The hotel staff were fantastic and helped us so much during our 4 stays at the AQ, helping with last minute check in, storing luggage while we went on overnight trips etc. The Suites were spacious, well equipped and very clean. Location was great and the breakfast was always very good with a wide selection of fruit, pastries, cereals, cooked items. Would strongly recommend.
It was a random choice when we decided to visit the city and had a suprisely good experience. Everything was almost perfect. I can recommend this hotel for sure. Thank you.
We stayed twice at AQ suites . We were very impressed with the rooms, the cleanliness and the location but also the staff who were so friendly and helpful with everything. They even remembered the name of one of our group when we returned. The hotel and restaurant have a welcoming feel. I would recommend the hotel and it will be my first choice when I come back.
The worst service in the city. The reception staff were rude and completely unprofessional. We were charged extra money for staying with an infant, which was never clearly explained in advance. This hotel seems to look for any excuse to add unexpected charges, and customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel if you don’t want unpleasant surprises, hidden fees, and disrespectful treatment.
Excellent staff, cozy rooms, and a fantastic restaurant. The area is safe and I enjoy the small boutique aspect of the hotel. I have been coming to Argentina since 2023, this is my 8th time in BAs and I have stayed here every single time. Jhon, and so many others I can’t even begin to name are respectful and attentive. It’s my home away from home.
