Stayed here for a week in June. This was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world. And there isn’t a close second. I don’t mean regular city noise - I mean DJs and/or live bands setting up on the sidewalk out front and entertaining people till 4am every night of the week. The interior wasn’t much quieter. You could hear every door closing and opening on your floor. 2 stars for a nice staff and good location, but do not stay here if you want to sleep.

The service was great. The shower did not have hot water. The breakfast was ok not really good. Very noisy and we were on the 10th floor.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Lucas and all of the housekeepers. The hotel itself could use a little love, though. I think the pictures are not a perfect representation of what the rooms look like today. The breakfast was not good and the elevators were broken/unreliable for half of our stay. The TVs are not smart so you can only watch local cable. Also, our room key kept disconnecting, and it took about 5 days into our stay for someone to figure out it was because having an iPhone next to the keycard would disactivate it. Some of the towels were old and torn apart and there was some paint chipping off the walls...the hotel didn't inspire a feeling of cleanliness or luxury at all enough to be considered a 4 star hotel. However, the sheets were always clean and I loved the turndown service from their housekeepers. They swept and mopped our room daily! The hotel can be quite loud. We heard every toilet flush from our neighbor as though they were in our room, and at night, we could hear the DJs from across the street and down below. We were on the 9th floor and we could still hear it, but luckily we had a sound machine for white noise which helped a lot. The location is also amazing! There is so much to do nearby. I think this is a solid, 3-star hotel in a great location and with great staff, but do not expect it to be fancy by any means -- it simply gets the job done!
Attention! Catfish! The hotel looks much better on the pictures than it actually is and it has a LOT of noise. There are multiple bars outside that are playing very loud music until 3-4AM, not just on public holidays or weekends. EVERY day. The hotel has rooms that are not facing the street, but in this case the windows are facing the air conditioning mashines that are super loud as well. Plus the walls are paper thin – you can hear people talking in other rooms, as in understanding what they are saying. The rooms have chipped walls, dmages on the furtiture, weird old smell. My stay was so bad that I asked the receptionist for refund on my second night (I booked for two nights, unfortunately). The answer was “It’s Buenos Aires, what do you expect”. They did not give me any refund, but I still booked a different hotel for the next night.
Definitely not worthy of the fourth star! Outdated facilities, rude front-desk staff, no variety at breakfast, loud noise from the street and the restaurants/clubs downstairs. If you want to sleep at a decent hour, don't stay here! The noise is extremely loud, even on the 9th floor. They play extremely loud music until 5am!!! Decent location, with some food options around and some touristic attractions within walking distance.
