The main elevators are small and on busy checkout days plan to leave well in advance. They stop at each floor with many people wanting to get it. If you stay on higher floors you are in luck as you board them first. Still have to stop at each floor just to wave the others.

The air conditioner was so loud, like a rattling, it seemed broken. We also got charged (in cash) an extra 4,400 pesos with no explanation — the guy at the front desk pointed to a sign in explanation, but the sign did not say anything about fees, just basic information on check-in /check out times. The location is good, however.
Hotel well situated, modern large rooms with small balcony which we used for drying clothes. As noted in previous reviews, bathroom was small, and could have been made bigger due to spacious room, however it was adequate. More furniture to put suitcases on would be handy. We had constant issues opening the door to the room, it was stiff and often required a few times to get it to open, and a few visits to reception. Breakfast was nice, coffee average. Staff were very friendly and willing to help, and there was always someone in reception that could speak English. With a bit of maintenance and tidying up some tired areas of the room, this could be a 5 star experience. We woukd stay again
Great location right by the famous cemetery. Nice view. Front entry staff very nice and helpful. Two main issues, the TV is not smart but more importantly hard to use. The remotes were hard to use, hard to turn TV on or off. So we left the card in the wall and left TV on all day. Because once you turn off it was very hard to turn back on. Since not a smart TV no way to watch YouTube etc even though you see those icons on the screen. Need a new TV in this room! Also the door leading to the smsll balcony appeared to be broken. The top hinge specifically. Hard to open and hard to close. Needs some attention.
Solid hotel for the price of $125USD per night. Everything falls short of a 4 star hotel. For example, there were no facial tissue paper, only toilet paper, and there was no office chair and no couch. The sink is amazing, I really like that it has good water pressure, easy to use controls and plenty of space (this is soooo important if you've used sinks that are super crammed). The bed is ok, King size with the necessary pillows (not a lot of extra pillows which I personally like). The bathroom is awkwardly designed. The door opens right into the toilet. The balcony is a nice touch but the windows are not noise isolated at all, you can hear everything clearly. All in all, the hotel is good for the price but if you want a bit extra, go somewhere else.
