Spectacular service! This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Buenos Aires. Every single staff member showed incredible attention to detail, making the entire stay seamless and memorable. I would happily return every time I visit the city

We recently stayed at Hotel Casa Luca and truly enjoyed the hotel. It is in a historic building at the edge of the Recoleta neighborhood near Plaza San Martin, making it easy to walk to many attractions, including the flower. Our Premier City View room had a view of the city as well as the ocean – a very nice combination. We enjoyed the pool that was located in the basement – it is extremely warm so a nice way to relax after a day of walking around. The included breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. We recommend this boutique hotel when you travel to Buenos Airies.
Top level service really. Each staff is attentive and caring. Sébastien who managed checkout process for me was very nice. Also the whole concierge team and reception team. Highly recommend here if you visit Buenos Aires. The standard room is clean, modern and super spacious! I’m impressed. I like walking so I walk 20mins to recoleta park area, or 1hour to Palermo, or 30mins to Central. So the location is super good! Breakfast is good too and they open at 7am. I like their chia pudding:) thank you team for making my stay so memorable.
All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful but Mauro, Agustina, and Grace are truly the highlight of the team. They went above and beyond to make our first time in Buenos Aires unforgettable. Not only did they take the time to get to know us but they also recommended many places that we could visit and restaurants we could try. This not only made us feel super welcomed , but it also made us feel at home in a new country. Props to management for having these amazing people on their team, I truly hope they get some recognition for all the hard work they do because they deserve it. I’ll definitely be staying at Casa Lucía again when I go back to Buenos Aires.
Beautiful hotel with such interesting architecture and the rooms are luxurious! Pair that exquisite service and staff and you have the perfect boutique hotel. The building is set in a lovely arts neighborhood w walkable streets and many outdoor restaurants. Easy 1-1.5 mi walk to top tourist attractions such as museums and Recoleta Cemetery (Eva Perone) and the Presidential Palace. Did not try the bar, but it looks amazing. Room incredible…w huge tub and bath salts.
