We stayed for 4 days at CasaSur Palermo and had a fantastic experience. The location is great. The room was very large with a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel offer activities and classes and we had a fantastic tango lesson. The staff were extremely thoughtful and accommodating. I would stay here again!

We were there during a heat wave and the rooms could just not cool down. But when the weather changed it was quite comfortable. The staff was pleasant and friendly. There is a nice spa and pool.

If you're looking for Friendly, prompt service, this is NOT your place. The fitness center is extremely small and the equipment is very dated and half did not work! But, in a wonderful Neighborhood surrounded with excellent restaurants.
