The rooms are large compared to most modern hotel rooms However, the property does show its age and needs upgrades with items in the room like replacing damaged toilet seat and damage in the tub. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast buffet is very good with lots of variety. The front desk staff also will hold your luggage for you, if requested. The location is awesome!

I am giving this 2 stars only because its location and the restaurant, other than that it should be 0. The building is old and my room is filthy. My towels wasnt proplerly washed. No generator I assume because the power was out for 2 hours from 1am-3am so I had to open the windows with this summer heat. Bathroom is also filthy. But the restaurant is the star. One of the best steak ive had in town. Pefectly cooked jucy and tasty. Give the restaurant a try even if you dont book in this hotel. Hope this helps.

It is close to Teatro Colon and Obelisco. So its Location is good. Rooms are clean and wide. There is lunch, dinner and tea-time if you want exclusively. Breakfest is good.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in October 2022. The bedroom and premises were ok. Location is excellent, the receptionists are polite and courteous. The breakfast was medium, as many items wouldn’t be replaced. Now, the staff that worked in the cafeteria were extremely rude. I needed to take some medicine and asked for an extra cup, the man in charge of the restaurant asked me a thousand questions regarding why I would need a cup. The same happened in other occasions throughout our stay - most of the times I felt unwelcome, as if they were doing me a favour and not simply their job.
