What has this hotel common with 4star is price and location probably. Rest is stuck in 1990. Toiletries are poor quality, sachets of shampoo, cheap soap, bathroom looks 90s best if not older. Beds are used and mattress are worn. Noise from street is not tolerable and windows are broken. At sixth floor hearing sound from event at 8th floor. As I went complain at 22:30 it's party done by owner and they will be continuing another hour until 23:30 without changing our room. Air-conditioning has best days over. Mini bar is not even stuffed. Wifi? Hold on, that's not even thing here. You can rather talk with next room through walls how easy you can be part of their conversations. Flooring is doing cracking sounds, so you can hear anyone going through hallway. My best bet this is two star best. Only good stuff is cleaning services probably. Turns out after week stay I've asked about refund.

The front desk will change money at about 6% less than the blue-dollar rate, saving the inconvenience of changing your dollars on the street. Parking is about $5 per day. The internet is horrible. The router drops the signal. The heater in the room works off and on. The outlets are very limited. You have to choose between having the lamp on or charging your phone.

Reasonably priced hotel convenient to central BA. Rooms large but bathroom tired and in need of overhaul. Annoying WIFI that does not reconnect automatically. Staff friendly and the whole place is clean. Restaurant closed during our visit due to updating work.

Suitable location, clean and big enough rooms. Breakfast includes toasts, cheese, ham and a lot of sweets. However Wi-Fi is awfully slow and overloaded. Got disconnect every minute, toilet is small and in our room water tap leaked all the time.
