Casasur Bellini

We were charged an extra day we didn't stay two weeks after we left the hotel, and they gaslighted us saying it is deposit payment and never replied to our contact emails. It is very annoying these things happen in such a premium hotel and you don't even find a contact person who cares.

Perfect location, central to many great neighborhoods. Hotel and rooms are very nice.

Lovely hotel that is well located in a nice neighborhood. Staff could not be more friendly. The breakfast is amazing. Our room was massive and well appointed. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in BA!

We had a great stay at CasaSur Bellini. First, this location is extraordinary. You're embedded in a part of the city that is super convenient but yet very residential for locals. You get to live a true porteño experience in this area, with coffee shops and cute restaurants all within walking distance, plenty of transportation options, etc. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations of the ground floor but the overall vibe is still more like an apart hotel. Staff at the reception are nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and nicely designed. Bathrooms are comfortable and breakfast is really good (although the waitresses are all grumpy. but that's pretty standard in Argentina). Only negatives I would bring up as suggestions to improve: 1) the gym is not good, so if this is important to you, you may want to explore alternative arrangements (you could always sign up for a great gym in the neighborhood for some day passes); 2) not having plugs to charge phones by the sides of the bed in 2026 is criminal; 3) charging $$ for coffee and tea in the room in this day and age is kind of weird, as it's complementary at most hotels of this category. I would come back and stay at CasaSur again though, no doubt!
