The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the shower water didn't stay hot for very long. Three people couldn't shower at the same time. The location was excellent. This was our fifth or sixth time here. And we encountered a receptionist who was incredibly rude, didn't greet us, offered no assistance, didn't look us in the eye, and barely spoke to us. Honestly, that was the only negative thing I could say about the place.
A very nice place, comfortable and in a good location. This is our second time here and we keep choosing it. I especially want to highlight the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff on the ground floor.
The service was excellent, the staff were very kind and attentive, and the place itself was superb. They welcomed us warmly and treated us wonderfully! One of us undergoes peritoneal dialysis, and even after our stay ended, they offered us a place to have the procedure done free of charge. That's why you should definitely stay here.
Excellent location near the soccer field and Caminito. The best part is the view from the terrace. We stayed in room 504, which was very spacious, with a full kitchen, microwave, and dishes (like a studio apartment). The staff was very friendly. The area is safe during the day; everything is open. But at night, we only used Uber and didn't eat in the area since most places close. I recommend the experience.
The hotel is lovely, the service is incredible, very friendly and attentive. The apartment has everything you need. We were able to rest well, and the balcony is ideal for watching all the pre-game festivities. The most beautiful thing is the terrace; the view of La Bombonera is unbeatable. And there are TV presenters broadcasting live from there. I'm definitely going back!
