I was completely disappointed to walk into the room after a long flight just to see that the floor was peeling off (the pictures just covers a part of it since I didn’t take a picture of the area). Somehow they cleaned the room, saw the floor coming off and were okay to have a guest sleep there… The whole floor was warped and you could feel it and hear it as you walk right as you walk in. I assume the bathroom flooded since it smelled moldy. Maybe they should put more money into the rooms, than the lobby! Just perplexed to see that… didn’t even bother to look at the rest of the room…

I stayed here with my family on vacation. We booked a three-person room. The hotel is good. The breakfast is good, with a good variety of buffet food. The lobby is comfortable, and the wifi is fast. The TV is excellent with plenty of quality channels. I appreciate having refreshments in the lobby. But there are several points where I wish they would do better: My room was small. The single bed and double bed together filled the room. There is little storage space aside from a narrow counter under the TV and the snack counter. The refrigerator has many drinks for sale, so not much space for my food. The blanket has a bedsheet on the side of the sleeper. I am used to hotel blankets having sheets on both sides. The bathroom needs more hooks to hang clothes and towels. The shower does not have. A door, so it is easy for water to splash onto the bathroom floor. There are not enough outlets. The outlets feel a little loose, and there are not international outlets for guests from out of the country. Overall, the hotel is satisfactory.
Room had no closet, no drawers. You could not unpack. Shower very slippery with a hean in the ceiling, your hair always gets wet. Breakfast was very good.
Overall, I would say I liked this hotel for multiple reasons. The room I had was street facing and honestly such a cute view. I really enjoyed the sunlight coming in and looking down into the street or across the buildings. It was very nice and I enjoyed sitting at my chair by the window. I also thought the breakfast was decent, I enjoyed it every day. And overall the staff is pretty nice, friendly, and helpful. I also thought the rooms were cute and well designed, and the lobby was cozy if you needed to work or just sit with a friend. So the employees, the hotel, and the appearance was all positive in my experience. They also had a coworking space which was a nice touch. The only downside I would say is the cleaning and the half showers. Genuinely, I feel like the cleaning lady’s were dragging the clean sheets on the floors and collecting as much hair as possible and then making the beds. I had to ask multiple times for the bed to be changed or to move rooms because of hair being all over and within a “clean” bed. Pretty gross if you ask me because I thought maybe they kept old bedding on and didn’t replace it. Although the staff was accommodating with getting it properly cleaned again and changing rooms. So it’s not on the staff but the cleaning service people. The half shower was a problem because water would constantly get outside of the shower and soak the floors. I think if they improved the cleaning, which matters a lot, they could be a lot better hotel. The AC also wasn’t an option and it would get really warm at night since you don’t want to open the windows and hear all the traffic.
We arrived very late to this hotel from the Buenos Aires airport but the staff were still very warm and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing, with delicious pastries, marvellous strong coffee, fruit, yoghurt, cooked meal and yummy grapefruit juice. The rooms are good and the location is very convenient and central. A special shout out for the breakfast staff who were attentive, efficient and friendly. The hotel is so good that on our return to BA this evening we are going to spend another 6 nights there.
