What a great place to stay! The staff are very helpful and so friendly! The rooms are comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated. I love the view from our room! Breakfast was delicious! Great walkability. We'd definitely stay here again.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at the Carles and can highly recommend this great little boutique hotel. Great location in the Recoleta district which quickly confirmed why BA is known as the Paris of the south. It’s within walking distance of major attractions with plenty of great little cafes and restaurants with a great authentic vibe. The room was fabulous. A great bed, superb shower and bathroom. The shutout curtains made for a perfect nights sleep. Breakfast offered a great selection from the buffet as well as omelettes to order. The staff were professional and friendly with a seamless check in and out process. I don’t have a bad word to say about The Carles. It was the best hotel stay on our South American trip!

We absolutely loved this hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. The customer service that people mention in many of the reviews truly exceeds expectations. We had a mild booking issue and they proactively handled everything to ensure we had a seamless stay. The rooms are spacious with internet tv and comfortable beds. The water pressure was fantastic a the air conditioning was perfect. We loved the location, in a very nice area both elegant and quiet. Near a few lovely restaurants as well. Can highly recommend!

We have done quite a bit of travelling in the past few years and have stayed in many hotels along the way. Carles Hotel is definitely among the best. Beautiful clean rooms and amazing staff. The location is excellent in a beautiful part of the city. Did I mention the amazing staff? When you check in they make you feel like family, and they always greet you with a warm smile when coming or going. Breakfast is excellent every morning! We were in Buenos Aires for a cruise, and stayed three days before the cruise, and four days after the cruise. The experience was so wonderful during the first stay that we were very much looking forward to our return. We consider ourselves quite fortunate to have found this gem of a hotel. The Carles Hotel definitely deserves the highest possible rating and recommendation. They really set the standard that other hotels should be measured against.
