old rooms, no hot water in the shower, it doesn’t have a door in the shower so the bathroom get’s all wet and the mini fridge doesn’t work. the only thing i liked was the breakfast that is very good and has a lot of options.

Acceptable hotel room between two flights. Clean enough and had what we needed. My only complaint would be the airport taxi arranged by the hotel. This cost 25 usd, we used uber the next day for 9 usd. Nearly three times more expensive. I understand the hotel takes a commission, but this seemed excessive.

The hotel is NOTHING like in the photos. It’s false advertisement and when we arrived we where disappointed. The apartments where very old and couldn’t compare with the photos. Better cleaning. Amadeus on the roof doesn’t exist and is just a roof that has a few places to sit barely. The pool also has few places to sit. The breakfast was bad too and the staff not very friendly.

Honestly this has been one of THE best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life... From check-in to check-out, the staff has been nothing but wonderful and genuinely caring. For the incredibly affordable price of the accommodations I would have expected it to be an average experience, but every single detail of our stay was an absolute bliss. The rooms were so clean, you can really tell the cleaning staff does an impecable job. My kudos to them! Every receptionist that I talked to was polite and willing to help me with whatever I needed. The gym is very well-equipped. I was very entertained while working out in the morning as I stared out the windows at the breathtaking sight of Buenos Aires’ cityscape- a few hours before enjoying the hotel’s own buffet breakfast-which was delicious and varied! They had something for every taste. With the obvious perk of being close to the US embassy and the Japanese Garden and within just a few blocks of some great tourist spots- staying at this hotel is a must if you want to be treated like an esteemed guest (or if you want your pets to be treated like little kings as well) Thank you Cristoforo Colombo, my friends, my family and I will always stay here, and I will never stop recommending your hotel.
