First time to Argentina; arrived late to property and headed to the dining room to watch a late meal. Petter greeted us and provided excellent recommendations, service, and hospitality. We felt appreciated and not rushed; especially past typical dinner hours. Thanks Hilton! Thanks Petter!

Great place. Some complaints at my lunch today, my chicken was dry and totally overcooked, I had to return twice my coffee because it was not what I asked. The supervisor Leonardo apologized to me in a very good and polite manner (it was the server fault).

Great service and a shout out to Bruno in the bar. Food portions large, had what I couldn’t eat of my Chicken Caesar salad boxed for the room chiller as couldn’t eat it all! Good location for a relaxing break, great pools and leisure facilities, Spa was good, steam rooms, Sauna and Spa Pools, later inside and outside. Hilton Honors Members very well catered for 😆👍

The hotel is great! The amenities, activities and especially the staff are wonderful. Our kids have really enjoyed the kids club and the staff their. They will look after your kids for 3 hours per day and it’s open in the summer from 11 to 1 and 2 to 7. The food is also really great - lots of options. A special shout out to Agustín in the lobby bar for being especially attentive and kind. He really went above and beyond to look after us. We’ll definitely be back!
