kids. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the service is excellent, too.

The hotel and staff at front desk very nice. Pool attendant unfriendly promptly put down my umbrella when I asked why she said it was windy. It was not windy. The pool filters are off and pool is nasty. Unenjoyable pool side because we had no shade. So I'm throwing shade.
For someone who does a lot of travel and almost lives in hotels this is a special one. In the UK when you are told your company has booked you into the Holiday Inn your soul dies a little bit and you you understand hell does have beds.
The Holiday Inn Rosario however is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The staff here are on another level, friendly, warm seriously interested in you have having a great stay. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the reception to the waiting staff are awesome. You kinda feel at home and that they care you are there. I recently used the Conrad Hotel in London and all of those workers should be forced to come train here at the Holiday Inn Rosario.

To be such an expensive hotel there's nothing outstanding about it, the rooms are smallish, the bathrooms more so. The beds comfortable but some single rooms have two small beds instead of a single big one and that's annoying, I barely fit in length and am not a tall person. The breakfast is good and reception nice
The room was nice and clean and we could park our car in the garage but some things were missing. First of all, I think that closing time for breakfast at 10 am is too early, especially during WE and holydays. We were three (with wife and daughter) and we only had 2 towels in the room, the gym had no towels at all, nor soap. I tried to get some heat out of the sauna for 40 minutes without any success. As usual in Argentina, you can rely on the kindness of the people, everyone was very kind with my 2 years old daughter and breakfast time was extended for us.
