Bisonte Libertad Hotel

First of all their location is good, staffs are very friendly. Then I need to say something about the building itself and hotel policy itself. To be honest, the noise issue is really severe. Our room has two bedrooms. One bedroom faces the street, the windows offer very poor sound insulation, and road‑traffic tyre noise comes through extremely clearly, I can even hear quiet conversations from the neighbouring room. The other bedroom is next to the elevator. Elevator noises can still be heard at 1 a.m. and 2 a.m., which seriously disrupts sleep(check the video). It is very difficult for both the child and adults to fall asleep. Additionally, they do have special rules: this hotel does not permit any cold food bought from supermarkets — even odour‑free cold food is not allowed in‑room. Furthermore: the bed poses a safety risk, there was exposed metal wire which has also torn my clothes.

This hotel is outdated, in fact it should be a two stars hotel only, I don't understand why all the media mark it as a 4 stars hotel. It is a scam for me. Outside the building looks great, the reception looks great, but the room is terrible (See my pictures). The room is lack of maintenance and very old style, phone is yellowish, wooden floor cracks and uneven, no power outlet beside bed, no hairdryer, no hooks in bathroom, very dirty, rusty vents...... I would not come back for sure!

The location is great! In the center of Buenos Aires. Near a los of central places. The service is great! The rooms and the bathroom are a bit small.

Location and staff were great. Close to the heart of the city. Price was also very attractive. From the negative side, very small and outdated rooms. Breakfast was very basic (no vegetables). I was locked outside my room twice during the visit. Far from being a 4star hotel...
