Beautiful place! My husband and I stayed here and were pleasantly surprised. The apartment is well-equipped with the basics for a lovely vacation, and it's quiet. The receptionists and cleaning staff were all very friendly. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.
I would only recommend air conditioning or a fan in the apartment lounge; on a 36-degree day, the air conditioning was insufficient, it was very hot, but everything else was excellent.
Very nice room, we were on the 9th floor with a partial ocean view. Everything was fine except for the bathroom light switch, which wasn't working properly; we had to press it several times before it would turn on. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly.
A disappointment. Old and neglected rooms. It had been years since I'd stayed in a hotel room with a toilet. The fan didn't work. We couldn't use the safe because they couldn't find the key. The parking garage was unavailable. They don't serve breakfast. The only good thing is the location across from the Hotel Provincial.
